    I think they were expensive. I wouldn't give them an "A" for professionalism, I would probably give them a "B". I am not going to call them again. They did the work and it wasn't terrible, it was just a lack of professionalism and, I think, a higher charge than it should've been. They were good at responsiveness.

    They just changed their name. Chuck Warneke is the owner. I am very pleased with them and I won't go to go to anybody else in the area. I am very pleased with everything they have done. They have put in my furnace and many years ago they put in new air conditioning within 24 hours after I called them. I am very impressed. As long as he is in business I will use him. I did not do any looking around for prices. I think he gave me a deal on the air filters.

    The guys at Temperature Pro were the first to return my call. They seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. My furnace went out in the middle of the night (one of the coldest of the season so far) and they made an effort to come over as soon as possible. The guys even went out of their way to pick up the furnace instead of waiting for it to be delivered from the warehouse. They got enough done so we had heat for the night. They worked quickly and neatly. What was equally as important to me is how friendly  everyone was. I was comfortable with my decision to go with them from my initial contact through the completion of the job.

    I called the owner and set up an appointment. He told me "Stan" would be arriving the next morning. Stan arrived 15 minutes early which was great. I had a plugged fitting on my A.C. which was causing water to build up in the unit and leak all over my garage floor. Stan found the cause right away and replaced the fitting. Stan also checked my central air unit outside. He discovered I had a lot of freon missing due to the fittings not being properly tightened. He filled the freon, tightened the fittings, and spoke with me about how to keep the house cooler and tips on using the thermostat. The service call was $88 and the freon was $41. I was satisfied with the service, the technician, and with the price.

    Went very good. Sent a picture of old furnace before Bill came out for replacement. So he new what he had to do. Bill was here for about six hours exactly what he said it would take. Everything looks really good and works as it should. Very clean an efficient.

    • I actually had the owner come to my home for the service call in Dec '14 for an emergency call. I've never used them before and took a chance. He didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. That the system is 20 + yrs old and needs to be replaced. But what he did do was show me exactly what the problem was and tried a few tricks to help keep it chugging along until it  finally had to be replaced in Feb '15.

    The primary reason I called Dale Resch of CK Electric, involved a problem with 4 outlets in our Rec. room.  Our freezer was plugged into one of the 4 outlets.  Can I say a dripping mess by the time we returned from a weekend trip to Michigan.  I immediately checked our breaker box and subpanel, but not a single circuit breaker was tripped. How could all the circuit breakers be fine, and I have 4 dead outlets (one to that freezer)?  I can handle flipping a switch, but this?????  I turned to Angies list because of my previous positive experience. I live in West Bend and CK Electric is located in New Berlin, WI.  SO why did I not use a local electrician? Good question.  After talking to Dale on the phone about my problem , he made it clear that he "works FAST' and  could solve my problem.  Listed on Angie's  and with a good vibe over the phone with Dale, I bought the Deal.  Dale was even better than expected.  Easily traced my problem to a loose white wire in ONE of the wall outlets.  Quickly ( and efficiently) did the repair and still had time to replace a line voltage thermostat and switch box extension. I was one happy camper. Oh, by the way, Dale  is a living library of electrical expertise.  Experience is everything and he willingly shares his knowledge of a colorful 33 years in his chosen field.  I would use his services again in a heart beat.

    Adam was very prompt, explained everything he was doing, answered all our questions. Talked about future need to replace an item, but said it was not immediately  necessary at this time, but in the next year or two, said we would do it next year at tune-up. Worked thoroughly, knowledgeable, very prompt, and polite. Did not oversell, and replaced some hoses, excellent work and professional.

    Employees were very friendly and helpful on the phone.  Responded very quickly.  The repairman was able to visit our home within a few hours of the call and was in/out within a half an hour.  I had hoped the service call was going to be a little less expensive, but I'm guessing the rate is actually pretty normal.
