    I would've given them an "A" for everything, but I found out they put tires on my car that you cannot drive in snow, or icy conditions in Wisconsin after bringing the car home in the middle of February. ��I nearly lost control of the car, and I couldn't understand why if the car was not handling well because I had heard how good they are with all wheel drive. I just figured it wasn't that great. My son bought a new truck, and he said the tires were poor, so he had got all new tires. He said maybe mine were the tires, so I looked up the information on the tires, and they don't even say it's applicable for the winter or icy. It's totally for summer, spring and fall. There is no way to determine how good they are. They are not suppose to be used on snow and ice. I haven't gone back to the dealership yet. I know I have to get an oil change every six months. I am definitely going to talk to the General Manager. All of my experience with them would have been all "A"s and��I felt like they took advantage of me. ��They put some cheap tires on there, and they didn't care of the welfare of me at all. This information was very upsetting. Financially, ��I'm going to have to get all new tires before the next winter. I really lost confidence and felt that everything was very minimal compared to having the wrong tires on my car. I can't grade them anything more than a "C" because of that. Everything else seemed to go smoothly. This is a real important issue. I felt that the price was fair. They failed completely by having the wrong tires on my car. I was very disappointed that they would put tires on my car that weren't even poor winter tires. I feel they were dishonest with me. I haven't confronted them about the tire issue yet. I would not use them again in the future after what they did to me.

    About a month before that they put new shocks on my van. They are just wonderful. We take my wife's car here too. I have just started going here, because we have had some bad experiences with other companies in the area. You can just drop your car off if you want, and leave it there all day. It is wonderful that I can do that. The prices are very reasonable. They are associated with tirebuyer.com. Every now and then they offer certain rebates. It has always been a great experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

    I have mechanical breakdown insurance that covers all electrical on the vehicle. It doesn't cover the battery. I was sure it was the alternater so when they told me it was the battery I was shocked. I never had a vehicle just quit over a dead battery. Even the the tow truck driver thought it was the alternater. Anyway I said whatever and had a battery sent over from autozone. I went to pickup the van that night and the charge light was still on in the van. Needless to say I left the van there. They call me the next morning and said that now the alternater was bad also. As I figured. Told them to replace it. Long story short they refuse to admit they made a mistake on the battery diagnosis and they ended up making me pay for the battery install and my insurance deductible. Will never buy a vehicle from them or have my vehicle serviced by them again. Neither should you.

    The lobby was loud.  It took an hour and a half to take a nail out of my tire.  They broke my seat.  Many different employees including the Manager told me things like:  the seat was old,  the guy was 6'9" that was in my vw jetta,  we can put it in place which they did but they could not replace the cable, and other comments along those same lines.  They spent another hour just trying to get my seat in place.  They told me over and over that they will not replace the cable.  Then they said that they could order it but then I would have to pay.  After dealing with everyone in that place that had the same mindset  I went on to the  Goodyear website and filed a complaint.  The following day the same Manager called me back.  After playing phone tag with the Manager for a couple days I finally got to talk to him.  I was told that he would replace it but he would have to use a used cable.  I emailed the District Manager 3 days ago and he has not gotten back to me. In my email I told him that I do not feel comfortable taking my car back to them to work on but I am willing to take it to 3 different VW dealers and getting quotes and then they can decide where I go as long as they pay the bill.   Goodyear has not responded back to me.

    I have an excellent mechanic. He has been taking care of me with the same little outfit when he bought it. He's had it now for at least 12 years. They pick me up and they take me home. They make sure that everything is okay if I'm going to be travelling. I can call them by phone. They know me by my voice. It's pretty nice.

    I have been doing business with them for probably 20 years.  I run a small business where I transfer special needs children, and so I own 10 vehicles, and they do most of my work for me. There was an issue with a sliding door on a van, and I had it taken in a couple of times, but then they made it right regarding the price by giving me credit for work that was done before and was not done correctly. Everybody makes mistakes, but if you stand by your work, that means a lot to me also. They original charge was 500 Dollars and they knocked the charge down to 200 Dollars. They give me a very good price from them.

    First, I love Honda and I will go back, but the customer service this time around was horrible, from the service people, to the sales person and the finance person. There were also promises made by a manager which never happened. Had to call 2 weeks later (today) to talk to another manager who promised me the same thing again. Very frustrating.

    Quoted 357.00 to do the work for a 9.00 fog lamp and a 15.00 washer motor pump. Labor costs were outrageous and decided to go elsewhere for the work.  Paid for the diagnosis.  Replaced these items myself in about an hour.
