    I was 5 miles from O'Hare when I received a phone call telling me my flight to England had been cancelled due to weather. Go Riteway had another passenger to pick up in an hour so there was no time to take me back to Milwaukee. I had no one to call at home to come to O'Hare  to pick me up and there were so many cancellations that day that an available seat on the  bus service back to Milwaukee was not guaranteed. The Go Riteway driver, Jeff, told me not to worry and was reassuring that all would work out which it did. I was taken home as soon as possible once their other reservation had been completed. My ride home was at no charge to me and the fare to O'Hare was discounted because of the inconvenience to me for having to wait for the other passenger who happened to be delayed for 2 hours. It was one of those O'Hare nightmare days. 
    I will use Go Riteway again without hesitation and will recommend the company to family and friends. They are very professional in their administration of travel reservations, they go the extra mile to be helpful in a pinch, and they are easy to locate when you are at the airport and looking for your ride. 
    For me, it was a comfort to be reassured that I wouldn't be dropped off in the middle of a storm (after my flight had been cancelled) in one of the world's busiest airports to fend for myself. They took good care of me and I am grateful for that.

    Royal Limousine & Chauffeured Transportation
    Our driver was extremely pleasant, calm, and punctual. He seemed very happy to be with us and we enjoyed the luxury of having doors opened for us, a stocked bar (soda, water and snacks), and the convenience of an extra driver when needed. He was very helpful and easy to work with, even when we asked him to drive us to our house in a small neighborhood with some tight corners and construction to avoid. He was wonderful and the peace of mind he provided me, the bride, was priceless.

    K & D TENT & AWNING CO INC
    We ordered new canvas for our Jayco popup camper through Ken and K&D tent.  He came promptly with an estimate, ordered right away, and offered to to take off the old canvas and put on the new (for $250 labor), stating that he's been doing this longer than we've been alive.  He picked up and returned the pop up, which we really appreciated.  We put it up when he got here and did a general inspection and everything seemed fine
    .A few days later we noticed that two screws were protruding through the roof.  We called Ken, who said that his daughter had installed the canvas and used the wrong size screws.  He replaced the screws and caulked the holes.
    Then the real problems began.  When we arrived at the campground at 10:00 pm we were delighted to find wood chips all over the inside and the bunk hardware not attached to the ceiling.  Upon inspection we discovered that the wood over one bunk was rotted.  We assume that when the daughter couldn't get the screws to attach to the rotten wood, she used screws that were too long.  Not only did she not tell us about the wood, but Ken also didn't tell us when he came to fix the screws.  There was no way he wouldn't have known, since he would have had the same problem with the screws, and there was wood all over.  He didn't cause the rotten wood, but not telling us about it and giving us the opportunity to fix it during the many opportunities he had was negligent.
    We also found while camping that velcro was never installed around the doors.  It was difficult to close windows because there was no tension.  Bugs could come right in because the canvas wasn't attached.  We ended up duct taping the canvas to the door.We jury-rigged the bunk poles to stay up and called him when we returned home.  
    We have been calling him for three weeks to come and fix it.  He either doesn't show up when he says he's going to, or gives an excuse why he can't come.  Even knowing that we have a camping trip planned this weekend, he still hasn't come to reattach the canvas to the now fixed wood, and install velcro around the doors.  Now we're going to try to fix it so we can use it tomorrow.
    If anyone needs to replace the canvas on their camper, I suggest calling the manufacturer directly and buying it through them.  then hire a handyman to install it.  It is just not worth the aggravation and grief to use someone who won't do a quality job.  I was originally going to recommend him to some of our camping friends and now will steer them away!

    I have been going to them for five years, and they try their hardest to meet your needs. They have good mechanics and are willing to work with you if you need anything special. The yard manager and owner are very knowledgable when it comes to boats. I can go to them for recommendations, and I value their opinions. They could be a little better when it comes to scheduling.

    Everything was on time. The drivers were friendly. They loaded and unloaded our luggage without being asked. The service wasn't as fancy as I've experienced in Chicago--the first driver was wearing a muscle shirt and the second car was old and had signs of rust--but, hey, this is Milwaukee and the price is a lot less than what I was paying in Chicago. I would definitely use them again.

    KATHERINE HAS ARRANGED I BELIEVE 4 TRIPS FOR ME NOW. ALL THE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS WENT AS PLANNED AND WELL. SHE IS GREAT AT MEETING MY NEEDS AND BRINGING UP OPTIONS OR SITUATIONS THAT I DIDN'T THINK OF. ALL ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN THOROUGH. $5,000 HAS BEEN THE AVERAGE TRIP COST FOR THE SELECTED APPLE VACATIONS. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT PORTION THE CUSTOMER/APPLE PAYS FOR HER SERVICES.

    THEY ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FAMILIAR WITH PROPERTIES, ESPECIALLY IN LAS VEGAS. THEY ALSO HAVE SESSIONS FOR LARGE GROUPS ON TRAVEL TO A SPECIFIC DESTINATION- IT'S GREAT FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS INFO BEFORE MAKING A DECISION ON WHEN TO GO AND WHERE TO STAY.
