    Hall, Dr. Jeffrey P
I wouldnt say Dr. Hall was friendly, but he was professional and efficient. I was satisfied with my visit until I got his bill. In my mind, I thought the bill would probably be between $200 and $300. I was shocked to get a bill for over $700. On the advice of my primary doctor, I went to see Dr. Hall for (what I thought was) two calluses and a blister. After shaking my hand, he told me to get up on the table, and he immediately starting shaving off dead skin with a small scalpel. I was surprised that he went straight to treatment without a discussion first, but this was ok with me. After removing the dead skin, he took a q-tip and put a bit of solution on each site and told me to come back for a follow-up visit. The bill I received showed a charge of $350 for an office visit and $370 for surgery! I was shocked! I called the billing department to see about lowering the bill, but they would not budge. They insisted that the bill was coded correctly and that this was a reasonable charge for my visit. I was told that an office visit is charged for every appointment made no exceptions. I did call Dr. Hall to talk about the bill, but he would not return my call. So, now Im stuck with a very high bill for what I assume is one of his most minor procedures. If you choose to see him, be prepared for a big hit to your pocketbook!

    Konkel John K MD
The doctor's name is Dr. Konkel. I have been with his practice for about a year. He did an excellent job replacing my knees. He gets 'A's for everything. He did excellent work. He explained to me what he was doing so I understood what the surgery was all about. He explained everything. I had a physical therapist tell me that he did a great job. My daughter who is in health care recommended him because she was dealing with older patients who had knee replacements and surgeries and several mentioned his name.

    Raymond Moy MD,FAAFP
He's awful. He has an awful bedside manner, he doesn't listen to the things that you attempt to tell him as far as your own feelings and as far as treatment, nor how medications make you feel. I took a medication that desensitized me to a level of violence that should have appalled me and the doctor found no problem with that at all. His nursing staff are relatively inept. They were using the wrong size blood pressure cuff on me for six months giving me inaccurate readings which resulted in Dr. Moy just pumping me full of all sorts of medication. He would just throw medication at me. He completely took whatever I said and disregarded it with respect to my psyche. The worst part is his methodology. He didn't care that his staff was making mistakes, he didn't care about the medication, he just cared about getting me out and getting paid. I would classify him as an abomination to the medical society. His secretary was very nice, very friendly and very accommodating.

    Froedtert Specialty Clinics
They have several clinics outside and they are basically primary physicians. The hospital takes care of pulmonary, neuroscience, Cardiac, all the big stuff. The reception is lively and friendly. What amazes me they recognize my face, they have good memory. They know who we are, check us in quickly, usually don't have to wait a long time before you see the doctor. We have insurance that negotiates prices with them.

I had an appointment on December 2nd, a follow up. I arrived early and was seen by the doctor slightly before appointment time. It was a follow-up appointment. I got firm, clear recommendations and since then they are having the desired effect. A week earlier, however, I had a bad pain in my hand. I was seen immediately by the Physician's Assistant who made an Aurora orthopedic hand specialist referral for me and was seen that very day, got a diagnosis, and received a cortisone injection to resolve the problem.

    Sleep Wellness Institute
They were very very concerned that I had a very bad case of sleep apnea and that during the sleep my heart actually stopped beating on three separate occasions. They gave me a chart of all my body activity throughout the night. When I looked at it I realized that the three times that my heart stopped beating according to them, was the three times that I had got up to go to the bathroom and I was disconnected from everything for those time periods. The time periods for they claimed that my heart stopped beating, one was 4 minutes, one was 7 minutes and the last one was for 15 minutes. If my heart had stopped beating for that much of time either I’ve been dead or they should have had paramedics there. From my perspective they pretty much validated any result and it’s an absolute mistake for them to give it out. Infact they had an attendant who actually had to come and disconnect the wiring whenever I had to go to the toilet and they had no clue about why it had gone on. When I looked at the chart, my heart had stopped beating, my eyes and legs had stopped moving and my feeling was that if they can’t figure this out, then how well I can trust their results.

    Clement, Dr Rosanne B
Dr. Clement is personable, knowledgable, and competent. She is in general a really nice lady, and she knows how to treat feet. The treatment has been very good. The process is sometimes hard to back track because of the insurance process. They try their best to do the best they can though with the billing process.

    Hall, Dr. Jeffrey P
I was not able to schedule the appointment as soon as I wanted to. I had to wait nearly an hour in the waiting room to see the doctor. I think they frequently double book appointments due to high demand, as I overheard another patient check in for the same doctor at the same time as my appointment. The waiting room should probably be larger. There was adequate seating but it felt small and crowded. When I finally got called back, it was worth the wait as both the doctor and his nurse were very nice and professional.

    Associated Obstetrics & Gynecology Ltd.
I've been going to Associated OB/GYN for the past 16 years and would NEVER change. They've always been helpful and took their time when answering questions. The midwives delivered my three children and the experience was always excellent. Always caring and friendly.

    Barr, Dr. Carmela A
Everyone I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and nice. I felt completely comfortable in the office. Dr. Barr's nurse, Tanya, was very friendly and chatty while she got me ready for the doctor, which put me at ease--an important thing when you're about to have the undignified and slightly uncomfortable exam to come. Dr. Barr spent a great deal of time with me discussing questions I had, preventative exams I could or should have, etc. I was surprised and gratified by the amount of time she spent with me. She was gentle with the exam. One other thing I liked about the office was that they use cloth gowns. I know it's a small thing, but a cloth gown feels better to wear, but is better environmentally, too. It was a good experience all around.
