    I called them, they said they would drive by and do an estimate. Never heard from them. A month went by. I called them back, they said they didn't do it. I never called them back again, nor have they called me back. They also sounded very unprofessional to me on the phone, as if I was a pee-on. I am a woman, and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact if someone brings up their name, I will tell them not to call them. So if I was you, take them off of your list as well.

    The Tree Fella crew was very no nonsense and professional. They performed their work without obstructing the neighbor's normal routine. I was impressed by their strict adherence to safety protocol at all times.
    When they left there was very evidence of their being there except for a little sawdust.
    Personally I think they were worth more than what they charged.

    OUTDOOR ENTERPRISES INC redid a portion of our yard where there was pea gravel previously. They removed the pea gravel and laid pavers. They have also done part of a brick parking pad for us in the past. We are extremely happy with their past work. By mistake, we hired another company for a new project, and we wish we hadn't. We will not make that mistake again in the future! Rob and his group are outstanding! Very, very good! No short cuts are taken with their services.

    First, Rodney met with us to discuss what we envisioned for the new landscape.  He took pictures and let us know he'd be back with a plan.
    Rodney then came back with a digital layout of what our house would look like after the landscape project was completed.  It was crazy how real the landscape looked.  It was a 3D version, complete with our house in the plans.  We were blown away.  Rodney made it very clear that we could change anything, at anytime.  He gave us a quote along with the plans to keep.  We signed the quote and were given a time frame that he believed they'd be able to complete the project.  Landcrafters has an excellent reputation, and understandably we had to wait to be fit their summer schedule fills up fast.
    Rodney came with a great crew of guys who worked their tails off.  The landscape turned out better than the 3D drawing...which was awesome.  They hit a couple unforeseen snags in the project, to no fault of their own.  They worked through them quickly.
    Rodney really made it feel like he genuinely cared about us, our project, and that we were satisfied.   It was like he was doing the project for a friend.
    Landcrafters did a wrap around landscape, outdoor patio with fireplace, and a parking area for our camper.
    Landcrafters does not do things cheaply...they do things right.  They made a job I couldn't imagine doing myself look easy.
    I read the negative review, and was instantly compelled to write this review.  Landcrafters is excellent. Rodney is phenomenal at taking your vision and converting it to a beautiful landscape.

    Rodney came out twice this spring (once in March and once in April) to look at the project and offered several helpful and exciting ideas. We felt that he understood the style we were looking for in this project. We signed the estimate and returned it mid April and were disappointed to learn that the work wouldnt be done until end of June but since we were so impressed with the vision of the project, we decided to go with them, despite being a bit more expensive than the other estimates . I did indicate that if there was ANY way he could squeeze us in earlier we would be very, very appreciative as the front of our yard is literally torn up and full of crumbling cement. Also, there are a few other smaller projects that are/were on hold until this project was able to be completed. Its been frustrating all summer.
    I sent Rodney an email with the choice of colors and pavers in early June and received no response. June came and went with no call-we called him and were told, due to the rain (theres been a drought this summer) we were looking at the end of July. July came to a close and we still hadnt heard anything so we called again. This time we were told that again, due to "all the rain and the big projects they had" we were looking at the end of August, August 24 to be exact and that we were "on the books". I noticed last week that the diggers hotline people had not been at our house so we decided to call again to make sure that we were still "on" for the 24th. Rodney informed us that there was "no way" it would be happening on Monday, that he never told us this date and that he couldnt give us an idea of when this would happen. We indicated that we were very frustrated that we were now more than 4 months out from the time we signed the estimate and 2 months past the date of when we were told this would be done and felt like the least we could expect would be a call saying it had been postponed. He was rude, unapologetic and disingenuous.
    Honestly, it feels as though Landcrafters truly had no intention of doing this work. Rodney repeatedly told us that this was a "simple, one day project" which makes us feel like, if you truly cared about your word, your integrity and repairing a possibly tarnished professional relationship, you would have spent the one day to come out and just get the job done. We tried calling him to let him know that we would be perusing another landscaper and left a message asking him to call us back. No call ( we didnt say that was the reason for the message), and then sent him an email with the same information, asking only that he let us know he received this message, and he couldnt do us the courtesy of even responding to that.
    Weve now noticed that there is a similar review on their facebook page and his response was basically "sorry, we are busy enough that we can turn down work". Fair enough, but that doesnt mean you can be disrespectful and misleading. In addition, in talking to the people at the paving/concrete section at Menards, we are told that this is the company's reputation in the area. Would have been good to know 4 months ago!

    We initially met with Tom Jones, who was prompt and professional in all respects when he was bidding the project and, once retained, throughout the entire $15,000 project. However, within a year we had two issues: the paved walkway had sunken about six inches and buckled considerably in one area, and; about 60% of the shrubs and trees died. When we contacted Tom, our calls weren't returned for days and he offered a lot of excuses and reasons for the problem, but no compensation or reduction of cost for repair of walkway or any replanting.

    This past fall, two huge stones fell out of the retaining wall, which is in the front of our house. Tom came by and looked at and then about 10 days later his guys came to repair it (very nice guys), but unfortunately one of the granite stones broke into several small pieces when they were trying to replace it, but which they still used to repair the wall. We now have a long retaining wall, built with very large stones, that runs the length of our house in the front, but right smack in the middle of the wall is a 4 x 4 foot area of tiny looks obvious and ridiculous.

    We called Tom and left him a message asking if it was a temporary fix or if it was permanent, and I'd it was permanent, then it was unacceptable and to please drive by and take a look. That was five days ago and we haven't heard anything.

    Today we met with a representative from ReVi who has agreed to do the repairs as well as recommend plantings more conducive to our soil and shade.

    We would not recommend LandArt to anyone!

    I have     used this service for about thirty years .  they cancelled my account because I only wanted two applications of weed and feed to my lawn per year ( spring and fall) instead of three.    I called the 0ffice to inquire about the cancellation, spoke to the owner who couldn't have been more rude.   He couldn't hang up fast enough.  As a business owner myself  I know how important  customer loyalty is to the long term existence of a business.  This owner needs too learn how to accommodate his customers needs while he still has any.   I would not recommend this lawn service company to anyone who expects politeness, accommodation or courtesy from those they deal with.   His office person (  girl /women)  was also quite sassy . while I was refunded my remaining prepaid money I was anything but happy  when told  "find another company".   obviously my money and continued  patronage was not good  enough for this firm...        I AM DEFINITELYNOT A HAPPY  CAMPER.  Apparently being a  loyal customer means little or nothing to this provider

    They are great! Our plans for a new structure on our property had changed multiple times and they worked with us through each change. They were on time, professional (management and workers) and did a great job.

    Please be wary of a company called ALL Green corporation. It's a lawn service
    that has very poor communication amongst themselves. I decided to not go with
    them for lawn care after the "shady" way they contacted me and I called
    them on May 20 and told them to not come to my house, that I went with another company. A month later- today- they
    show up at 6am and apply fertilizer and they did not call ahead, did not talk with me before to see what I wanted.
    1- I let my dog out on the grass not even an hour after their application-
    2- they don't even know what my lawn needs are because no one ever talked with me about it.
    3- when I called them to ask what was going on - the woman never once apologized for the mistake of not canceling the service          the first time! 
    Then I had to call the company I actually
    went with to find out how to make certain their isn't any damage done since
    they just applied stuff about three weeks ago.
    Just please be aware of ALL GREEN Corporation

    GREAT! On time, called ahead as asked, provided the lawn signs, listened to my needs, were professional and courteous and when I call back- they always answer- they are friendly and always answer my questions.....if they don't know the answer- they get one for me.
