    I could not be more pleased with my experience with Gilray HVAC. I needed the inside of my furnace cleaned as the builder left behind tons of dust residue. To help alleviate allergies concerns they recommended a stronger filter system. Gilray cleaned the inside of furnace very thoroughly, I also had them install a bigger filtration system (air cleaner). I will use them again for any HVAC needs. Also I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs based on their knowledge and experience as well as their longevity in the HVAC business. Thanks

    I thought they were really good. I thought the price was fair. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't expensive either. I don't think it took that long to get out here. They came when they said they'd be here. We've been totally satisfied with their work. The worker we came in contact was a pretty arrogant pompous guy, but he is long since gone. The guy thought he was a lot smarter than he was, but the quality of work was there but we didn't like his personality.

    I don't have a contract with them.  It was just one person that came out to complete the service.  I had the same thing wrong with my furnace as my boyfriend did and mine was half the price of what his was.  He came out on New Year's Day to look at it for me and then he had to order some parts and he actually came after another job at 6 o'clock at night to come and fix it so that it would be up and running for me.

    I had a problem with them, because they installed an air conditioner, and had a shut off valve with it, and he didn't install it, and it kept running, and wouldn't shut off. Messed up part of my wood floor. They owe me a lot of money. They didn't install what was in my contract. They came right away.

    Overall, it went great. The work was done promptly and professionally. The crew was very respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves. Our only complaint was in dealing with their "finance option" that really was just a credit card, which I would suggest that no one use (we ended up using our own card). The boiler is running smoothly and efficiently today well into two months after the work was done and into bitter cold winter.

    During the first year of home ownership, we encountered several plumbing and HVAC issues that needed to be addressed. We were assigned Dan's Service Plus through our home warranty company. Dan's Service Plus handled all of our issues very well. One of their service technicians, Chuck, was assigned to address most of our plumbing needs. He did a thorough job to fix the issues and never left a mess after he finished. We had also requested an estimate for a small renovation project as well as an estimate for a new furnace. Dan and Gregg came out to complete estimates right away. We will certainly keep them in mind when financial resources become available for the projects. Overall, we feel Dan's Service Plus has been very responsive, courteous and most of all they get the job done right. It's great to know a plumbing and HVAC company that we can trust in the Wausau area. Highly recommend!

    Service was very good. We did not call for emergency service, but left message on Sunday afternoon for service during the work week. The office called first thing on Monday morning and a technician was out within an hour or two and part was replaced and system working quickly. Technician was willing to charge only the service call plus part so we were very pleased with the charge. Overall experience was very good.

    I don't have anything to compare this to, but my 30ish year old furnace went out during a cold snap. DSP came out in the evening to diagnose it, explained my options (spend $1,400 on a repair or just replace the unit). The technician even brought back electric heaters for me to use overnight (it was about 9 pm at that point). They had a furnace in stock and they replaced mine in the next day. It is a year later and everything is working great. They have even come back one time to show me how to properly use my new thermostat. I am very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to call them again.

    They are average. They just repaired the furnace. There is nothing I didn’t like about it. They installed it too. It’s who we always call. We haven’t had anything that we didn’t like about them. They always fixed everything and we didn’t have any problems. My husband hasn’t complained about the cost. The cost is average. They are very quick. Usually, it’s within the day but last time it was two days before they called but it was pretty reasonable. They are on time. I talked to them on the phone and they’ve been pleasant.

    The work went very well with Comfort Gallery LLC. They are clean, there is no mess, they don't leave a mess when they are working, they worked professionally, get it done, and leave and they follow up, they called us to see if it is working and how it is going, and we needed a little adjustment and they came in and did that right away, the boss came in to the house to see how it was going.
