Russ Rupert and his team are 1st class! I have used Clearview for over 15 years. They are competitively priced, professional and do an amazing job every time. The one time I was unhappy about one large window, they were quick to come back and clean it again. I will and would continue to use and highly recommend Clearview Window Washing!

Excellent, contacted within 2 days of purchasing the offer from Angie's List to schedule the appointment. I was given clear instructions on what was being done and the time it would take. The guys who completed the job were very pleasant and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend the company and I will use them again.

Windows and house were clean by a crew of 3. They were professional, respectful and thorough. House and windows look brand new, I know that my outside trim needs paint, the gutters got a clean bill of health and all the wasp nest are gone! Pressure washing your house is like preventative healthcare.

They power washed our house and did an excellent job.  Watched out for all the flowers and shrubs we have around the house.  One side of our house had mildew and they cleaned it, removed it and our house is white again.  Great Job.  Would highly recommend the

I couldn't be happier with Mike's work and the way he does business.  He came out to meet me, we walked around the house, he gave an estimate on the spot.  Very nice guy, and his wife Patty, who does the scheduling back at the office, is wonderful to talk to.  The price for the size and difficulty of the job was, I thought, extremely reasonable--I was 'sold' from the get-go and didn't need to get more estimates, which with our busy schedules, I appreciate.  He refused my offer of a deposit, saying, 'you don't pay until the work is done and you're happy with it'.
Mike advertises the powerwash as 'top to bottom', and it was.  Everything from a mossy roof overhang at the front porch, to the highest gables, to the concrete front stoop and concrete patio at the basement walkout.  He was probably at our house about four hours, total. The house looks great.   Sounds corny, but everything looks so new; you don't realize, over time, how dirty things get. Mike is very conscientious about landscaping and moving things around that are in his way and then putting him back.  Except for the house looking new, you wouldn't have known he had ever been there.
When he was done, at Mike's request, we walked around to review his work--which is another thing I really like.
Again, very reasonable price, great quality of work, nice people to work with--what more can you ask and pay for?

    Accurate Power Washing
The contractor (the company owner) said he would arrive between 8-9am on a Saturday.  He didn't call until 1000 to say he was on the way and didn't arrive until 1015.  Once the owner & an employee were here they got right to work washing the deck, which looked very good once it was done.
While figuring out where to start washing the siding the contractor discovered multiple yellowjacket hives under the shutters on the S side of the house.  He asked if I could get the hives cleared out by that night and I said that I probably could not (my husband was out of town for an extended period of time and I prefer to stay far away from bees).  I offered to be very flexible with the timeline for completion of that side of the house, as I didn't feel that it was his problem to deal with the yellowjackets.  I also offered to pay him for the 3 sides to be done that day and, after the yellowjackets were taken care of, have him come back whenever his schedule allowed.  He said that he was "too busy" and needed to get the whole job done "right away".
He then pressure washed the other 3 sides of the house (which looked good) but did not remove the shutters prior to doing so.  While he was finshing up the 3rd side of the house, I went outside to ask him about the shutters, as the company's website & the brochure that was left with the estimate stated that shutter removal was part of their procedures for washing siding.  He asked me to prove that is what the paperwork stated, so I went inside and printed the info directly off of their website.  He then told me that was an IT/web design error, they only remove shutters when painting siding, and that the area under the shutters would get clean even without removal (after removing the shutters ourselves it was painfully obvious that the area under them does not get cleaned at all).  I told him that since the shutter removal was advertised as part of their siding washing service I expected it to be performed.  He stated he would do it for me this one time, but he wasn't going to do it until the yellowjackets were dealt with (fair enough).  He then said they had another job to get to and he would "call me later" to schedule a time to come back.  He had brought up times to return that included that evening or the next morning (Sunday), but he did not choose one prior to leaving and did not call me back until Sunday night.  In the meantime, I had enlisted help to get the hives sprayed.
When he called on Sunday night he offered to come back Monday to spray the hives again, Tuesday to remove the shutters, and Wednesday to pressure wash the final side of the house and the shutters.  He asked to come at 4pm on Monday, but I was not available until 6pm, which he agreed to.
Shortly before 6pm Monday, I received a call from a woman at the company stating that he was going to the ER to deal with a hernia.  I asked her to call me later on to let me know if we were still scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday.  She did call back and stated that he would return Tuesday, but did not specify if the time had changed.  I didn't think to ask, since the originial time had been scheduled for 6pm.
He arrived Tuesday night at 7:15pm after calling shortly before to let me know he was on the way.  He resprayed the hives and then left.  Before he left I asked when he would be returning the next day (Wednesday) and he replied "same time, around 6".
He didn't show up until around 7:15pm on Wednesday.  Because I was expecting him around 6pm I had made plans that I had to cancel once he didn't show up at that time.  When he did arrive, I asked how long it was going to take, he asked if I had plans, and I replied that I did but I had already canceled them.  He stated it would take about 90 minutes to complete the work.  I went inside, and about 5 minutes later he knocked on the door and told me there had been too much confusion, he didn't think this was the job for him, he wasn't going to charge us for what had been done, but he also wasn't going to complete the work order outlined in the signed contract.  His equipment was already packed up, and he left.

Their representative went over the entire process regarding materials and methods to be used as well as the expected timeframe.
The estimate was quickly provided via email and regular mail. They accomodated extra work requested by us (one additional door trim to be painted). All work was done on time and at the expected price. They did a good job. And we would use them again in the future.
