About as good of a major home expenditure experience as you can get! Tony was one of four cement contractors that I got estimates from. While work was expensive (over $12k), Tony's price was on the lower end and cheaper than two others by $2-$3k. More importantly, I had the best vibe from Tony and was most familiar with his work. He as done more than a few driveways in my subdivision and his work always stood out b/c it looked great, especially with his "signature finish"...picture frame edging on sides of driveway. Tony & Trish were very busy (job in spring), but responsive. He was also able to accelerate my project by 6-7 weeks on short notice and ad the green light to do this at time of estimate. Day 1 crew of 4-5 showed up on time and did amazing demolition and prep work: all old stuff removed with new crushed stone base on framing done in a day. Tony came at end of Day 1 to inspect and talk to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. Day 2 crew of 9-10 came and just cranked with Tony there the entire day. Amazing to watch the teamwork. Both crews were very nice and took the time to answer my questions which rose out of general curiosity. We had a good idea of what it would look like, but we are even happier than we thought we'd be with our new cement - definitely provides "pop" to our home's curb appeal.

It went great. They showed up when they said, did the work and cleaned up all in 2 days. They sent a large work crew so that the patio could be finished in 2 days; work crew was friendly and professional. They did a great job. They laid down sheets of plywood on the grass so their equipment would not leave tracks in the grass. Stone was delivered and dumped in our driveway and the workers hauled it to the back with wheel barrels. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely hire again.

It went great. We went to Integrity because another landscaper jerked us around for over a month. Integrity scheduled a visit, created a proposal, came for another visit and completed the project in about 2 weeks. The work itself was done in a day and there werent any problems. They were very professional and executed the project perfectly. Overall, it was a little more expensive than we planned however their work is very thorough and I have 100% trust that everything was done properly, so the extra cost was worth it. We have plans to go back to them next season to finish up 2 more projects in our yard.

I found Landscape Masters here on Angies List. I contacted the company through Angies List to see if I could have someone come out and give us a quote on a new porch and sidewalk. James Schumacher, the owner, got back to me right away and we set up the appt. that same week for him to come out and take a look at what we wanted. Once meeting James we could tell right away that we liked him. He listened to what we wanted and gave us different 3d renditions that really helped bring the project into perspective for us. We originally thought we wanted a brick porch/sidewalk, but after talking with James he thought that stone would look much better and would give us a "timeless" look. We agreed and went with the stone and it turned out beautifully. The work began in a timely manner. Dave and two other workers were very friendly and worked very hard getting a challenging project precisely constructed. James stopped by every day to make sure things were going smoothly. In total it took them about a week and half to finish. From beginning to end we thoroughly enjoyed working with James. I wish I could post before and after photos the results are just beautiful. If you choose Landscape Master L.L.C you won't be disappointed and your dreams will become a reality!

Performed work within specified window dates. Arrived and began before 8am. Supervisor(s) on site throughout work. Project completed in less than one day. Very professional, polite, and informative. Welcomed all questions and gave informative answers. Dave, Steve, and wonderful onsite crew and office staff went that extra mile to meet our wants and needs. Can't recommend Integrity more strongly. Would confidently refer them to anyone!!!!!

Integrity did a great job again.  This is the third time I've had them perform work at two different homes.  Dave spent a lot of time with me upfront walking through the work that would be done and options to reduce some cost.  Not the cheapest quote, but I chose Integrity because of the work they have performed in the past.  You get what you pay for, and the work Integrity does will last.  Once I signed the paperwork, they were onsite within a week.  Project lasted one day and they performed the following: planted combination of trees/bushes/perennials throughout the front yard, reconfigured one mulch bed, put new edging around two existing mulch beds, installed stepping stones, buried one downspout, regraded and planted seed in portions of front yard.  It's been approximately one month since the work was completed and the new grass is coming in great and the new trees/bushes/perennials installed are growing nicely.

Everyone I have worked with at Integrity is fantastic.  Dave is always willing to meet in order to develop the plan that fits your needs, the crew does a great job of executing the landscape plan, and the office staff is extremely helpful, courteous, and responsive.  I'd 100% use Integrity again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone out there.

salesman (a partner in the co.) told us one thing, construction crew (headed by other partner) told us something completely different.
    1. Fireplace location had to be adjusted.
    2.  fireplace insert was not what we agreed upon, we took it anyway.
    3.  mantle was not what was agreed upon, we took it anyway -looked good in the end....needed some extra sanding at the end before we stained and polyurathaned it...easy enough for us to do.
    4.  chimney location was changed due to relocation of fireplace...instead of garage roof, was now house roof.
    5.  Outlet on fireplace needed outlet cover, we bought and installed that ourselves - painting it with home depot stone spray paint.   Again, not a big deal.
    6.  our newly sanded floor needed more sanding after they left.  fireplace grout and dirt and scuff marks needed to be removed.  We figured that would happen, so no surprise - could have brought more tarps to cover floor perhaps, we used ours as well.
    7.  needed to order more cultered stone for the fireplace due to relocation.  Reminded them about that on day 2.  Stone co. didnt have the same in stock, needed to suppliment with a similar type.  Looks good, cant tell at all.
    8. Hearth stones we picked out were different than what was delivered.  Stone co. had different one on display - mislabeled.  Had to personally drive an hour away to pick the proper ones up and get back to the house before the guys finished on the last day.
    9. attic crawl space in rafters left open in garage after they left...not a big deal.
    10.  Original salesman never returned our calls about all the issues that happened.  Never heard from him again.  The completed job looks nice, it was just a bit stressful.  Job took 3 days.

We had been looking for a company that had experience with drainage issues because we have a large lot sloping toward our house.  There were quite a few landscapers on Angie's list but Integrity stated that drainage was one of their specialties so we called them for an estimate.
Dave came to the house and told us what he thought would work best with our water issues as in trenched drains from where the retaining wall would be placed traveling around the house on both sides to the culvert at the front of the lot.  He would use lannon stone for the retaining wall (we wanted a more natural look) and place the boulders pulled up by excavators when our foundation was dug around the lot.   He was also going to grade the lot for good drainage, add topsoil and grass seed and create a patio area with crushed gravel.  There was more work involved when Integrity started grading and found that the excavators just covered over an old gravel road and some cement filled pipes instead of removing them.  Integrity dug these up themselves so that the work would be done correctly.
There had been quite a bit of rain so Integrity had tried to wait until the soil dried out to complete the job but had 13 people come in the day before our move-in date so that the work could get done before we moved into the house.  With the soil being so wet, they had to tamp down the ground on the whole area (about 1/3 acre) before they could even add topsoil.  Integrity also reworked the culvert for better flow (not part of the original estimate).
Instead of looking like a war zone we now have a beautifully sloped lot with a lannon stone retaining wall and fieldstone boulders placed in nice groupings that are just inviting me to add some plants!  The grass seed is sprouting as well so from being the worst yard in the area it is now the best!  They absolutely did a fantastic job and they certainly gave us value for the money we paid.  Thank you Integrity Landscaping!

Aquatica had previously installed a water garden in our back yard 10+ years ago, but recent activity by local heron population had been decimating my Koi population. We contacted Dean Pepito in the spring and arranged to have the pond re-dug to a deeper depth and expanded with a second waterfall, with fish caves in which the Koi could hide when the heron came to visit.
Actual work started with the crew removing all of my aquatic plants and putting them in a stock tank to hold while work was performed, then they drained the pond and took it apart stone by stone, all by hand. They removed the original liner and dug (again by hand) in our lovely clay soil, about 18' deeper, re-contouring the pond, and adding a second waterfall, with all of its related equipment. They relined the pond, replaced all the old stone (which had been power washed) as well as added several tons of new stones both within the pond and in the landscaping nearby. They replanted the pond and refilled it, added starter chemicals, and mulched around the outer perimeter to reintegrate it in my existing landscape. They also installed some additional external lighting to highlight the new feature.
The job took about a week to complete, with three or more workers at the house every day. This was during the 100 degree weather we had this summer and the crew worked really hard, cheerfully and without complaint. They were amazing, and had an unparalleled eye for design and artistic stone placement.
Every night when they left, they took pains to sweep up the dirt and dust from the patio so the back yard would look presentable.
While they may not have offered the lowest price to perform this work, they certainly offered the best value, expertise, and concern for customer satisfaction.
Aquatica is by far the best choice for any back yard pond project.

I worked with someone on the phone who said they did not need to come out because he knew what I wanted. When I came home the border was done done incorrectly. It then took a few more trips for them to correct the mistakes. They did adjust the price due to the errors, but there was no apology. They seemed reluctant to ever come out to asses the work, which would have prevented most of the errors. The end result is satisfactory but it took a while to get there.
