    Infinity Exteriors LLC
June 7, 2019 To Whom It May Concern, I want to thank sales representative, Jason Strekow, and everyone involved in my roofing, windows, attic venting and attic air-sealing project! I was impressed with the dedication of every person involved, and every aspect of their work! I got 3 quotes for the roofing, including Infinitys. The other two companies quoted my project without sending anyone to physically look at my home. When Jason came, he want just looking at my roof, but instead, every improvement that Infinity could provide to my home. He calculated what would be needed for proper venting and of my attic and included that, as well. I chose Infinity because of their package of services and the value they offered. Though it was $3k more than I anticipated spending, the value was well worth the added cost. The roofing crew was excellent! They took down my old, non-functioning, chimney and roofed over the opening. They also roofed my shed at no additional charge. My attic is now appropriately vented and sealed, which will save energy all year-round. They also corrected an issue with my bathroom vent. The installation of glass block windows in my basement was completed within 2.5 hours and was done to my complete satisfaction. The air-sealing and insulation work in my attic was done with great efficiency and expertise. Everything that Jason promised to take care of, was seemingly executed properly. I can honestly say that this is the best home improvement project that I have ever paid for. As a do-it-yourself person, former engineer in the construction business and former business owner; I know more than most about the construction and contracting process and typical shortcomings and pitfalls. I am sincerely impressed with the way that Infinity does business and highly recommend them to anyone considering a home improvement project! Sincerely, Jon M

College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving
College Hunks are great! Jason has been out twice with a great team each time. This trip he came out with Jared and Dwayne. All three of them were quick and efficient removing all sorts of odds and ends, from a broken picnic table, bags of yard waste, broken bricks & rocks, to errant scrap pieces of wood and other odds and ends left behind by the previous homeowner. They had a quarter truck packed up in about 30-45 minutes including a bit of leg work as some of the items were in the yard and they had to go up several steps or climb a hill to get to. Even took a moment to inquire about our dog, who was yapping at the window for attention, and share some pet anecdotes. Their service saved my husband and myself hours of labor and multiple trips to multiple locations to properly dispose of everything. If hauling services are ever needed again, they'll be the first place we call. Note: Approximate cost is after including a tip.

    Infinity Exteriors LLC
Nick Morn was exceptional through all of our dealings with Infinity, we used them for our rental property but after seeing their great work we also used them at our home. It has been great dealing with Nick at Infinity over the course of two years and we dont hesitate to use them in the future.

    Elite Exteriors LLC
Great company. Zack explained everything in detail. Told us what to expect at every step of the process. Jose and his crew were amazing. Very fast, very meticulous. They worked in between bad weather and finished in only a total of three days. I highly recommend Elite Exteriors.

    Steve Marino Construction Management
Heard nightmare contractor stories? This guy is the opposite of those other guys. Steve marino is the best there is. He will not do work without explaining the options and will provide expert advice if asked. He even took the time to help us chalk out our master bathroom framing so we could envision the changes better (not his job, we had a designer doing the plans but he was actually more helpful!). He and his crew work incredibly hard and show up when they say they will. They are professional, clean up after themselves and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. If you hire Steve you can rest assured that you will be getting the best service and quality around. He goes above and beyond to finish things on time and in budget. He is honest about any issues or price changes. Will never hire anyone else for our construction needs.

    ALL APPLIANCE SERVICE
Talked to him over the phone. I was not getting water to my dishwasher. He suggested that the line might be frozen. I ran a hair dryer under the dishwasher and problem solved. I will definitely use him in the future for all my appliance repairs.

    Empire Home Remodeling
I chose Empire to complete a roofing and siding project for my home after 2 other estimates from companies. The salesperson (Erik) was friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained everything they had to offer. They definitely promote the higher end product line, but were willing to do whatever I was comfortable with. I did choose the CraneBoard siding and Owens Corning Duration shingles and was given a fair price for better product compared to the other estimates I had. Color and style were next, and the options on that were amazing also. Once everything was finalized, I assumed I would need to wait until Spring to get everything started. I was told they would be able to start as soon as the materials came in, and they didn't stop working just because it was winter. It was a big job, and they sent a sizable work crew to make sure everything was done in a timely fashion. The installers did a good job, kept my yard clean, and even came in two weekends in a row because the weather was nice. The only mishap was a broken storm window during the roof tear off. They took it out and had it fixed, then broke it putting it back in. It came out again, was repaired and reinstalled. Also, throughout the entire process the communication was excellent. Melissa and Erik were always available to answer questions or provide updates, even later in the evening or the weekend. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and the entire process, and am already looking to use Empire again on other projects.

    Badger Contracting LLC
I cannot recommend this company! Please take the time to read this before choosing this company! In a short explanation, Badgers planning and communication after signing the contract is non-existent. Other problems are the metal was cut wrong, didnt order the correct parts, didnt order enough parts and the simple logistics of the project were horrible! I decided to have Badger Contracting do the roof project for my barn. When I was receiving quotes from companies Badger was very responsive and in constant communication. I decided to use Badger, even though they were the highest bidders, because they had great reviews and I thought they could get the work done in a timely manner. I was wrong, extremely wrong! Once I signed the contract with them I was lead to believe by the Rep that they would be starting within a couple of weeks. The contract was signed on Sept 16th. But the work didnt actually start until Nov 15th. Prior to the start date I tried getting updates from Badger but that was difficult. I had to initiate most of the communications and they would hardly respond and when they did the information was incorrect. They told me the metal would be delivered on Nov 3rd (Saturday) so I made plans to be around because they didnt have an estimated time frame for the delivery. I tried to confirm delivery with them on Nov 2nd but never got a response. On Saturday Nov 3rd I texted the Rep and got a response around 11 AM, he had no idea if it would be delivered that day and he wouldnt know until Monday?? I attempted to call the Rep that just texted me and he didnt answer. I call the company and left a voice mail (which they never responded from). The Rep then responded and said that he contacted the Owner of Badger and that the delivery was moved back a week to Nov 10th (next Saturday). On Nov 9th the Rep contacted me and stated that they would start the project on the 13th or 14th of November. The delivery finally happened on Nov 10th but only half of it was delivered and they had to come back out later to deliver the rest. On Nov 13th the Rep contacted me to let me know that the dumpster would be delivered the next day around noon. This was the start date that I was told the week prior. The dumpster finally showed up around 2:34 after the driver sat in the Cemetery next door for over an hour trying to figure out where to deliver it. Finally, on Nov 15th the crew showed up to start the job. Everything was going well until I was notified that the metal was cut incorrectly and they didnt have enough to complete the roof. I had to decide to either send it all back and wait for the new metal to come in or have a seam and get of the roof done that day. Because of the condition of the roof I needed to get as much done as I could. It took 2 months to get the metal in the first time. I couldnt wait another 2 months for a re-order. They started putting the metal down, when they went to do the edging and the peak they ordered the wrong edging material and didnt order enough padding for them to finish the peak. They not only had to order the rest of the metal but they had to order the correct edge metal and more padding to finish the peak. I asked when they would be picking up the dumpster and I was told that the dumpster would remain on site till the project was completed. From Nov 15th till Nov 29th I didnt receive any status or updates from Badger about anything. I received a phone call from the Rep on Nov 29th and he told me the metal would be delivered that day. Somehow the metal that took 2 months before only took 2 weeks this time. The delivery was completed within 2 hours of being notified about it. On Dec 5th I received a text message from the Rep at 7:11 PM that the crew would be out the next morning to finish the work. I notified him that we had recently got 2 dogs and that needed to notify my wife before starting the work. He acknowledges that but it didnt happen. They started anyway. That evening at 4:27 PM the Rep texted me that he was coming back for me to sign for completion of the job. I was finally about to respond to him at 5:41 and let him know that I wouldnt sign because I was able to look the roof because it was already dark by the time I got home. He was disappointed that I wouldnt sign because he would not get paid until it was completed and I signed. I told him that wanted to inspect the work before I sign completion of it. I also wasnt going to sign until they removed the dumpster that was sitting in my driveway since Nov 14th. Dec 14th: It would finally take another week before they would pick up the dumpster. In all the dumpster sat in my driveway for 30 days. I was notified that they would be picking up the dumpster while they were already in my yard picking it up. I am so glad to be done dealing with this company and wish I would have given my money to a different company. This project was the most stressful and logistical failure project I have had. Even after the project was completed I have never been asked how the project went or even contacted by the company other than for the final payment. I dont think they care about their customers or even the quality of the service or product, they only care about the money. Like I said at the beginning, I would not recommend this company for any project you have.

    ZSK Roofing LLC
The planning process and work on my new roof went very well. I was referred to ZSK by a relative. Troy was able to fix their roof with a minor repair. He was honest and worked well. I found the same to be true for me. My roof had damage from another contractor who put gutters on my roof last year. Troy was very knowledgeable about the problem and what my roof needed to be fixed. He was able to use the new gutters. The prices were fair and roof was done very well. The crew working were careful about cleaning everything up afterwards. I would recommend ZSK roofing!
