    Dr W has a terrible bedside manner. She is not very friendly and is pushy. I feel a doctor should be warm hearted and understanding of the patients needs. I left her office very upset and immediately changed my family doctor.

    still have bladder  cancer as of 7/10/16. No improvement since operation. No plan to preform procedure reach stated goal.

    I have been seeing him for about 5 years. He is very friendly. He will not recommend unnecessary tests or treatments. He is sensitive to medication cost and will find a less expensive version of medication if you need. I do not have to visit too often but he seems to be a nice guy. The office staff are professional, friendly and punctual. It does take a while to be scheduled for an appointment and you do have to book in advance.

    My husband made an appointment after looking this location up via his health insurance company's website.   They were listed as a network provider.
    We went for a hearing test in December of 2013, and the staff was very professional and friendly.   They noted a marked hearing loss with my husband and suggested hearing aids, but also referred him to an ENT in the network because they felt that he may be a surgery candidate.   He wasn't.
    Fast forward to a year later - my husband has finally decided to get hearing aids.   We went in for a follow up appointment and hearing test, and the results were essentially the same.   We elected at this point to look at hearing aids.   My husband's insurance has very good coverage for this type of device and we were able to select a pair that were well within the allowed amounts for the insurance company.
    Upon selecting them, we were told that we had to pay the full price and wait for the insurance to reimburse us directly.   This should have been a red flag - and with this being a nearly $6000 purchase, it wasn't exactly like we had that kind of money or credit available.   They said that they had a 6 month payment plan that wasn't a big deal.   
    Fast forward another week to when my husband went to pick up the hearing aids.   First, there is nothing in the coupon printed from the Avada website for the "affordable option" that says that the offer is subject to credit approval.   Secondly, when my husband presented the audiologist with this coupon, he was told that he couldn't have the hearing aids the same day.  At this point, he was informed that the plan is actually through CareCredit.   We already had a CareCredit account, but frankly our credit is rather extended and we felt we wouldn't be approved for a higher credit line on the card.   We were right and we weren't approved for an increased credit line.   They suggested we open another account with the same provider - this is just silly.
    This is a *network* provider for our insurance, so there should be absolutely *no* issues with billing through them.   
    That being said, the staff is very informative and helpful; if you have the cash or enough credit for hearing aids, then maybe go - but don't otherwise.

    I had an annual physical with blood draw. Little to no waiting time.  Dr Kuhl was very attentive and thorough.  I did not feel rushed and felt that all my concerns were addressed.  I would highly recommend Dr Kuhl as a family physician.

    He is a good doctor. He is concerned about me as a person. He is conservative in his diagnosis; he doesn't go off in some strange area. He answers my questions well. The clinic is very clean and very well taken care of. With regard to availability, it is sometimes hard to get in to see him. With regard to effectiveness of treatment, it doesn't always work out the best. With regard to billing and administration, there are some issues I have with the billing.

    They barely said "hello" when they asked me if my insurance covers foot orthotics.  Big red flag.  I said I didn't know and I called my wife, who works for her insurance company and handles their plan benefits.  She talked to the office and told them that there may be certain diagnoses that may be covered but to send a pre-authorization or call the insurance company to verify benefits.  If they were not covered we didn't want them because my wife was going through cancer treatments and we couldn't afford any more out of pocket expenses.  They did neither and they ordered me foot orthotics to the tune of $500.   they were not covered and they demanded I come get them.  We filed a complaint with the insurance company and had them deal with them.  I will never go back.  Classic case of overutilization of services, which can be construed as fraud in many cases.

    Dr. Irland is brilliant in her interactions with expecting and new mothers. Her years of experience and strong intuition make her communications with her patients exemplary. She treats every patient like she would her own sister.
    She is always late. Bring a good book. While waiting was frustrating, she makes deliveries and patients her top priority, and she was always there in an emergency and took the time I needed. I never felt rushed.
