The shared app used during construction kept everyone in the loop on what was happening and future plans. Questions or concerns were addressed promptly. He worked with us, found economical solutions to a couple of minor issues, and completed the work in a timely manor. Also important, they were very good about cleaning up every day. ATim Winsall FlooringI am so impressed with Tim's service and workmanship. He communicated in a timely way from my first request for a quote and throughout the work process. I chose Tim because his process includes four coats of finish on newly sanded floors and two coats when buffing and refinishing floors. He is a perfectionist and never short circuited the process to stay on schedule, but rather did whatever ti took for a quality result. The price of the remodel did not exceed the original estimate despite some minor problems they found (house is almost 90 years old. They were reliable, prompt, professional, and finished the job just a week over projected, due to supply chain delays (Covid related). I have owed several houses and have had multiple remodels, and this is the only one I can say was done correctly, to my satisfaction, and was even enjoyable. Roger works very hard to make sure that everything is right, and he is involved, reachable, and responsive throughout the whole process. Any materials or workmen he uses are top-notch. People come on time and every day, work hard, are pleasant and friendly, and most importantly, they are respectful and clean up every single day. I have never had experiences like this. I can trust Roger to be on top of things and communicate with me. Everyone is certified, contracts are in writing, and he pulls the permits. Very professional. You get what you pay for. He was readily available to answer questions and concerns and made the process from start to finish a breeze. Installation couldn't have been better. Joe did an excellent job, too. He worked seamlessly with the other contractors and completed the floor installation on time. Nothing was missed--even the baseboards were painted to complete the look. Our basement looks amazing! He even suggested a lower cost option when he arrived and saw the floor’s condition but we proceeded with the full sanding and refinishing. His dust mitigation is excellent and he communicated timeline and arrival times well in advance. Our original hardwood floors look brand new. Tim is an artisan. DAwful. Waterproofing was horrible, the shower is unusable, and now I need to pay additional money to have someone demolish the work and re-do all of it. Not a single tile is straight or properly installed, and the final product looks awful. I requested a partial refund and he disappeared off the face of the earth. 0/10.

DNot much improvement after completion. Michael was upfront about having a 2nd job snow plowing. Even taking that into consideration his response to text or call is a couple days, if at all. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend Carver Construction.

DAwful, from the moment I walked in the showroom at the Waukesha location salesman Robert stated he was on a tight schedule so I had to make it quick. I quickly grabbed 3 samples to take home. The fellow that measured arrived on time a few days later on schedule. It took days to get the quote and when I called Robert to ask about it he again said he didn’t have time to review it yet. I have worked in sales 16 plus years and that is not how you treat somebody that is going to pay big money for a purchase at your store. The concept of the store works and the cost was in line with 2 other companies I received quotes from but the salesmen reminded me of a tacky used car salesmen.

AWe had to get our tub surround re-tiled after a smaller window was put in. The Tile Alchemy was a pleasure to work with, they were very clean and courteous. Justin suggested a design that turned out wonderful in our odd little bathroom. The tile looks fantastic, and they used all waterproof materials with a warranty, so I am confident we will not have any water issues again!

APaul is very responsive and arrived when promised, additionally he is extremely genial and personable and is fun to talk to while the job is being done. He explains what is involved, any issues he foresees in the future and is very reasonable. Our unconventional ask of removing the floor boards that prevented removal of the old dishwasher was done by himself, in time and he returned shortly after the new dishwasher was installed with a helper, to put the floorboards back in. Another handyman I had contacted insisted it was best left to a flooring specialist so this was much appreciated and extremely timely as well. The faucet and sink recaulk also was attended to soon after with his assistant and very well. Very quick and efficient and cleans up after. We used to have a go to handyman in the past who no longer works, so glad to have found someone so reliable and dependable. I will be calling him for any jobs I will have in the future!
