AMad City Windows & BathsFrom start to finish, Mad City was professional in selling their products, they did not try and force sell anything. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products and service. The sales person even inquired if I was a veteran and that Mad City offered a military discount. The installation was quick but quality and before the installers could finish, there was a quality control manager who came by during the installation process and ensured that I was fully satisfied with their work. AMad City Windows & BathsWe went to a home show months ago and spoke to a rep there. We then had a quote for our small corner shower and found the sales person to be wonderful. He wanted to make sure we were comfortable with this investment in our home. The shower is great, the installation person was wonderful. We then had Mad City come for a quote on some windows that have been a problem and two sliding glass doors. Same sales person, again very understanding and personable. Again, did not want us to take on too much, and wanted to be sure we were comfortable taking on this investment in our home. The installation crew for our new windows and doors were great. They communicated well with each other and were great at explaining how the new features work on our new additions. We will certainly call them out again if we have other projects they are able to do. We have had some very poor experiences with other companies but have been VERY HAPPY with the work and people we have dealt with at Mad City.- Josh P.

AElite Exteriors LLCAfter deciding to stay put in our house instead of building new, we knew the first phase of our remodeling would need to be the exterior... replace the roof, gutters, downspouts, windows, siding, and landscaping. After an exhaustive amount of research on companies that provide these services in SE Wisconsin we decided to interview the TOP 5. Knowing this would be a very big and expensive project it was important that we get a good vibe and trust the company we choose. (Early in the process, before doing much research, we got a bid from an actual con-man-scammer, who had been convicted for scamming and stealing! Yes, they're out there, so be careful.) When we interviewed Ryan from Elite it was very apparent that he knew his stuff and was a transparent, straight shooter. He helped educate us on the different materials to choose from and why some are seemingly more expensive at the beginning but are a better choice in the long run. After researching again we soon realized everything Ryan told us was absolutely correct! We are SO glad we decided to go with HARDIE siding and FULL REPLACEMENT MARVIN WINDOWS! The entire process was fast, the disruption was minimal, the communication was great, the materials used were superior, the crew was friendly and conscientious, and the price was very fair! They did an excellent job on our front porch and exterior doors also! I can honestly say I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELITE EXTERIORS to anyone in need of some exterior updating. AEnergy Masters LLCJim came to my house in West Allis, and was extremely helpful, and kind. He gave us excellent advice as to the things that we should tackle first in this fixer-upper. He was honest about the insulation job that we asked him to quote. He was unbelievably helpful when discussing this over-100-year-old home, and explained to us why people did the things they did in those days, and the types of renovations that were common then, which has helped us so much in planning our renovation. Matter of fact, he knew exactly where we'd need to repair flooring underneath the carpeting - and, he was right-on!! I consider him a forensics expert on old homes!!! AHome Sealed Exteriors is by far an excellent company to work with. From start to finish their professionalism was perfect. Our phone calls or e-mails were always returned with in a day. With COVID putting a delay on our project Home Sealed made us feel comfortable that things would be alright installing the windows in the winter. We can not say enough about the installers, they were great! They left our home spotless. When finished we were shown how to operate the windows and asked if we had any questions. We are so pleased with the look and quality of our new windows and patio door.

Owner operated, family run. I will look at the job, bid the job and do the job; my wife does the paperwork. Each job is individually estimated. I have over 30 years of experience and specialize in overcoming structural challenges. We will bring in our team of subcontractors when necessary, but generally it is just me and sometimes my wife will help me out. Customers like this because she cleans up really good!!

CThe man came to measure went well, the installers were good. The salesman was good however he did not show me a cut away of the door or actually present any samples of the track. Just pictures and what can you tell from a picture??? The price was okay as I was anxious to get the door in before cold weather so bought it mainly for the pricing and thinking I would get in in about 6 weeks. It was 4 months and COLD when finally installed. The installation went well and only about 90 minutes. However after it was in I find out how terrible the threshold is. The track stands up about 1/2". You easily catch your toe on it, also stepping on the track your foot has no support. There is no raised panel to make the threshold even so you aren't' stepping right on the raised slide that the door slides on. Like stepping on a stick and again...you can trip on it easily. Also it was just a dual glass, not triple glas door. Hence the cheapness of it. I would never recommend Wasco for doors. Thumbs down all the way. When you buy cheap you get cheap so go for a better quality upper end door.

DI liked that Todd had a set price is charged for installing each door. Since he didn't charge by hour I knew exactly what we were going to pay. However, after he installed the first door with an electonic door lock, the deadbolt was stuck in. I called him soon after he left, when I discovered this, and he said, don't worry about it, just put a chair in front of the door. I'll be back tomorrow. He fixed it easily the next day. However, we had issues with that door again. Instead of calling him, we called a locksmith, and they said the door was not aligned properly. He was friendly, but I would not hire him again.

APaul is very responsive and arrived when promised, additionally he is extremely genial and personable and is fun to talk to while the job is being done. He explains what is involved, any issues he foresees in the future and is very reasonable. Our unconventional ask of removing the floor boards that prevented removal of the old dishwasher was done by himself, in time and he returned shortly after the new dishwasher was installed with a helper, to put the floorboards back in. Another handyman I had contacted insisted it was best left to a flooring specialist so this was much appreciated and extremely timely as well. The faucet and sink recaulk also was attended to soon after with his assistant and very well. Very quick and efficient and cleans up after. We used to have a go to handyman in the past who no longer works, so glad to have found someone so reliable and dependable. I will be calling him for any jobs I will have in the future!
