  • On February 11, 2018 I called T-Mobile customer service and became a new T-Mobile customer. I ordered two Samsung Galaxy S8 phones. At the time of my order the customer service rep was very polite and seemed helpful. I asked about the least expensive phones for purchase and was told that I was in luck and that I qualified for a BOGO rebate offer for the Samsung Galaxy S8 phones and would receive a gift card worth 795.00 in the mail, but it would take about 6 weeks. I asked her if I could keep my old phone number but was told that orders made over the phone could not port phone numbers. Today, 04/21/2018 I called about the status of my rebate and was told by Oscar C. that in fact my order never qualified for the rebate, and he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. I am angry that T-mobile uses such dishonesty to get new customers and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

  • TERRIBLE!! Very poor reception of signal everywhere....city, country, in buildings/my home......everywhere, even when people with other service providers are getting reception. Tried to cancel service but locked into them because of payments for my phone or incurring a fee to cancel. So I paid off my phone and on the next bill, I was still being charged installments for my phone after paying an additional $50 over the balance cost of the phone! When I contacted them, spent 40min with an agent who could not figure out what I was saying, while I was walking HER thru my bill online. She put me on hold 5x and never figured out what my problem was. Asked to speak to her supervisor, and after another 40min and several "on holds", she was able to figure out the problem and said it would be adjusted on the next bill. Not too hopeful. AT&T is TOO BIG and do not able to meet the service requirements, both for phone service and customer service. My recommendation is USE ANOTHER CELL PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER!!

  • The service is very good. Not counting what I'm paying towards the hardware, I'm paying about $150 per month for 4 lines and 15GB of data. I'm getting a cooperate discount for the price I'm paying. They could be more responsible to customer questions and requests. They could improve a little bit on their communication.

  • Switching from an old "family" plan and going to mobile share plan.  Sales person at other location was unable to answer questions regarding new plan.  Called the toll free number and spoke to 4 differnet representatives from customer service to no  avail.  Did online chat without any success.  Returned to original store and was directed to go to the corporate store on Bluemound Road.  Spoke with Yari about situation and made an appointment for 1/1/2014 at 10:45 a.m, with Yari.  Drove in a snow storm for appointment.  Store hours posted on door indicated they opened at 10:00 a.m.  I went to door and it was locked.  Saw three employees inside and knocked on door.  All three ignored me.  Stood outside in freezing cold, during snow storm, talking through the door to say that  I had an appointment.  Not one of the employees came to the door the explain why they weren't opening the door the let customers in,  I returned home, and found no message that my appointment had been cancelled, rather I found an email reminder sent by AT&T reminding me of the appointment.  Horrible customer service on many levels.  If customer service is at all important to you I do not recommend AT&T.

  • We had a horrible experience with them. It became a total pain. They keep giving us a credit and then at the end, when we get a bill and we said we don’t owe them and they said they’ll give us a credit and then we call them back because we got a bill and they said they will take care of it and finally after 6 months of that, we just gave up. They do not follow through. It was just a nightmare to deal with. We had a balance due and how did we had a balance due when the date they are saying the bill is due for, we didn’t even have service anymore. Everyone you talk to was very friendly and very nice and you thought it was rectified but it wasn’t because it wasn’t rectified.

  • THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE PURCHASED A COMPUTER FROM MILWAUKEE PC IN DELAFIELD. EACH TIME THEY HAVE ACCURATELY HELPED US TO SELECT THE COMPUTER WHICH WOULD BEST SUIT OUR NEEDS FOR THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MONEY. THE SUPPORT WE HAVE RECEIVED AFTER PURCHASE OF THE COMPUTER IS INCOMPARABLE. I HAVE FREQUENTLY CALLED THEM FOR HELP AND, EVEN THOUGH SOMETIMES THE PROBLEM IS NOT WITH THE COMPUTER ITSELF, BUT WITH OUR INTERNET SERVICE, THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. JASON, IN PARTICULAR, WAS VERY HELPFUL THIS LAST TIME, AS I ALSO PURCHASED NEW CELLULAR SERVICE THROUGH THEM. I WANTED TO KEEP MY OLD CELL PHONE NUMBER WHICH WAS NOT EASY AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT IN GETTING ME THROUGH THAT PROCESS.
