    Everdry Waterproofing Wisconsin
I had my basement waterproofed, and couldn't be happier. They performed exactly what needed to be done, no more, no less. The job was explained in detail, and work performed professionally. I live in New Berlin, in a subdivision that is wet, but my basement isn't anymore. Financing was offered, and the job comes with a lifetime warranty. I have recommended Everdry to friends over the years.

    Accurate Basement Repair
Very pleased with the honesty and professionalism from Accurate Basement Repair. After getting quotes from a well known contractor that specializes in basement repairs and quoted me over $20,000 of repairs, Accurate told me my walls are not bad enough to have any repairs done at this time. Definitely will hire them if the walls ever become worse.

The basement waterproofing and foundation repair was great, although quite expensive. But we figured they knew their stuff and you get what you pay for. Also, it came with the warranty. Our plans to finish our basement needed the assurance that the warranty supplied. Flash forward 2 years and after an extended 8 months away from home, we discovered mold growing on the walls of the basement. In areas where we had work done by them but mainly in an area where there wasn't any work done by them. It took a while for them to come out to check on it. This was due to one missed apptmt. -( our fault) and the fact they were so busy they couldn't fit us in at a time and day convenient to us. So, it took over a month before they could come out to check on the mold. That put a halt on our progress finishing the basement, but we were not going to go ahead without an inspection from the experts! So in the end, it was mold due to water seeping in from a sidewalk that had been heaved up by tree roots and was sloped angling backwards into the garage and ultimately the basement foundation. This was an area outside that they did not repair originally, so not their fault. So once my husband repaired that, all has been well! We are still making progress with finishing our basement, dry wall is next!

    CERTIFIED FOUNDATION
I have a block basement with 2 blocks in the first course showing signs of moisture seepage. I had multiple contractors assess the problem and all came up with basically the same root cause. Russ at Certified Foundations took the time to walk me through the problem (including the impact of my sump crock and the Palmer valve in my floor drain). He reviewed other contractors' plans and pointed out the waste (and extra cost) their plan offered. It made sense to me and during the work Russ drilled extra weep holes at the right angle of drain tile other contractors wanted to excavate and the blocks were bone dry, indicating to me that work would truly have been unnecessary (the right angle was along an interior wall of the basement; crawl space was on the other side). Russ was punctual for both the estimate appointment and for the day the work was performed. He was great in his communication. He even offered to do some exterior minor tuckpointing unrelated to this repair because he thought it should be done--at no extra cost. He did this job at SUBSTANTIALLY lower cost than any other contractor. Time will tell if this repair fixed my problem, but I believe it will. The exposed drain tile and weep holes looked exactly as he expected. I think Russ knows this industry very well and is more than fair and professional. I highly recommend Russ and Certified Foundation for consideration if you have need for basement repair work. Thanks Russ & Russ Jr.!

Over 20 years ago our finished basement would flood every Spring and after heavy rainfalls. I remember setting our alarm clock at night so my husband and I could get up to Shop vac the water that kept coming in. When I found myself crying at 3 AM on the basement steps I told him we needed to do something. Everdry answered our prayers. They waterproofed our basement and a few years later did my in-laws' also. Flash forward to today - our sons now live in those houses and never have had any problems with water, dampness or crying on the steps;) Thank you Everdry!

Excellent experience from the estimating process thru installation. The estimation process was a combination of evaluating the leaking and moisture issues in my basement and a short course on on the science of hydrology, basement construction, history of waterproofing industry, basement water proofing failure modes and solution options, and financial trade offs. During the installation process, the crew foreman understood my need to be included in the process and technical details. This allowed me to confirm the current failure modes that were predicted and verify the process that was sold to me. The installation team exceeded my expectations for quality of work, respect for my home during this major home improvement, and clean up. Each leader I worked with during the process exuded great energy, expertise, pride and joy in their work. You can't fake joy and that is what help Everdry to gain my trust.

Generally well overall. Unfortunately, the weather (early spring) put off the date for the final paving over the outside drain tile. There was also an area along the basement wall for which they didn't install the seepage material (no explanation why). The team broke one basement window, reported to the manager that I had approved replacing ALL the windows with glass block ($200 each for 5 windows). I explained that I had not spoken with them at all, and I'd be willing to replace the ONE broken window. They replaced two. At no extra charge to me. I felt as though it was my responsibility to nag (when will you be able to finish? what's going on with the outdoor work?), when that should be the priority of the business... keeping me informed about what's going on. Finally, when moving appliances, they destroyed my washing machine (cracked a cement part so it couldn't be repaired). I wasn't aware this had occurred until after the fact. I complained but have had no response. Despite the carelessness and unresponsiveness, that basement is dry as a bone. Can't complain on that note. I marked that I would hire again... slightly unsure about that. I'd like to think there's a perfect company out there that would contact me up-front about when work stops or will continue, or when they break something. Otherwise, the foundation work + sump pump install was superb.

When I bought my home, it included an EVERDRY home warranty. We had torrential downpours which flooded my basement. I called them and they are out right away. they dug out the wall where the leak was and completely rebuilt the wall. This has been 4 years ago and my basement is completely dry and has never flooded again.

I called for a quote on what I thought was an issue with my foundation. They came to the house on time and checked my foundation. They determined that it was not a foundation issue. They then spent the time to track down my plumbing leak to make sure I could hire that right people since they do not do plumbing. They did not charge me for the assessment even though it took quite awhile to find the leak. I found them to be very honest and I am grateful they came out to help me. If I ever had a foundation issue, I would not hesitate to hire them. I will be referring them to anyone I know with a foundation problem.
