    Braeger Ford
I bought a 2010 Ford Edge. They're real nice at first. When I came to pick the car up it wouldn't start. The battery was dead. While looking inside the car, I found a jump starter in the backseat. They must have known that the battery had a problem. They had to jump start it in order for us to take it home. I brought the car back for service we agreed upon during the sale. They said everything else was fine. A couple of weeks later I was at BestBuy, I went to my car and it wouldn't start. The battery was dead again. I called them, I asked if they were going to put in a new battery. They said they would check and call me back. They finally called me back they told me that they wouldn't give me a new battery. I mentioned to them I would go to social media with my story. We disconnected after that. They called back again and told me they can do it for half the price. I agreed and headed down there. *** UPDATE*** There seems to be some incorrect facts with their story. They stated "We appreciate review sites and online resources to voice opinions and experiences. We are proud of our reputation and customer service." If they really appreciate review site then why would they imply that what I said would be a "jerk move" implying that I'm a jerk. That was Jamie that said that to me and she General Sales manger. Seems to me that they are not appreciative of the customers side of the story or the review site at all. They state that this was the second time they helped me. I have no idea what the first time was. Can you please explain what the first time was? The second incorrect statement they mentioned was that I yelling and swearing at the employees. Not sure why they're making that up. They must have their disputes mixed up. At no time did I yell or swear at anyone, And they know that. I told them I was going to go to social media and tell my story. They made it seem like it was an ultimatum if they didn't refund him the rest of the cost. It was simply just a response to the situation. This was not a ultimatum. Looks like they're twisting the facts again. Jesse the service manage WAS being disrespectful. Literally when I pulled up to explain what was going on, she immediately cut me off saying "I don't wanna hear it, We just fix them you need to talk to the used car manager Nick" and pointed to him. When I spoke with nick he didn't care that the car didn't start when I picked it up he told me a lot of cars don't start and that he wasn't going to put in a new batteries in all of them . And that If he had to put in a new battery in the car he would have to charge me more for the car. Based on my experience and the obvious fact they do not like negative reviews, they're unethical and I would never use this company again. The salesman was about the only professional one I dealt with. Very nice guy.

    CarMax Auto Superstore
From start to finish, CarMax was excellent. We returned the first car - a Mercedes van - because we just couldn't get used to the shift mechanism. Our sales consultant, Heman Pervaix, was unfailingly patient and knowledgeable. We test drove several cars and ultimately had an Acura MDX shipped from their dealership in Kenosha. I would highly recommend CarMax in Waukesha.

    D & D Automotive Repair
Although I haven?t gotten anything done yet the fact that they deticated time and essentially money to thoroughly look at my vehicle and explain to me in a way that I could understand and looked everything over efficiently and effectively. I felt as if I belonged there I wasn?t just another client to them. I was welcome as an individual. Whether I decide to invest money in this vehicle or junk it and get another I will absolutely be back. They provide an all around service. 100%. I will refer any and everyone to D&D Automotive Repair.

    Royal Towing
Terrible- lined up the tow a day ahead of time, scheduled for 9am. They failed to call or show and when I attempted 6 times in 2 hours to contact them, failed to answer the phone and failed to return the call. Would never recommend this company.

    Goff's Collision Repair Center
Great! the job was done earlier than stated. Work looked great and the car was detailed so it was as close to new as it could! A treat! They are located next to a car rental which is also a convenience!

    D & D Automotive Repair
They were extremely professional and courteous. They gave me a written record of the services done and recommendations for future wore needed; however the were kind enough to prioritize the work needed so I knew what was the most urgent for safety. I also received an email of the recommendations and work done. I recommended them to family members who are now receiving service from them.

    D & D Automotive Repair
They've been my mechanic for 12 years, so they're great. I don't really know how they compare to other places, but I trust them. Several years ago when they had done some work on rotors perhaps. Something about the alignment that had done caused what they had done to not work very well. They grounded the rotors for me and didn't charge me. They're prompt, really nice and give me good information. They also give me choices, and they also tell me if I should not fix something. For instance the cable on my minivan that pulls the door back. When I talked to Steve, he found out all the information for me, but let me know ahead of time that it's the one thing the manufacturer doesn't do very well and I should expect it to be expensive and I should decide whether or not it was important to me. He was right, it was expensive and I decided not to do it and he validated my decision. It was like a $2,000 fix for something with the convenience. They said they could do it, and they'd order the parts and if I didn't want to do it, it was also a smart move. On the price, I don't know how it compares, but since I trust them I'd go there anyway.

    All World Transmission
At 82K miles, I took my 2005 Chevy in for Transmission maintenance. Was running fine before but afterwards I started to notice my transmission would slip in the low gears. After a warm-up, the slippage would go away. Returned to All World and was told "This happens will small engine front wheel drive cars". Finally, after dealing with having to warm-up my trans in Neutral before I left for work each day, I took the my car to another Mechanic. I told them what was happening. What they found was very dirty transmission fluid, a transmission Filter Gasket that wasn't replaced, and a dirty transmission filter (see picture - the Mech wiped clean a spot and told me such grime on the filter made it seem as if the filter was never replaced). When I took the picture to All World (with bills from both places), the owner told me that the Filter Gasket wasn't replaced (to save me $). The owner told me he'd call my other Mechanic AND call me back. 4 weeks later and no call from the owner, I return to All World. Now the owner's story changed and he says the Filter Gasket was replaced (even though it's not on their bill). He offered no refund and said he was Too busy to call me back. To me, that speaks volumes. Since taking my Car to the new Mech and having the Trans Filter (and Gasket) replaced, my car has run great for thousands of miles. Ive heard good things about All World Transmission and was even referred to them by a co-worker. However, my experience was such that All World doesnt stand by their work and the fact that the Owner changed his story and neglected to call me back as promised shows that this is not the place to go when things go wrong. No one is perfect, and mistakes happen but when you fail to stand by your service, change your story, fail to call back your customer for 4 weeks, youve lost me as a customer.

    Jerry's Automotive Service Inc
The inspection was performed in a timely and professional manner with detailed explanations of findings and associated costs of recommended work. I have used Jerry's for numerous repairs and maintenance over the past 6-7 years and have been very satisfied with their work and prices..

    Wilde Honda
Shady sales practices. They raised the price after I signed (when I wasn't looking). They raised my payment (when I wasn't looking). They tried to exclude the warranty paperwork so that I could not make a claim in the future, even though I paid for the warranty. I had to watch them every step of the way! Will NOT recommend Wilde Honda.
