  • One of the hid headlights on my daughter's 2013 Dodge Dart burned out. Not knowing how difficult these are to change we bought one at NAPA ($135 believe it or not). Got home and tried to install it and found it beyond our abilities. Went to Five Corners, pulled into Express Service and explained our situation. Would you believe it they installed our part and only charged us $26 for labor? Excellent customer service.

  • I am paying for premium service. It took about an hour and a half. They are professional and responsive to my needs. They listen to what I want. They are very courteous and professional. They gave me a checklist of the car and recommended some things for the next time we bring it in. They are aware that I am selling the car. It is 10 years old, so they recommended I defer a couple of things instead of paying for it in the short run.

  • I've put Trust Tire to the test with several different repairs over the last year and each time I have been extremely happy with the services provided. I was a bit leery after seeing some of the reviews but when I got a flat tire down the road they were the logical choice and since then I have only used them whenever I need anything done on my 2005 Mini Cooper. A lot of service places will hem and haw about working on a Mini...but not Trust. They took each challenge in stride. The last repair I had them do they even went above and beyond to find a way to bring the cost down...something VERY rare at any business no less a car repair shop. They did the same when I got my oil changed...they went out of their way to find a coupon for me. Being a woman I always wonder if I'll get taken advantage of....however I had my dad, who knows a lot about cars, double check each suggestion and repair from Trust and he validated each one and he too was impressed with their work. If you're hesitant I'd give them a try. Their prices are fair, the employees are very nice and the shop is professional and clean.

  • We brought it in for overheating and noise coming from the engine. They fixed the overheating by replacing the radiator and something else. However the noise was still coming from it and the engine light was still on, so we had to bring it back. The noise they determined was from a timing belt off key, so they fixed it. They also fixed whatever was causing the engine light. We got the car back and it started over heating again. Took it back. They said there was a hole in the new radiator and a broken head gasket. So they put some sealer in it. Got the car back, three days later, it quit working. Said it was overheating again, and huge smoke was coming out of the tail pipe. We put some more of the same sealer in it and ran it for awhile. It quit. They said to bring it back, of course this was over $950 into fixing the problem and we would of had to tow. Brought it to a different mechanic, they said a blown head gasket, that was warped by now from the heat. I'm not sure all of what was done to the car under Good Year, but it sure did cost a lot to not fix it.

  • It went well. The head gasket had to be resurfaced. When that seemed to be taking a long time, they called where they sent it to see what the hold up was. They replaced the timing belt instead of putting on the older one, because they did not feel comfortable doing that. They explained that there would be residual smoke coming out of the tail pipe for awhile, due to the oil getting into the coolant. Though they flushed it out. I should have brought it to them in the first place. Probably would have fixed the gasket before it warped, and saved me almost $1000 . Very happy with their communication.

  • Took our son's car in for overheating and a terrible noise coming from the engine. After replacing the radiator and I do not know what else, we got the car back. However it was still making the noise, so took it back. They determined the timing belt was off kilter and fixed it. Fixed something else, unsure at this time what it was. After almost $1000 and taking the car in and out for repair in three weeks, we had to take it back because it again quit on us and overheated. Determined there was a leak in the new radiator and something with the head gasket. So they fixed the leak and poured a sealant in for the head gasket. Car worked for three days and quit again. We tried the same sealant. Didn't work. They suggested we bring it back in. After everything we had already had done to the car and the money we invested, it was time to see a different mechanic. They just, obviously, weren't equipped. Found out the car had a blown head gasket and was warped from the heat. Not sure what they would have charged for that had they figured it out and repaired it. Not worth the time, energy, and money we spent.  No confidence in them.

    1) Service (in 2014): The guys working on the cars and taking the service orders are friendly, but they've messed up simple things like oil changes and regular maintenance.
Return of a lease (2/11/15): I set up an appointment to return my lease and the person I came to meet for the appointment with wasn't working (I live 30 miles from this dealership). In addition, they took my vehicle and told me that I just needed to pay the remaining lease payments... Only to call Nissan corporate the next day and find that I had an additional $1200 early termination fee. Then, the dealership told me they "grounded" my car and wouldn't return it and repeatedly told me that it was my fault and they "don't know how leasing works - It's not the responsibility of the dealership."

  • My wife tried to lease a 2014 Honda Accord from this dealership. After waiting for nearly two hours - their computer system was and quot;downand quot; - the sales rep came back and quoted my wife a price of $327 per month - about $100 more than what other dealers were offering. The explanation was that she was and quot;upside downand quot; on her current car - which made no sense since it was a LEASE, she wasn't over on her miles and was not behind on any payments. The General Sales Manager - Tom Dulaney - came by and said he could and quot;maybe go down to $290and quot; - but couldn't go down (even) as low as $250. We showed him an ad for another dealership offering the same car with the same lease terms - with no $$ down (save for tax and title etc.) for far less ($199 before tax). He said and quot;we see these all the time - there's always fine print!and quot; We even mentioned that his dealership quoted my wife a $250 per month lease payment earlier this year - he said and quot;maybe we had some manufacturer's rebates...or something like that.and quot; He then proceeded to list the names of other Honda dealerships and proceeded to encourage us to visit them. We left the dealership angry and empty handed. My wife ended up calling another dealership, explained her situation and proceeded to make a deal - over the phone - in less than 30 minutes. The same car, same lease terms - $233 per month (including tax) - with only tax, title and transfer fees down.
It was only when I wrote a negative review of David Hobbs on their FB page did another Sales Manager - Dillon - call my wife back, ask her what happened, and then offered to match the rate and and quot;make the first payment.and quot; Even with this, he made things difficult re: returning the lease vehicle (i.e. and quot;did you call Honda Finance? Was the vehicle inspected?). The other dealership is handling all of this for her - no hassle. Speaking of which - my wife picked up her new car yesterday with the same terms discussed over the phone - $233 per month - nearly $100 less per month than what Hobbs tried to charge her.
What happened here? It appears that David Hobbs was trying to take advantage of us. That they wouldn't have followed up had I not written the negative review only makes matters worse. David Hobbs simply doesn't deserve our or anyone else's business.

  • Great experience. Dennis was very accommodating even giving me a ride to my house and back while repairs were done. He was friendly kept me posted And finished repairs in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

  • Jim was very professional and responsive (even though I am a woman) and explained exactly what needed to be done. I had planned on waiting for the car, but because a problem with the brakes was found a, and the repair would take awhile, he arranged for a rental car. When I returned, the car had been washed, and there was a thank you goodie bag on the passenger seat! A nice touch
