    Churchill, Dr. Sean
Dr. Churchill was highly recommended and I traveled from northwest Indiana to see him. I explained that time was of the essence my shoulder pain was increasing and I also needed to have the shoulder replacement surgery before the year end. He agreed and we scheduled a date. His team and his facilities are about as bad as they get. Staff have rotten attitudes and personalities. The facilities are poorly run and possibly designed to delay you as long as possible. There is no patient support or follow-up. Though, I think they reflect the leadership starting with Dr. Churchill. My images were coming from another hospital. The staff provided zero help to attain them. I practiced in medical malpractice defense work for ten years. I have had plenty of operations. I had never seen an office so unwilling to help. Fine, I set out to obtain the images. Once I got them and FedExd to his office, I waited for a call. None came. I called to learn that they lost my images, cancelled my surgery, blamed me for not calling and if you think I am wrongly indicted the good doctor for the failures of his staff, Churchill called me and was equally offensive. I sit here still in shock, greater pain and knowing my window for the surgery has closed. I will have to live with this pain for another 6 months while I find another qualified surgeon, get on the schedule and get under the knife. People often talk about doctors and God like complexes. Sadly, I think this is the case here. I dont doubt Churchill is an exemplary surgeon. But no empathy, not nice, not helpful. If you want your shoulder fixed, if you dont care support or understanding, if bedside manner is overrated, then Churchill may be your guy if the stars align. For me, the pain continues and Im back to the drawing board.

    Erik of Norway Salon Spa
Hair looks terrible. I repeatedly told my stylist to place foils in a tighter weave, but she didn't. As a result, the top of my hair still looks dark. I had a consult with another salon and am paying to have it redone CORRECTLY. I am so done with this salon.

He is very efficient and effective. We have been seeing him for years. We are in and out quickly. The staff is accommodating. It is a well run place. They have packages and it is real affordable. They also offer nutrition and massage services.

    Moreoferrall, Dr. Dermot J
He has been my doctor for many years. I had been in a car accident with resulting in back and nerve damage. I could barely walk, the pain was such that I thought death would be a relief. I was seeing a neurologist, rheumatologist, and orthopedist. I even tried a therapist to emotionally handle the pain because I was told I had to live with it. Dr More-Oferrall changed my life. I am active, have great pain management and live well.

    Massage Envy
    Terrible
1st Interaction as described by my son-in-laws sister: Massage specialist reeked of cigarettes. When she found out I was a PT she was very obnoxious during the massage. Saying things like "I bet you are judging me this whole time" and unnecessary things like that. It was not a relaxing time.
2nd Interaction as described by my son-in-law:
I filled out their online appointment request yesterday and received a call from Allison the same day. She left me a voice mail saying that she scheduled the appointment (for my wife) for 3PM today with Sharron. She said that if I wanted a different time I should call back. My wife showed up at 3PM today and there was no appointment scheduled for her. They told her that the appointment was canceled because there was no card on file. Why wouldn't they call me back if my card was needed? My wife has been to this massage envy facility before. So it actually turned out that there was a card on file. They kept making excuses and not taking responsibility for the error. Why would they tell me that I was confirmed for the appointment if I wasn't? My wife is 9 wks pregnant, tired, caring for our 15mo old, all while working a full-time job. I surprised her with a day off work today, coordinated with her employer, and arranged care for my daughter. They wasted her vacation day, time, & put her in an awkward and embarrassing situation. Let me put it another way by describing what went into getting my wife to the spa today... I called her employer and used one of her vacation days. I called my mom to come take care of our 15 month old. My mother had to PAY to board her new puppy so that she could spend the day babysitting our 15 month old. The boarder didn't open until 8AM, so my mother could not get to my house until 8:30 which means I had to stay home and go in an hour late to work. So why again did massage envy cancel the appointment before notifying me on the same number that they called to confirm the appointment? Massage envy offered to change my wife's gift card from a 60 minute to a 90 minute. This no where near enough compensation for their lack in consideration. Especially when you take into account how they calculate the time. The time starts when they call you back so 5 minutes is spent changing. Then they end you 5 minutes early. Thanks for the extra 20 minutes...

    Mequon Chiropractic Office SC
I wish I would have seen him sooner. He was able to fix my back problems to the point where I could run, walk, do my day to day activities and not have to take pain relievers. He is personable and knowledgeable. He also suggested exercises for my back that would keep it strong. His goal is to get your back in a healthy state so that you do not have to continue seeing a chiropractor.

Dr Cain was very deliberate, gave me an MRI, informed me that I could go anywhere to get the MRI if I wanted to, gave me an X ray and I was very pleased with him and his honesty. Dr. Roffers was very friendly and makes you feel at ease. He is the one who did the nerve test and had to determine exactly what nerve needs the shot. Dr. Kroner is a young surgeon, did a fine job and was able to determine my right hip would eventually need to be replaced. He was not biased at all when it came to pushing me toward surgery as well. The staff was extremely friendly as well.

I called Dr. Jeff for an adjustment for a stiff neck. He worked me in on short notice. He made the adjustment and I was out and back to normal in a few minutes. I have tried yoga, massage therapy and several chiropractors for my neck and back issues. Dr. Jeff is the best.

    Maria Fenske
Since my accident in mid-April, I initially visited Dr. Fenske 3 times a week for exam and adjustment. I recently was able to reduce my frequency to only 2 times a week and will soon only visit her 1 time a week... thanks to her treatment, my back, shoulder, neck, etc. issues are stabilizing and less uncomfortable. Dr. Fenske and her staff are nothing less than fully professional and caring... I recommend her to all my friends and family seeking chiropractic care.

    Massage Envy
Great experience. I have seen Ashley at Massage Envy in Mequon for several massages. From the front desk to the massage, every appointment goes well. Ashley gives a very good massage and has helped relieve a great deal of stiffness and knots.
