To what I thought I needed new hose bibs turned out to be way better than I expected. Jon was very prompt (and I wasn’t even home.... instead our Grammy was). Plumber wrecked one cartridge because he did not check and clean pipe first. Said I needed a "thimble" to regulate water flow from hot to cold. Kept telling me to call manufacturer..didn't say why.
