  • He has been my dentist ever since I live in Superior.  I have never had any problems with him.  I make an appointment and show up.  It is usually for teeth cleaning every six months.  I have had few cavities over the years.  He had taken care of those.  He is only open Monday to Thursday.

  • My experience with them was good.  I probably began with them because the insurance coverage when I was working and I just continued on with whoever the provider was as I was satisfied.  I've not had any major health issues or anything, it's all been routines.  I think they need to expand the office a little bit.  The ophthalmology department is awfully cramped.  They are very busy and that is may be a reason why they are a little crowded.  Dr. Yunus is really nice.  He's very friendly and very professional.  Superior is a very small community and Mariner Medical Clinic is part of St. Luke's.

  • I switched dentists because mine was selling his business and going to retire soon and I didn't care for the experience when I went to him at the new office.I was able to get into see Dr Zehm rather quickly and felt at ease talking with him and liked the fact that he explained and showed me what he found on the x-rays.He discussed my options and explained what each option would entail, such as how long a filling would last versus a cap and gave me time to think about it and decide what course of action to take.My previous dentist has made decisions which didn't have long term results in mind and I ended up having more work done in the end rather than doing something else right away.Another thing I liked is he offers a 5% discount if you pay your portion of the bill right away.

  • The appointment went well in superior and I was referred to the va medical center to the neurology department. it was determined that my eyes were not lining  up right to cause the double vision. i was prescribed some pills and over time that was corrected

  • When you walk into this center, you see children busy playing, and
having fun.  The staff, however, is frigid and cold to outsiders. I
actually work for Beth for a short time, and worked with her daughter
Andi in the infant room.  Andi made it clear which children she cared
for and which ones had "over bearing parents" or which children cried
too much she labeled as "annoying" and would tell me to take care of
    them.
Upon arriving for breakfast, we would give the children (as
long as they were old enough for solids, regardless of age) Cereal,
fruit, a scoop of formula and just enough water to make it into paste.
Then we would break up pancakes or waffles and let the kids eat.  I
inquired as to why we didn't follow a breakfast menu, to which Andi
replied, oh well to the parents we do.. But this is just easier.
    Right
after breakfast would come morning nap. We'd lay them all down and let
the just "cry it out".  About 10am we would wake the babies up, or get
them out of bed if they were already awake.
At 10 am they would play,
do diapers, and get ready for lunch.  After lunch was diapers and back
to bed.  Then it was Andi's break time.
Break time would come for her
(which she says rarely takes a break) and she would be lock herself in
her mothers office playing on facebook.  Which, ok, its her break so
whatever.  But I would be left to either clean the kitchen from lunch or
disinfect all the toys in the room, while listening for the babies.
One time the babies had gone to sleep and I was done with my cleaning
duties.  I was sitting in a rocking chair and not 5 minutes into Andi's
break and nap time about 3 babies had woken up.  She had told me not to
get them up, but they were crying so hard, and per State rules, I wasn't
allowed to be alone with the babies being only an assistant. I went to
knock on the office door, just to get asked by the Junior preschool
teacher what the heck was wrong with me?  Couldn't I see she was trying
to get her kids to sleep??
When Andi opened the door, I told her
about the crying and I didn't know what to do.  She looked me in the
eyes and said "what do you expect me to do? I'm on break.  Guess they'll
    just cry themselves to sleep"
I felt so bad for the kids. There was
so much else that just bothered me (they microwave all bottles, and
that's how they warm up food for infants).  I desperately wanted to tell
parents when they walked in that the outside and the ruse Beth has
created mean nothing.  Its just a facade.  They want your money, and
could care less about the quality of care they are providing!
    I know
there are parents who are blissfully happy, and who are going to tell me
I'm wrong.  But this is purely from an employment stand point, and not
from the blissfully unaware parent perspective.

  • They are pretty good and adequate for the service provided. They have prescriptions ready when they say they will, with only one exception. They let you know if there will be a wait. They have convenient store hours.

  • If I have troubles with my back or sciatica and need an adjustment Dr. Hoeffling will see me right away. I will be squeezed in for an adjustment and am very grateful. He is always friendly and explains what he is going to do. Wonderful place, I will keep going back!

  • I check in for my appointment and sit in the waiting area. I never have to sit there for more than a few minutes. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. After the doctor examines my teeth, I make my next appointment. Great place to go for dentistry!

  • He's very open to talk to. I can talk to him and discuss it with him before he does any adjustments or anything and discuss what is going on and talk to him about any other concerns I have. He's very open to communication. It is sometimes hard to get in. But I can't afford him without insurance.

  • I think we pay about $60 a month for the family.  They have a fitness area, pool, track, and basketball court. It's all pretty good, I don't have any complaints.  It's usually pretty clean, quiet, and easy to use the gum.. There aren't any long waits for the machines.
