When you walk into this center, you see children busy playing, and
having fun.  The staff, however, is frigid and cold to outsiders. I
actually work for Beth for a short time, and worked with her daughter
Andi in the infant room.  Andi made it clear which children she cared
for and which ones had "over bearing parents" or which children cried
too much she labeled as "annoying" and would tell me to take care of
    them.
Upon arriving for breakfast, we would give the children (as
long as they were old enough for solids, regardless of age) Cereal,
fruit, a scoop of formula and just enough water to make it into paste.
Then we would break up pancakes or waffles and let the kids eat.  I
inquired as to why we didn't follow a breakfast menu, to which Andi
replied, oh well to the parents we do.. But this is just easier.
    Right
after breakfast would come morning nap. We'd lay them all down and let
the just "cry it out".  About 10am we would wake the babies up, or get
them out of bed if they were already awake.
At 10 am they would play,
do diapers, and get ready for lunch.  After lunch was diapers and back
to bed.  Then it was Andi's break time.
Break time would come for her
(which she says rarely takes a break) and she would be lock herself in
her mothers office playing on facebook.  Which, ok, its her break so
whatever.  But I would be left to either clean the kitchen from lunch or
disinfect all the toys in the room, while listening for the babies.
One time the babies had gone to sleep and I was done with my cleaning
duties.  I was sitting in a rocking chair and not 5 minutes into Andi's
break and nap time about 3 babies had woken up.  She had told me not to
get them up, but they were crying so hard, and per State rules, I wasn't
allowed to be alone with the babies being only an assistant. I went to
knock on the office door, just to get asked by the Junior preschool
teacher what the heck was wrong with me?  Couldn't I see she was trying
to get her kids to sleep??
When Andi opened the door, I told her
about the crying and I didn't know what to do.  She looked me in the
eyes and said "what do you expect me to do? I'm on break.  Guess they'll
    just cry themselves to sleep"
I felt so bad for the kids. There was
so much else that just bothered me (they microwave all bottles, and
that's how they warm up food for infants).  I desperately wanted to tell
parents when they walked in that the outside and the ruse Beth has
created mean nothing.  Its just a facade.  They want your money, and
could care less about the quality of care they are providing!
    I know
there are parents who are blissfully happy, and who are going to tell me
I'm wrong.  But this is purely from an employment stand point, and not
from the blissfully unaware parent perspective.

If I have troubles with my back or sciatica and need an adjustment Dr. Hoeffling will see me right away. I will be squeezed in for an adjustment and am very grateful. He is always friendly and explains what he is going to do. Wonderful place, I will keep going back!

They are pretty good and adequate for the service provided. They have prescriptions ready when they say they will, with only one exception. They let you know if there will be a wait. They have convenient store hours.

He's very open to talk to. I can talk to him and discuss it with him before he does any adjustments or anything and discuss what is going on and talk to him about any other concerns I have. He's very open to communication. It is sometimes hard to get in. But I can't afford him without insurance.

Family membership costs $60 a month plus cost of individual classes which cost more money.  It is the only pool in Superior.  I think it is expensive.  They do offer a lot of services for extremely low income people, but if you don't fall in that extremely low income bracket, I think they are quite pricy.  I joined them because of arthritis.  I am ready to join them again just for the swimming pool.

I was quite pleased. They were professional and quite thorough. I would recommend them for back pains before starting to take medicines so that they could help you. In terms of punctuality, I was the one who had to be punctual. In terms of billing and administration, my insurance paid for it all. I most definitely would use them again.
