AAccurate Power WashingJustin and Anthony did a great job performing the work. Our siding, brick and gutters haven't been this clean since our home was built 20 years ago. We have scheduled them to come back next year. We have trees on the west side with a creek running through which causes a lot of moisture and of course, mildew. We have had other companies wash our house that were nowhere near as good as Accurate. Hands down, they are the best. They even power washed our windows which made it really easy to just wipe them down and have clean windows when they were done!!!- PEGGY S.

AFrey Construction & Home Improvement, LLCPositive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Frey Construction did a major exterior make-over of our home in Madison, starting with our roof and insulation, to all new windows and doors, to new metal siding and insulation of all walls. Some of this work was done under Covid-19 guidelines. Frey continued the work and made sure both their employees and my husband and I were safe. They reduced their team size and had each employee come in separate vehicles and maintain distance. My husband and I were impressed with their work and professionalism and enjoyed our interactions with the crews, especially the window and door crew and the siding crew. ADean's Deck ConstructionOUTSTANDING !! We have worked with Dean in the past and could not be happier with the work that he's done . He initially redid our 20 year old deck . The most recent work involved replacing all of the screens as well as installing new doors for our deck. Also did repairs to our siding and repaired the trim on our fireplace. Extremely professional. very prompt, excellent cummunication throughout the project , and outstanding work. I would recommend Dean to anyone. if we need any additional work on our house, we'll call Dean first.- Patrick M.

AGood communication from beginning to end. Mike made initial appointment as scheduled. And followed up timely when we made additions to the scope of the project, which was to replace a damaged extra wide soffit at the top of a five story condo building. This involved the use of small footprint 77' lifts. Mike had to coordinate everything with a second contractor also working on our building and using the same lifts. His crew was pleasant to deal with and really knew what they were doing. Work was done fully and efficiently. They delivered what they promised.

AI would highly recommend Infinity Exteriors. I lived in the same house my whole life and this is the fourth roof we put on. What a difference it makes when you use a high quality contractor. The roof has never been right until now and I am so pleased that it is finally completed correctly. They finished the roof in two days, working until after dark with lights. It was truly amazing to watch the team work with such precision and pride in their work. They were meticulous, polite, and extremely cautious working up three stories. We also had soffit, fascia, and gutters done. We have hired many, many contractors over the years and Infinity is by far the best. I would not hesitate to use them again.

DWe don't know yet. Chris came out to give us a quote on September 23rd and told us what work would be completed and said that they were scheduling 2 weeks out. He also stated that a temporary fix would be put into place. After 2.5 weeks of not hearing from them at all, we decided to call them. Left 2 voicemails on separate days, one during business hours and one off hours. Did not hear back. Decided to call Chris directly and told him about the situation. Still no call back from the scheduling office so we called again during business hours again. This time, someone answered and said we are "in line", but can't put us into the schedule due to the weather. We already put down the 1/2 down payment to get on their schedule and have had no services performed yet. The weather has not been too bad this Fall, and would have expected a more realistic timeframe for repairs right from the start and we would have gotten one more quote before signing the contract. It has now been 4 weeks and have had absolutely NO communication from this company around timing or the temporary fix. We did see a truck pull up into our driveway and someone was on our roof for about 5 minutes, so maybe that was the temporary fix, but whatever they did, sure didn't do anything. It is raining as I type this and we're still getting water in the house where we shouldn't be. At this point I'm very concerned that we will not get our repairs done before winter and will have dripping all season long.

AFrom start to finish this was a seamless process. I was contacted immediately and given an estimate within a day or so. Roof was replaced during the COVID pandemic and was handled extremely professionally and with no contact. Roof was replace in one day and completed within a week of my receiving the estimate. Even paying the invoice was seamless. Will definitely recommend Arrow to all my family and friends

FReview: Someone named Ray responded timely to Angieâ s list inquiry, although he referenced receiving the inquiry from HomeAdvisor. He was very pleasant and set up an appointment to meet this past Saturday morning. My wife also separately made the 2 hour drive to be there as Ray stated that her presence was required per policy. No one from Right Choice showed up for the appointment or called to explain or reschedule. Ray did not respond to phone calls, texts, or my attempts to reschedule for Monday. Very frustrating.
