ARW Cleaning ServicesIt went very well. .Bob and his hard-working, pleasant crew worked very fast and were very organized and efficient in how they got things done. It can feel frenetic once they start working. Bob arrives in high gear, raring to go and predisposed to getting things out of the house. It helps to think through in advance exactly what you do and do not want to part with.. Bob can be a little pushy in favor of getting rid of things. As an example, I regret having parted with a nearly new twin bed. Bob promptly responded to phone messages and was very punctual every time he came. He and his crew did a very thorough house cleaning and carpet cleaning, after removing truckloads of furniture and househild items.- Pam S.

When I didn't receive a response, I phoned and found out that the business is in the process of changing hands (purchased by brother), and website was not yet updated. AHarlans Hauling LLCThere were three people...one in the attic who handed things down the stairway to someone on the first floor of the garage who ran things out to a flat bed trailer. The guy on the trailer packed it so tight by breaking things down and making them fit, they got nearly everything on the flat bed. They did it all in one trip and in about 2 hours time. I was amazed. I was happy to know they recycle, sell, or salvage everything they can. I was quite pleased with their work and will use them again, as well as recommend them to clients. I really liked that they were local, instead of dealing with a national franchise.- Susan O.

AIn October of 2014, I called Brad Kirch to get a quote for landscaping our soggy yard to improve drainage. Brad explained how to build a slope, and thoroughly explained all of the details, at my request. We would have happily hired Brad at that time, but Brad was booked. Brad encouraged our family to tackle this job our self because it was straightforward. And he was right. We did the work ourselves. It was inexpensive and uncomplicated. Brad was great at both listening and advising. I'd hire him for any professional landscaping we might want done in the future.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

ANichole was wonderful. This was a sad story of a friend going through a crisis who decided to drive the Honda Accord we'd lent him for local Seattle errands to Amarillo Texas. Our friend is now back safe and recovering with his family on the east coast, but we had to get our Honda back from the Amarillo towing yard where the police had left it after taking our friend to the hospital. So we called Angie's List, which listed Hilton Auto Transport as highly rated (thank you Angie's List). Nichole was wonderful: prompt, good price, and just the nicest person to deal with. Two days later the car was on its way, and we picked it up in Seattle yesterday. I'd recommend her to anyone.
