It started with a very helpful assessment by Michael, who analyzed the situation and came up with workable suggestions. Before the crews came out, Nate and Garrett went over more details with me in person, Michael stayed in touch, and finally the roofing crew, led by Luis and the gutter crew, led by Miguel, were both fantastic. They worked hard, they worked long hours and they finished up the job completely, and cleaned up really well. ARidge Top Exteriors IncWe had the good fortune to work with two project managers. Jeff Anderson was with us from the initial contact and estimate through the final walk-through, including some of the hands-on work. He was extremely knowledgeable about the particular needs we had as we replaced a 14 year-old roof that was now leaking. (Previous roofer was another company.) Jeff was also great at calling if he was going to be even 5 minutes late for one of our appointments which instilled a sense of trust and professionalism in the company. Garrett Schroedl oversaw most of the onsite work and had our full confidence. He was conscientious, worked well with the crew and followed up, as needed, as well. They were both good communicators and very available by phone. The roofing crew worked hard and long, seemed very experienced and were attentive to clean-up details. And followed up timely when we made additions to the scope of the project, which was to replace a damaged extra wide soffit at the top of a five story condo building. This involved the use of small footprint 77' lifts. Mike had to coordinate everything with a second contractor also working on our building and using the same lifts. ARidge Top was excellent, start to finish. I reached out online and heard back from Quinn immediately. He was able to come out quickly to look at my roof (there was a small leak). He recommended two courses of possible action. I chose to have it replaced. While they were working they found more damage than anticipated and replaced it at the same price they quoted. I needed my roof done in two weeks and they completed it in one day. I was impressed with the responsiveness, the quality of work, and the pricing seemed fair for the work they did. Quinn did an excellent job of explaining the issues and even showed me what to look for moving forward. I would absolutely recommend this company. The timeliness, professionalism, quality of work, and cost were excellent.

AIt went extremely well with Luis from Badger Gutters. We had gotten an estimate from Leaf Filter which was a very bad experience. They started by giving us a price 4X that of Luis, and then when we questioned the price, the salesperson dropped the price drastically (but still more than Luis) and then added that we needed to decide right then to get that price not allowing any time to compare the two estimates. We're so happy we went with Luis--he was very professional, friendly, and the work absolutely met our expectations.

We had attic finished in our historic, older home so not the easiest job.
