AHappy To Help Home ImprovementI hired Patrick for a kitchen remodel. I needed the existing cabinets, sink, countertop, and tile removed. The space prepared for a new sink cabinet and a new wall cabinet to replace the existing cabinets. I first met Patrick and knew that I would like working with him. His estimate came in, and that sealed it. Patrick did an amazing job!!! He installed the new cabinets, countertop, some tile work, lighting, some new outlets and a new sink and garbage disposal. He did an amazing job on all of it!!! A great job on the electrical, plumbing, tile, framing in the wall for the new cabinet and replacing the existing sink cabinet, drywall, and preparing the new walls for final paint for me. Patrick had really great suggestions on materials and things that just made sense as we went along. He also was really open to my suggestions and changes as the project progressed. Not only is he a great contractor and amazing at what he does, he's a really kind person. It was a pleasure to have Patrick in my home for the project, and we had many great conversations and he is just a really good person. The project came in on time and UNDER budget! Well, a little over the original budget, but that was my fault because I added things like a garbage disposal, extra outlets, tile work, etc... But definitely under budget for all the work he did. I would hire Patrick again, for sure. I wish I could upload photos of my before and after. Great work Patrick!! Oh, and during COVID times, Patrick always had a mask on while working and I appreciate that.- Christopher K.

AThe Facility Solutions CompanyThey did a great job. The shingle roof was finished in one day and everything was cleaned up well. When they found rotting throughout the garage roof, they let us know the updated costs and fixed it. We found them to be very affordable compared to other quotes we received, and the work was of good quality. The only potential thing to note is that they didn’t rigorously follow the schedule they initially gave us, which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for anyone who is in a rush or needs a schedule followed.- Sarah P.

ARita and her crew were GREAT to work with! This is especially important because they were in our home for seven work days, and so were we. We had a room in dire need of plaster repair to the walls and ceiling. We also had 120 year old varnished trim that really needed a refresh. I can't tell you how happy we are with the results! AWe hired Early Bird Painting to paint the trim and soffits on our 50+ year old house. We previously painted the siding ourselves last year but never got around to doing the trim (due to extensive peeling on the soffits and damage to some of the wood trim that needed to be replaced). Early Bird did a fantastic job and they were able to do it quickly. They gave us a bid back in June but I didn't get back to them about scheduling until the last week of October when I was fully expecting we would have to schedule for sometime next year. When I got back to them, they were able to get us in the very next week (we got lucky with great weather in November), and they completed the work in about 1.5 days. My husband and I were also working from home due to COVID and their work was so quiet that it did not interfere with video calls. TL;DR: Overall, Early Bird is a fantastic company to work with, and you should definitely give them a call when you need professional painting done. They did a wonderful job with no mess. The once forest green trim and service door are now a gleaming, smooth white; the peeling soffits and damaged areas of trim are looking fresh and well taken care of. We plan to keep them in mind for future projects.

ACreative Painting did an EXCELLENT job. The original paint was a deep burgundy and we wanted to switch to more of a light gray/beige. Mark reassured us that even though the color was quite dark, the paint he uses should cover in two coats. Mark was right! Two coats later, the old color was no more! We were not quite sure about it, but Mark's professionalism and empathy was more then enough to convince us and to keep our worries minimal. The proof is on the walls! It is just beautiful and Mark was able to complete this on time, as promised, and more importantly on budget! I would definitely recommend Mark and Creative Painting for ANY and ALL of our painting needs! I will always use them going forward.

AThis was about the 4th or 5th project we've had Adam and Pat complete. Per usual, workmanship and problem solving was excellent. We had attic finished in our historic, older home so not the easiest job. Labor rates are very reasonable and Adam is extremely trustworthy, practical in solutions, and customer service is above and beyond.
