  • We get our oil changes and everything done there.  We were there last probably January 8th.  It was fine.  I was glad that there was a place to stop for them to do a check on the car.  I use them all the time.  Almost everybody in Stoughton does as well.

  • It is a pleasant place. I think they have good atmosphere. The people are very friendly. It is a nice looking place and they a little lounge to serve coffee, drinks and little snacks. I think they are a little expensive.

  • Dunns import was able to provide services for us for our Mercedes-Benz that was much better than the dealer could ever provide. The dealer's Prices were much higher and provided no warranties on very expensive airbags we needed. Dunn's Import was able to provide the parts cheaper and with a lifetime warranty. We will certainly do all our Mercedes business with them in the future. In addition, this provider was able to help our daughter put new headlights on to her Subaru. We felt that the headlights that came with the Impreza were not Bright enough at night. Dunn's Import was able to provide better headlights for her, and also spent time providing her with some good sound information about owning her first car. As a parent, I really appreciated the one to one attention and information my daughter was given. We will certainly continue to use this provider for all of our import car needs.

  • I took my moms car in for a 56 point inspection. Everything was signed off is okay by the Kaiser group. She was also told she needed a recall for steering mechanism. It has been three months several phone calls and no response from Kaiser. Yet when we call other for dealers in the area they do have the steering mechanism parts

    Additionally during the 56 point inspection when everything was said to be okay we discovered they were very wrong indeed. Just a few short weeks later we had to take her car into the mechanic in Stoughton in our hometown. That mechanic found over $3000 worth of issues with the oil system oil pan etc. Items that were clearly visible just from looking underneath the car. We could've had serious trouble if we have been driving a car on the highway.

    We will never use this car place again. I really feel that car dealers need to step up to customer service and start treating people like customers again

  • I needed new tires and breaks. They installed new tires and gave me $50 off. Rear brakes were bad so repair was expensive but necessary. I thought I had money to pay in full but the bank transfer hadn't come through yet. Mr Conant said not to worry about it and pay the bill when the money comes in. With in 5 days I paid the bill and no extra charges for paying later.

  • Oh. My. Goodness. This is a group of really great guys. Not only were they able to patch my tire successfully within the span of a lunch break, they also gave me a complete brake inspection for free! (These were two different services at two different dates, but I am still completely satisfied with both.) When they gave me the estimates based on their findings during the brakes inspection, the man who completed the inspection gave me a complete rundown of what needed to be repaired for safety, what needed to be repaired because it would become a safety issue in the near future, and what was general your-car-is-ten-years-old maintenance. While I have not yet scheduled the appointment to get all the repairs needed, I plan on using Conant for all of my future car repair and maintenance needs.

  • I made an appointment for 1 o'clock yesterday, June 17th. The appointment was for typical maintenance stuff, lube, oil, filter, and tire rotation. I was told that the job would take less than an hour. After an hour and a half, I went to pick up my car and was told that my car was not done. They had not called to let me know that there might be any kind of delay, and I was late to work. I dropped my car off again today at 1 o'clock again, and the job was completed today by 2:30. I was given a very quick apology, but then was charged the full amount. Not only that, but when I got back into my car I discovered a big greasy footprint on my floor mat! I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I will not be recommending them to anyone after this unsatisfactory service.

  • If I need a ride back to my house, they would do that. They will tell me what other important things would need to be taken care of and what can wait. They had a 10% off coupon that I tried to use the first time I went, but they said oh, we've already given you VIP service for first time customers. I was concerned about that at first that they were trying to get out of the 10% offer, but they said that you can use that another time.

  • They are just good.  They are our auto mechanics by choice for all our vehicles.  They are professional, helpful and they are priced fairly.  They will do what they need to get us back on the road, unlike other people they are very helpful.

  • Took our Mazda 5 in as 3 of the 4 tires are slow leaking around the rims. They ground down the rust on the rims and re-attached the tires. Everything went as they said, the work was excellent and performed on time!
