  I go there regularly about three times a week.  The facility has everything.  They have weights, machines, instruction rooms, they have a little spa, swimming pool, they give advice and they also have some chiropractic care.  They do training and assistance if you want it.  They give you one on one help if you want too. I only use the equipment and I don’t use their consulting services. I would recommend them very highly.  Their rates are very reasonable as well. They give you a lot of attention and if you have questions they answer them and they show you how to use the equipment and they are very good at it.

  I was looking for a store that sold vitamins and supplements that had a knowledgeable person to help me with my questions about the vitamins and supplements.  John, the owner was FANTASTIC!  I called to ask if he had a certain product.  He did not, but ordered them for me, then he called me back about 10 minutes later stating he had one in stock.  I went right down to purchase it.  I found him to be very knowledgeable and felt like he really wanted to help and he made me feel like I was the only person in the room.  He was interested and focused on answering every question I asked.
