    KC Home Improvement LLC
Excellent beyond our expectations. Great communication. Exceptional work. Wonderful ability to predict and then work to a timeline predicted. I cannot recommend more highly. We built a custom house 20 years ago and thought the contractor used at that time could never be replaced. Although Kris does not, to my knowledge, do full house construction, he displayed the management skill and trade skill to at least equal the contractor we used to build the custom home 20 years earlier.

Rough start but whole job worked out smoothly. Bad year for rain but everything was protected. Crew worked late many nights to make sure.

Wonderful job. The spindles match nicely and you can't tell that they where add to correct a problem.

    B Thomas Construction LLC
We truly enjoyed Bill's professional and friendly manner. Thompson was very patient to our many questions. Since Dave and I were new to remodeling, Bill provided valuable suggestions and ideas to our own creativity and the total overall style is spectacular. The work was done on a regularly scheduled basis and completed as promptly as delivery schedules allowed. When the time comes for us to complete remodeling/updating the rest of our home, we will call BThomas Construction, LLC.

    Tony Loftis
This man takes such pride in his work.  He is very reasonable in price and oh what a wonderful job he does.  We also had him do a little remodeling in our house.  Even though that is not his forte, he did a beautiful job.  He would much prefer doing roofing and building.

    Remodels By Cory
Cory saved my Christmas. I started a " simple" kitchen remodel project in early November. The first contractor turned out to be unreliable and eventually his conduct became inappropriate and I had to fire him. The first contractor had "promised" I would be back in my kitchen by Thanksgiving. It was now well past Thanksgiving. Two weeks before Christmas I called Cory based on a reference I received at work. He immediately came to complete an estimate for me. He looked at the disaster of my kitchen, listened when I told him what had happened so far and took charge. Cory was able to explain what needed to be done step by step. Cory was working on another remodel at the time, but was willing to work weekends in order for me to have a functioning kitchen before Christmas and I did. Cory worked the weekend before Christmas and as promised before he left I had a sink, a stove and the refrigerator out of my living room. We were able to prepare Christmas dinner for our children. After the holidays were over Cory completed the entire kitchen. It is beautiful. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me to make what I wanted work. He respected my opinions and offered his professional opinion when I was not sure what route to go. Cory is my contractor and will be the first call I make for any future work I need completed.

    Brian Williams Carpentry
Before making the decision to move to be near our family, we had started a major remodel of the house. The projects were about three-quarters finished by other professionals when we had to stop the work for financial reasons. We now need to put the house on the market and must "make it right" to finish the carpentry and painting. With our small and assorted projects, we are hoping Mr Williams will be able to make time for our scheduling and deadline, along with his other commitments. We anticipate the final costs will be around $2,500 and that the projects will be completed by mid-January. The 'punch list' is about half completed. Working with Mr Williams has been excellent. As a carpenter, he IS punctual -- IS insightful and creative -- he's skillful -- and neat (cleans up his work areas). Being an EXPERIENCED carpenter, he completes a project efficiently, and quickly. Having had experience with remodeling in the past, we can HIGHLY recommend -- and compliment -- Brian Williams for his work..... wish we had known him on the other projects.

    Pat's Carpentry LLC
Pat Davis (Pat's Carpentry LLC) never made the “5-6 week” deadline he promised when he contracted to complete this landscape project. Pat Davis (Pat's Carpentry LLC) robbed my family the chance of a family reunion and he knew my grandparents may not be around for another chance. Pat Davis (Pat's Carpentry LLC) took other jobs or made excuses not to get this project done. I checked the camera on my driveway. The hours Pat Davis (Pat's Carpentry LLC) reported and I paid him for, never matched the hours that my pictures showed. Camera’s do not lie. Pat Davis (Pat's Carpentry LLC) way over reported your hours. I can understand needing a higher wage, or more money, but dishonesty and manipulation are not the way to do that. Pat Davis (Pat's Carpentry LLC) failed to provide a copy of his work schedule for my landscape project showing the days and hours he worked. Pat Davis (Pat's Carpentry LLC) stole an electric saw motor that I purchased for 434.39. Pat Davis (Pat's Carpentry LLC) stole thousands of dollars worth of tools from a previous employer which contributed to them losing their business. Mr. Davis's resolution was that he has called and threatened my grandmother and also my father. Mr. Davis was unprofessional and never provided this customer with a contract with deadlines. He agreed to employ his friend whom he claimed had a tractor to complete the project. This was the same friend he said he obtained to complete the project, which he never returned to do. He never moved black dirt and re-seeded lawn as agreed. This friend and tractor were never part of the project as agreed. Mr. Davis was unable to provide adequate help for the job he agreed to do and this customer found him several employees who quickly quit due to Mr. Davis's unprofessional, abusive and disrespectful behaviors. These will be called witnesses to this case. This customer worked as he was able to get the project complete, which was not part of the agreement. Mr. Davis's character is evidenced by his past criminal charges of domestic abuse and having restraining orders issued against him. This customer provided Mr. Davis a skid steer on numerous occasions when he was unable to get the equipment he needed. This customer did agree to purchase a saw motor for his use. There was no agreement to give this motor to anyone. Mr. Davis used this customer's fuel, tools, trailer and vehicle. He did not replace a tire he blew out when he was using the trailer. Customers do not provide tools and equipment to their contractor. His business quote is "no job too big." Mr. Davis is clearly underequipped. Mr. Davis never provided work days and hours. This customer provided a certified letter requesting the days and hours he worked. This customer has surveillance of exactly when he came and left the job location. This customer will pay for all hours worked. Mr. Davis did refuse to work whenever there was rain in the forecast. Mr. Davis resides in a different city where his forecast is different. When told it was not raining at this location, he did not respond nor appear to the jobsite. Mr. Davis's choice to evade taxes is not of concern to this customer. His record shows he had a tax warrant in 1993. Mr. Davis's resolution was that he has called and threatened my grandmother and also my father.
