Installed an aftermarket axle seal when it should have been a OEM seal. Auto select said that because it was a foreign car they didn't know. The car had to be towed to another repair center where the mechanic that ended up redoing Auto Selects mistake knew right away what seal had to be use. Auto Selects botched repair could have ruined my transaxle costing me thousands of dollars to repair,

Flushes were needed as part of scheduled maintenance. Check's performed the services cheaper than the dealership. We asked Check's to inspect the antifreeze too. Mechanics did and said the coolant was fine. I value the honesty.

I waited a couple of weeks to get an appointment because the mechanic came highly recommended. However, my car braked terribly after he replaced my brake pads. When I brought the car back, the mechanic said the pads were faulty from the supplier. He installed new pads, and the car has braked fine ever since. Because it was my first time using Gary's, I haven't returned.

Dropped car off at 8AM and got a ride home from Auto Select.  Three hours later they called to say the everything checked out except for the tail light.  I they suggested replacing the part and I asked if a used part was available and proceed with the repair if they found the part.  Two hours later they called to say the part was found and installed and they would come and pick me up so I could get my car.  I have been using Auto Select for the past 6 years for routine maintenance and other service.  They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional.  The work has always been preformed with no further issues arising as a result of their workmanship.  Shouldn't you consider using them too?

I was ready to go before I got half way through writing the check. That's prompt!
On other occasions I've been treated well. When headlights failed 6 weeks after installation new headlights were installed free of charge.

The original install was done about 2 years ago and went fairly well.  I took the car back shortly after the initial install when the exhaust began rattling against the hitch.  They said they fixed it but it continued to rattle.  After the second visit they said it was the car and not the hitch; the exhaust mounts were not sturdy enough.  I continue to live with a constant rattle that is very unbecoming of a Buick LaCrosse.
My real gripe is not the rattle but the $550 I recently had to pay because of TruckShop USA's faulty wiring job.  A grommet was not reinstalled when they did the wiring.  Not reinstalling the grommet caused water to run onto the amp whenever it rained or the car was washed.  I did not know about the problem until the water eventually shorted out the amp and I had to have it replaced.
I stopped by the shop to tell them about the problem.  I said I wasn't interested in being compensated but I wanted them to know what happened.  The dealer that replaced the amp actually took photos of the faulty grommet installation.  TruckShop USA asked to see the photos to make sure it wouldn't happen in the future.  Unfortunately the dealer lost the photos when trying to transfer them to email.  I emailed TruckShop USA on 6/13 to let them know the photos were lost.  I also restated that I was not looking for compensation for their faulty work.  I did, however, ask if we could work out an arrangement when it came time to sell the car and remove the hitch and to install a hitch on a new car.
It has been nearly 3 weeks and they have yet to respond to my email.
A hitch that rattles, a $550 repair job, and not returning my emails is not a very professional way to run a business.

I had a discount coupon to get 5 oil changes for $100, so I go in regularly for that.  They do a great job, and they not only check the oil, but they check about 15 other things.  I really appreciate that.  Also, I've had my vehicles serviced at Auto Select many times over several years. I've always had prompt, reliable service.  I highly recommend them.  I will continue to use them every time I need a repair or service for my vehicles.

The staff was very professional and looked up information that I couldn't remember or didn't know.  The service was provided in a timely manner.  The waiting room is very clean with a television and reading materials.  Issues were presented in a professional manner and was not pressured into getting any other work completed.

I was SO impressed by the auto select people. From the first phone call they told me I could bring my vehicle in at any time and they would take care of it. They went above and beyond what I asked them to do and for a cheaper price than I could have found anywhere else.

I typically drop the vehicle off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. If I have an emergency, they will fit me in. I don't have any complaints with their service. They do what is needed to be done, and if they notice anything that needs to be addressed, they let me know.
