  • Called several times and Jake finally called back and scheduled a time to come look at it. Told me it would cost $100-$150 to fix it and he'd have someone come over within a week to fix it. Well, 3 phone calls and 3 weeks later it finally got fixed. He sent me a text to tell me it was done. Then I received the invoice and it was for OVER $300!!!

  • Overall it was very good service.  It is super-easy to get an appointment for the same or next day.  First they looked at our old water heater and it was decided that by the time we received the part for it and replaced it, that we may as well replace the whole water heater.  They called in another person who brought the new water heater and they installed it quickly.  I did think that the cost was a bit high, especially since they installed a 40-gallon gas one at our son's house a couple of weeks before that and his cost was either 850 or 895.  I'm guessing we paid extra since we live a little further and then with the extra 10 gallons on the heater maybe.  I would definitely use them again for emergency or more difficult jobs.  But for easy jobs will probably go with someone that has a cheaper labor charge per hour.

  • Good reception with them immediately upon checking out the space and offered suggestions with layouts. Went through pros and cons of different options. My husband felt very comfortable with choosing them even before we got a quote. The quote was much less than Maxwell White and about the same as a local plumber in the area.
    When they came to start the job we explained a few concerns and they understood and worked carefully. Had the job done quickly and were very professional so far everything looks great. They mailed us a bill a few weeks after doing the job. We are finishing up some other work in the bathroom before calling them back to set in the sink and toilet. So far very good experience with them and they communicate and return calls quickly.

  • After fighting with our old water softener we decided to bite the bullet and call Culligan. We didn't have the cash to get a new one outright so after hearing other local reviews thought we would give Culligan of Tomah a try for renting the softener. The salesman came out first and did a water test. He was very personable, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He was upfront about the test - told us which areas were ok and what was not so good with our water. He did pitch the reverse osmosis water drinking machine but because of our sink setup it really wouldn't work at this time. Again, he wasn't pushy at all with it and because of that we will be using them again soon to get the drinking machine once we correct our sink setup. About a week later the installer showed up right on time and got right to work. It took about an hour and before he left he gave me a tutorial on the softener. He also was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. All in all a GREAT experience!

  • An employee from B&B Plumbing came out to see why our well wasn't working. He came out very quickly after I called, which we really appreciated. He was very efficient, friendly, and professional, and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He was unable to fix the problem, our well pump had gone out and he didn't have the equipment for that. But he immediately called another company that his company works with and had it set up for them to com out the next morning to replace our well pump. We were very happy with B&B Plumbing and we would definitely call them again!

  • Bob returned my call promptly. He called the evening before to confirm appointment. He sent Shannon, whom was a little late,but I think he got a little lost on the way to my house- I live way out in the middle of know where! We had some technical issues with the drain I had purchased, so we had to work around that. He did a great job on reattaching my copper piping. Bob called that night to make sure everything went ok and that I was happy with the work. I didn't receive my invoice yet, so I can not comment on the cost of the services provided. I will call him again if I need any future plumbing done!

  • so I called Jason about when he could winterize my home late 1 afternoon. Jason's response was what are you doing now. I was impressed with his concern to get the job done. We meet at the house. The temp was well below Zero. Which was no fun ( for me ) when it was time to pull the well. Jason has done this may time in all weather so it was no problem for him. Job done and time to go home.
