They're a little pricey but I think that's probably meant too far off because they're incredibly unresponsive like it was literally a month at least between the time I called them and they said that I had somebody come out and take a look but the time adds when they came out and look. It was probably close to a  month and then it was probably another month before they came out and then the guy came out and looked and had a part they needed so there was another week or two. It literally took three months from the time I called them until the time it was done. I would not use this provider again in the future.

Had a new kitchen faucet with one handle and sprayer that had been given to me a few years ago. I live in a mobile home, so had trouble finding someone to install it. Was away on vacation, and my house sitter called his plumber and had it done for me. It looks and works beautifully.

Everything went great. Jon Baker came out to do the estimate and discussed options with us. He was the only one of three companies that agreed fixing the crack rather than putting in a drain tile system and sump pump was a reasonable solution.
He returned a month later to do the repair which was quicker than other companies as many people had water in their basements that summer. My husband was supposed to have gained access to the crack before he arrived and it turned out the crack wasn't where we thought it was. I called Jon to see if he wanted to reschedule. Instead of rescheduling he came over at the scheduled time to see if he could help find the crack. By the time he arrived we had found it, but he still helped us finish getting the crack exposed so that he could do the repair without complaint.
Now, almost a year later this has been a great solution. No water in the basement and with the horrible rain we've had this week I'm not worried that we will ever see any water in the basement from this crack. Oh well, I'm happy not to need to use the 25 year warranty.

Asked to have a check valve replaced in a well pump. 30 minutes after they left, the a huge hole collapsed around the well because an underground leak undermined all the soil. They brought a digger later in the afternoon and dug around the well. They went home and said they would return the next day to weld the pitless adapter. The next morning they never showed up. I called and they said that they decided not to weld it, and they said I should drill a new well. $500 for a  huge hole, ruined well, and torn up yard.

I supplied them with the tub and the surround. The tub was put in wrong. It wasn't leveled correctly. The water would over run off the tub onto the floor. It went all the way to the basement. The water runs through the vents and is causing problems in our vent tubes. They did faulty work in my kitchen as well. I needed a sink replaced and they cut off a trap underneath the sink and a huge amount of grease came falling out. Now our sink area has been ruined. I had to prime and repaint the entire thing myself. I charged them for that, and they at least had the decency to pay me back. They also peed in an empty 5 gallon paint bucket in my basement. Then they tipped it upside down and dumped it all over the floor! They denied it, but I was not the one who peed in it! He got in my face and was extremely snotty. He yelled and yelled that it was not them, but I know it was. It was SO unprofessional. I contacted the owner about this as well. Now when I call them about anything they hang up on me and want nothing to do with me. The job they did was awful and I will never hire them again.

One of the hoses on the washing machine began to look like a snake swollen with mice. It had leaked a bit too. Jamie missed our first appointment, but came on time when we rescheduled. He suggested the better hoses and saved me from a future catastrophe.

Gas lines needed to be changed from half inch to 3/4 inch diameter. Existing gas line to the kitchen ran outside the house in copper pipe. That was to be replaced at the same time as gas line in the cellar. The estimate was made including the gas run to the kitchen. The installers decided they didn't have a clear way to run the new pipe inside the house. They said to call them when I remodeled and had the wall cavities exposed. When I tore off the plaster to do this they then broke there promise and refused to finish the quoted work.
