CThe gutters caused ice to form which created runoff that lead to icy patches on my walkways that had never occurred with our old gutters. I was told that this is a common issue with their product and that the salesperson should have warned me in advance. He did not and now I have to worry about slips and falls all winter. The say there is nothing they can do to fix the problem. Very disappointing for the very expensive price they charge.
