    It was life changing. All instructors were very welcoming. My personal instructors were helpful, patient and encouraging along the way. They instilled confidence in my ability with every step I learned. Their passion for dance spilled over in every exacting detail of dance taught to me. Put me in better physical condition as well as improved my balance. Absolutely loved it.

    I was welcomed warmly and enthusiastically on my first visit and each time I entered the studio for a lesson, dance party and at any other functions I attended at the studio or off premises. My instructors were amazing, fun, courteous and talented. I have enjoyed by Journey in Dance. Actually all instructors were extremely helpful and accommodating and answered any questions and were right there with an answer or instructions on Step that I was having trouble executing.

    Prior to obtaining repair part the repair person indicted he might not be able to get part as not many are available. A replacement movement was located but found that shaft was too long for the clock. A wood trim piece was also replaced. I have used this person for clock repair in the past and have found him to be reliable and reasonably priced. This is an interesting side note. After picking up the clock and letting it chime on full chime setting for about a week. I advanced it for daylight saving time. a week later I switch the chimes to night off. The clock has been working for 2 weeks just fine. The only thing different is the batteries were exchanged with the Duracell brand that had been used previously and recommend by the repair person.

    I was checked on by Dr. Machlean. He is very nice, and is a very good doctor. He is very straight to the point. I have gone here about 5 times, and go back about once a year now for a checkup. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. He is always there, and makes sure that you are doing alright. He is the one who performed the surgery. I had a very pleasant experience, and he has always been very nice to me. I have Humana Insurance. If you have to go for an emergency, they are very good at squeezing people in. They sent me a beautiful card after I had my surgery, and the staff was very reassuring.

    Great communication via e-mail and phone prior to the pick up. Three guys arrived right on time and got straight to work. They were quick, yet careful with my possessions. They were friendly and hard working and didn't grumble, even with some pretty heavy boxes ;) My items are being stored at their facility.

    Elitech Television and Appliance Repair made the repair of my LG clothes washer simple and painless. I would call them again for large appliance repair. Patrick in the office listened to my description of the problem and said he would order the part that it seemed to call for before sending anyone out. I appreciated talking to a person rather than a machine, and having that person make a decision rather than simply take a message.
    The part came in quickly, Patrick called back to set up a day and time close to that day. Gary arrived early in the time window, carrying a part which was the one needed. He said that the part was know to fail under some load conditions and that he was installing  an LG issued upgrade rather than just replacing the part. On request, he suggested some loading practices for less balance problems. He worked smoothly and quickly. He replaced the computer component, re-calibrated the systems, made sure the machine was level and working properly and cleared the area. He was also able to be pleasant while working just a few yards from my own work space.
    I am in Mount Pleasant and try to find a local service for repairs but Elitech was one of only three services the manufactured had listed as authorized and the one that Home Depot had on its Protection Plan list. It was good to find at service at a distance that did not object to the travel time.

    The repair came under a Home Depot Protection Plan and was set up by Home Deport so I cannot speak to the cost, but I would say they would deliver value.

    He removed an old broken mailbox and metal spike pole.  He dug a new hole to install the mailbox I purchased.  He made it sturdy in concrete.  He did a great job.  Friendly, prompt, and professional.  I am very happy with the job.

    Our association has dealt with this company for years and it has gotten to the point that their lack of response and followup is pathetic.

    I personally have many outstanding issues from shingle issues, leaking gutters, mole infestation, caulking done poorly for the third time , dead bushes reported for 3 years, icy walks, etc.

    If our Project Manager Becky Hinkle does possible answer an email, she will say she sent it to the board. A lot of the times the board never heard of it.

    She has lied directly to me as to who came to work on my condo.

    I had a small dent in my siding from snow plowing that turned into a gaping 2 by 3 foot hold in my condo. She sent over the people that cut our grass to fix it. That was open for over 1 month in the winter.

    Condo associations have to be aware there are some really unprofessional and totally shoddy companies out there.
    Owners pay money monthly to have them manage their biggest investment.

    Time Warner Cable
    We have had Time Warner Cable since we moved here 7 years ago. The prices have gone up for our service although they are always advertising less expensive packages.. Their office has moved. We have periodic black outs on our TV. And we use their internet service to get our AOL internet connection making it doubly expensive.
    Should we decide to relocate we will NOT return to Time Warner Cable.
