They arrived on the jo and had to coordinate the work with the vanity and vanity top contractors. The work was completed about a week later due to the other contractor not being able to start as originally planned. Other than that the initial start being delay the work progressed smoothly and was completed in 4 days.

Awesome service from start to finish! From my first phone call, to the estimate, and the perfect work replacing my windows, I couldn't ask for more. Robert was right on time for the estimate and thoroughly explained my options without overselling me. Monica at the office is always a joy to speak to! Stan and the crew that installed were great. Thank you!!

One word: awful. I requested a quote be done in our office to replace some glass doors. I called the week before Thanksgiving. I haven't heard back from them, no one has come to do the quote - and the lady I spoke with on the phone initially said "We'll get there when we get there, because, you know...holiday." I had 3 other companies come the Monday before Thanksgiving. I still have not heard back from this company and it's been 2 weeks. Extremely unprofessional. Even if they called me today or came to the office today, I wouldn't give them the business. I'll use someone who actually wants our business.

Everything was great and even on short notice and for price agreed. Have used them in the past mainly at my rental property. There they have installed all brand new windows, drywall, cement repair, new counter, sink, painting, blown in insulation, cleared landscaping and cleaned out garage. Also have hired to take care of snow removal at rental and my own house. Next on my list is finishing basement. It's nice that you can call a handyman, go over scope of work, have them arrive when they say they will, not leave a mess, and finish the the job. It never mattered whether I was calling for a small job or one that was large. A+!!!!!

    Pat's Home Improvement
Pat gave a time estimate of one full day with perhaps run over onto a subsequent day. He arrived on Monday morning, I paid him $450 for the initial payment, he worked until 2:30 and then said he was leaving. He had cut into the waste stack and left it. My husband complained, he said he'd fix it before he left, but came back up 5 minutes later saying he didn't have the tool he needed and he'd duct taped it. On Tuesday he showed up 10:30ish, worked on windows/toilets, didn't touch washtub. Went out to lunch, came back 1+ hour later, then 10 minutes after that he left. It was 1:15. On day 3, he showed up mid-morning, said he was going to get stuff done. I requested that he get the washtub done first because I didn't like his duct tape solution. He assured me he was "working on it." He finished getting the windows repaired and installed, but left one window frame on the floor with nails and splintery wood. He still hadn't closed the stack when he left at 3:30. I smelled something funny besides that; saw he had a filthy paint bucket that he'd been using for stack trickle, and also, apparently, been smoking in my basement. There were many butts, and also TWO EMPTY BEER CANS. On Day 4, I spoke to him about how long it was taking and that I still had no washtub. He told me that he would have gotten the job done earlier if my husband hadn't been milling around, getting in his way. I should point out that my husband was home for the first day, the one where he actually did a little work, and had been on conference calls the entire day; the following day, Tuesday, he had a flight out of Milwaukee and was gone when Pat showed up. I was furious. I told him to finish the tub, leave the rest of the crap because I wanted him out of my house. He then spent the next 30 minutes screaming **expletive** and such, slamming crap around in the basement, acting like a total lunatic. I was home by myself and with two little kids; I was debating calling the cops when he came up and acted like all was normal. I gave him the remaining $400, told him to finish the sink and get out. He then said that there was a leak in the kitchen sink and was screwing with that. I told him to leave it alone, he ignored me. At 1:30 he left, and hit my mom up for another $25, saying I'd shorted him. My mom told him she didn't have any money. It appears he took umbrage at that because he shattered one of the cracked windows directly in front of her car door and left thousands of pieces there. As for the work: two windows installed correctly. One toilet installed correctly; the other is wobbly. One window installed but the frame was cracked from where he yanked it off. Washtub had leak in pipe, all seams were leaking, washtub was not anchored to the ground, hot/cold mixed up. Dryer vent was "fixed" by him removing the tape that had sealed the crack. Left dryer vent hole open for two full days; he left windows open w/o screens in basement even though he knew I had cats.
