    Ihor Home Services, LLC
We had a full bathroom remodel and the walls were saved. I couldnt believe that those were the same walls after they painted them. No touch up needed, everything perfect. 7 new doors installed and looked amazing after painting. Not one thing to clean up after they left, price was reasonable. I will be having them do work on my home again and will refer them out. Its so nice to have a contractor that is reliable and does good work for a reasonable price.

    DaVinci Painting
Our painting project went exceptionally well. Joel is an outstanding communicator as he let us know exactly what work he would be doing, the number of days that would be required as well as the price. His pricing was very fair and his work was stupendous. In other words, his painting skills are excellent. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Joel ( DaVinci Painting ). Joel was recommended to us from two of our close friends who were very happy with his work. They were correct. We will be having Joel back in December to paint a living room and hallway.

    Integrity Roofing
My condo association contracted with Integrity Roofing LLC for the roof replacement of my multifamily building. I contracted with them personally for the replacement of 3 skylights, to occur when the roof was being replaced. I experienced workmanship issues, property damage and communication issues. Resolution of those problems never occurred. Excessive interior paint and drywall damage were incurred with the skylight replacement. Other Waukesha county roofing companies were consulted regarding the standard of practice for this type of job. All agreed that my results were unacceptable. I sustained property damage during the delivery of the shingles. I specifically asked that Integrity address this matter with the supplier and was told that I should take the matter up with THEIR subcontractor. I spoke with each of the partners by phone, email & text throughout late April and most of May in an attempt to address my concerns. Despite my persistence, they refused to meet with me personally. We never discussed my issues. They refused to come into my home to see the issues I was referring to. The response I received from them was written and it demanded payment in full or they would assess a lien against me. Buyer beware.

    Integrated Building Systems
It went well. Darren had to return a second time because the cabinet arrived damaged, a different vender, and the lighting had to be done after the installation of the cabinet. The workmen were prompt, worked steadily, price matched the estimate and they cleaned up when they were finished

    High Quality Contracting Inc
Nick and his team were very professional. When we originally wanted to start getting bids, we werent sure from a design standpoint what would fit in our budget. While other contractors wanted black and white design for pricing, Nick helped us complete our vision with recommendations and design options to fit our budget. He really looked at things differently and we could tell immediately that he loves his job. His vision gave us a new perspective on our basement options, and we couldnt be happier with the result. He worked with us along the way, informing us regularly about what was happening and when, and he answered any questions that came up. He was flexible when things changed, and was always transparent with cost and up front with his professional recommendations. The work was done in an efficient, timely manner, and everyone was respectful of our familys schedules and space. We are thrilled with our choice to hire High Quality Contracting, and we love our brand new basement space!

    Empire Painting
The painting team arrived on time as scheduled and conducted their work in a professional manner. While some of the knock-down repair was not perfect, my wife and I are very pleased with the painting outcome and would recommend Empire Painting to anyone needing professional interior painting services. Thank you so much Empire! Terry & Mary Z.

    Stone Dimensions Inc
Excellent job! Mick, Aaron and the rest of the team really know what they're doing; wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Very knowledgable and worked with us to accommodate both our style and our budget. You can get cheaper granite, but you wouldn't get an installation job of this quality. Computer measured and matched to minimize the appearance of the seams, with no gaps or need for a backsplash if you prefer that look.

Mr Handyman of Waukesha & North Milwaukee County
The large holes were on about 30ft. high, Ralph was very knowledgeable on how to repair the damage. He did a fantastic job, I can't see where the damage was. We are very happy with the job Ralph did. We would definitely call him for any work we need done.

    Midwest Tops Inc
Initially, we felt very good about the product and the service. The process of choosing and ordering the countertops was fine, the options were plentiful and the salesperson was very nice. We chose to have them measure for the countertops AFTER our cabinets were installed to be certain that they would fit. The person who did the measuring was very courteous and careful in measuring. Our contractor oversaw the installation and there were no concerns that we were aware of. Initially, we were so excited simply to have countertops again (it had been months in remodel project) we didn't take note of the edge; however, we soon realized that there was no overhang "lip" -- it was pretty much flush with the cabinetry. However, the "flush" line was not perfect -- some areas had a 3mm overhang so because the rest of the counter was flush it was more obvious. Having no overhang means that when spills happen it goes immediately over the edge and on to the cabinets. My husband pointed this out to the contractor, but there was no follow-up. I hate to be a complainer and I assumed it was my fault for not specifying that we wanted a minimal overhang, so -- although we notified the contractor -- we did not make a fuss. Months later I lamented to a friend about the disappointment of spending $3700 on counters that didn't function well and required daily clean-up of our cabinets and I was told that the "industry standard overhang" was 1 1/2" from cabinet base to leave 1/2-inch overhang of the exposed end to protect the cabinets and make it easier to wipe crumbs off the edge of the counter. I sent an email to the sales person at Midwest Tops explaining our disappointment & with pictures, but never received any response at all. The counters LOOK beautiful from the top, but they function very poorly. It was the most expensive item per cubic foot in our remodel (our cabinets were $10K but obviously cover much more space) and it is the most disappointing because they did not communicate with us that they --apparently-- follow a different standard for the overhang.

    WOOLY'S HOME IMPROVEMENTS
I use him most frequently and it goes back 7-8 years. I am quite satisfied with him. There was faucet fixtures and a light fixtures. We changed the color from a flat gold to a flat satin look. I purchased the materials separately. The cost was his labor. We have been using him for about 8 years.
