    I purchased the dryer on Wednesday, and delivery was scheduled for the following Monday.  I was told dispatch would call me on Saturday with the time of delivery.  No-one called me on Saturday.  I called the company on Monday morning.  They told me delivery was rescheduled for Tuesday.  I had rearranged my work calendar to accommodate the Monday delivery.  I could not reschedule everything on Tuesday.  They called me late Monday and told me delivery would be between 9:00 and noon on Tuesday, and I would receive a call at least thirty (30) minutes before delivery.  I received a call Tuesday around 11:00 and was told they were 15 minutes from my home.  I told them it would take be 25 m;inutes to get home and told them to wait.

    When I got home, the delivery man came in and was disappointed the new dryer was a steam dryer, and they need to pull out the washer to get to the water hockup.  They disconnected and removed the old dryer, and hocked up the new dryer.  They had me sign a form accepting delivery, and they left.

    The laudry room was a complete mess.  Water was on the floor, used paper towels they used in a poor attempt to clean up the water, used parts were on the floor - the floor was a mess.  The delivery guys made no attempt to clean up - they just left.

    I called Grand Appliance today, and spoke with Customer Service.  The young women was polite, but did not seem overly concerned.  She offered me a 5 year extended warranty.  I told her I was not calling to get an extended warranty; I was calling to inform them they lost a customer because of terrible customer service.   She said she would have her Supervisor call me today - no call as of 4:45.  

    I used Grand Appliance in an attempt to support local companies.  I should have used Home Depot.  Home Depot was the same price, with no delivery fee.  I paid a delivery and hock up fee to Grand Appliance, and received terrible customer service.  I will not used Grand again - next time, it's Home Depot.

    Dave Hulbert is a highly trained professional at tuning, reconditioning and repair.  He would be qualified to tune, repair and voice an instrument.  It went very well.  We wound up purchasing a reconditioned piano from him, and it is excellent also.

    Steinhafels Furniture
    I ordered a leather sofa and love seat for $4,091 in September 2015.   When the furniture was delivered in November 2015, both pieces were damaged/defective (the sofa had 2 large wrinkles on the back of it and the love seat had 2 holes in it).  Steinhafels' customer service was very slow to call me back, but they did send a tech who came out to take pictures of the damaged areas. After that,  I didn't hear back from them and didn't know what the status was (there weren't any updates or phone calls).  Despite my repeated phone calls, no one from Steinhafels returned my calls or updated me to let me know what was going on so, I went to the store directly and the store manager said that he would "take care" of fixing it and would make sure that the new parts were ordered.  
    After waiting more than 2 more months, Steinhafels called me and scheduled a date for a tech to come out and make the repairs (estimated repair time was 3 hours).  On January 21, 2016, the tech came out and said that he "only had one of the parts" that he needed to repair part of the love seat.  He said that the service manager knew that they were missing parts, but he was told to come out anyway.  No one from Steinhafels called me that day to tell me that they were missing parts.  The tech also said that the replacement parts for the back of the sofa (where the wrinkles are) were never ordered.  I again had a difficult time getting hold of the service manager and the store manager.  This was the chance for Steinhafels to fix their problem, but they only made the problem much worse. 
    I was very patient for 5 months and Steinhafels did not treat me well or do right by me as a customer.  I have now asked for the furniture to be returned and I want a full refund.  The customer service at Steinhafels was terrible and I do not plan on returning there as a customer.

    Team arrived at start of window of time for delivery, and were exceptionally skilled in getting the set up narrow stairway without damage to walls. It was a rainy day and they used throws to prevent tracking moisture through carpeted areas. Earlier this year, I had purchased custom upholstered chairs through Biltrite - they turned out beautifully, arrived within expected timeframe, and are wonderful quality. I highly recommend Biltrite for their quality, professionalism, and service.

    I worked with a gentleman named Sean Kennedy who helped narrow my selection and choose the right washer and dryer for me. He also went out of his way to find a rebate on the products that I was able to send to the manufacturer and bring the cost down.
    The delivery was timely and the installation went without a hitch. I am very satisfied with the products and work that was done. I would buy from Colders again.

    We took two chair bottoms in to be inspected. We reviewed the options with them and decided to select new material and have all 6 chairs redone. They ordered the materials and called within days to have us bring the other 4 chair seats. The work was again done within DAYS! Very nicely done. Extremely nice folks.

    Leather restoration did a great job!  Shay, the owner, came to our house and took a look at the furniture and gave us an accurate quote.  He also spent the time to explain the details of how he would restore our pieces.  He did a really nice job with the restoration. We've had the pieces for 15 years, and they look brand new!  They matched the color perfectly and refilled the cushions for us.  The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.  I would not hesitate to recommend Leather Restoration to our friends/family.

    Dann was great to deal with. Very friendly and offered suggestions as to how the work could be accomplished. He promptly responded to my call and came over the same day to take a look at what we needed. He was pretty booked but scheduled the work within three weeks of our first visit. He arrived promptly every day and completed the entire project within two and a half days. The workmanship was excellent and really was much more than we expected. The details were what impressed us. Even though we were just looking for a workshop table and shelf along with tables for our kids, he made sure that the workmanship was of good quality and something that we could be proud of. I liked his attitude of saying he always did the work as if he was working on his own home! It certainly showed in the finished product. I would definitely have Dann work for us again and will be calling soon once we have enough work for him to complete. He was a pleasure to deal!
