    The Grout Doctor
I had not re-sealed the grout around my shower tile since the house was built 10 years ago. Some of the old grout had cracked and it was beginning to leak water onto the drywall. The Grout Doctors put in new caulk and re-sealed the grout. Could not be happier with the work they did. Scheduling was a breeze. Ryan, who did the work, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. My shower looks amazing! I give them my highest recommendation.

    Tyler the Tiler
We are very pleased with our new shower! The craftsmanship is excellent. Tyler was accurate on his quote for materials, labor, and leadtime. The project was completed on the stated schedule. In addition, Tyler was friendly and prompt. Ongoing communication was excellent. We are very happy all around. We will use his service again !

    Chimney Concepts
The technician was punctual, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Our chimney was repaired and the cap was replaced and the end result is beautiful and keeps the rain out! We have had compliments on their work from other contractors here to do caulking and roofing, if other contractors and two engineers compliment their work after they have completed it and left, that says quality to me!

    Callen Construction Inc
We worked with Callen's designed Paulette as well as 2 other firms designers. After meeting with each designer and reviewing their proposals we ending up choosing Callen. While their price was not the lowest we felt there design, materials and experience would best fit our needs. The selection process for materials we easy and we received help from Paulette throughout the process. Once the project start date was established we received a calendar from the project manager showing when everyone would be there and exactly how long the project would take. The tradesman all showed up on schedule and we usually received a phone call the day before from the project manager letting us know what time they would be there and asking if we had any questions or concerns. The tradesman were all very professional and cleaned up when they were done. The work was done in a professional manner and there were very few minor issues and those were addressed right away. The project was finished on schedule and done very well.

We worked with Randy and couldnt have been more pleased . We had them rip out and expand the existing shower, replace vanity, countertops, medicine cabinet and flooring in the master bath. Process took a little over a week. They started when Randy said they would and finished when he said they would .They arrived nearly on time every day. They informed us what the next step would be. They asked us questions on where we wanted things to go, etc. They put in procelin tile in the shower, new glass doors and fixtures.. They put down duroceramic flooring. Built the cabinets to our specs and medicine cabinet Everything turned out fantastic . Cant find anything wrong with what they did. We are very pleased. They cleaned up every day, were respectful and friendly. The pricing is on the high side. They came in about $3k more than other estimates but to us it was worth it. We are very pleased

    Kitchen Krafters LLC
Roger worked diligently with us to take our ideas from concept to fruition.  Once the job started, he kept us informed every step of the way - what to expect almost daily.  We ran in to supplier bumps along the way but Roger stayed on top of those issues and we were able to work through each one.  No over-promising or under delivering.
We are extremely happy with the way everything turned out.  Our kitchen / family room is truly an open concept now with the removal of the soffit and trimming the bar height 'back' of the island down to counter height.  Those changes alone make it feel like an entirely new space.  The new beverage center has put a previously under-utilized area of the kitchen to good use.   With the drywall work involved with the removal of the soffit, Roger was extremely finicky and had some of the work re-done and touched up several times until no signs of the drywall patching on the ceiling were visible.   It's a good thing when your contractor is more picky than you are!
The bathrooms turned out great as well.  We threw a bit of curve-ball to Roger with our idea for the master bath shower and how it should integrate with the vanity countertops.  It turned out better than imagined.
What we hope we have conveyed is that  Kitchen Krafters listened to our ideas and fuzzy vision of what we wanted, provided professional input, advice, and quality workmanship resulting in great results.    We had spoken with other contractors who must have thought the project was too small because we didn't want to replace the kitchen cabinets or change the footprint.  Obviously we're biased because of our ideas, but because of Roger's attention to detail and interest in turning out quality work, we almost feel like it's a new house  -  a remodeling case study!

    Home Depot West Allis
It has been a nightmare. They came and did the measurement. I contacted them after that to reduce the area that I wanted to put the flooring and the tile. When I came to their store to pick up the sample, he said that the tile I asked for was not the one included in my price. So I asked for the exact price. They said that they still need to figure things out to make sure that things will be accurate. It has been two weeks and they still do not have the final quote. They said they will get back to me, but they still have not.

We were ready to proceed with our projects and I feel I wasted my time meeting with their designer/sales person. We never received the and quot;free estimateand quot; that they advertise. She wanted me to pick out the small details without ever giving me a plan. Very difficult to pick out shower tile when you have no idea what the shower is going to look like. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

    PRAVA Design Build
I rate Prava Tile a strong B+/A-.  We contacted Daniel to install our tile in a bathroom.  He was fine to use the tile I purchased, and not the tile offered through the Angie's List deal.  I did need to reschedule the first installation date due, as the remodel was not far enough along for the flooring.  On the agreed upon date, the job did not get started on time, as the crew was delayed at another site.  When they did arrive the team worked hard until 7pm that night...and they did work hard!  The installer was meticulous about how the tile was installed/lined up.
I gave the B+ rating more because of communication and not because of the team or the quality of the work.  Having never installed tile before, I did not know there would be more than 1 day needed to install/complete the tile installation.  It was not clear when setting up the appointment, that we really had to be available on 3 different dates/times to get it complete. (Note: Grout was done on day 2.  I choose a ceramic baseboard, so that had to be installed on a 3rd day).
We will be doing another bathroom in 2014 and I will definitely get an estimate from Prava Tile.

    PRAVA Design Build
Prava Tile slipped this job in for me on short notice before my out of town company arrived.  The men arrived on time, were polite, professional, went right to work, and cleaned up after themselves.  The next day a different gentleman came, finished laying the tile and grouted them.  He also installed the necessary threshold around the tile at the front door.  I was very satisfied with the quality of the work that was done, I would use them again without hesitation.  Also, The Tile Shop which they recommended I use to purchase the tile was most accommodating and very helpful in picking the tile and grout that I used.
