    We got that call. Most people fear the call from a residential HVAC company that lets them know there is some sort of delay. That is not why we got a call. We got a call asking us if we were interested in moving our new Air Conditioner install up a week since there was a heat-wave with weather warnings on its way. We could not be more delighted with the quality of service, communication, technical expertise and options for our home that Oshkosh Heating & Air provided us. Working with this company is a pleasure and their commitment to great service, products, and customer comfort and satisfaction is above all others. You will not find better value for the money you spend investing in your home with them. They even helped us get everything registered and warranty is in effect. We are grateful.

    Guys did a great job. Very friendly. They covered the carpet to keep it from getting dirty. Explained what they did. Also explained the new thermostat and got it connected to Alexa. I felt the price was reasonable. I will have them do my Spring and Winter check ups. I would definitely recommend MCM Air.

    Initially we need the ignitor replaced on the furnace and as far as I know that work was done right. (We later found out that we were extremely over charged) The service technician let me know at that time my furnace was in need of a cleaning but really we needed to think about replacing it. A couple weeks later the tech came back over to clean the furnace. At that time he noticed a small amount of water on the ground. He told me that the vent motor was leaking and it was leaking onto the circuit board. He told me now it's not a matter of if my furnace will go out but when. With the previous sales pitch from the Techs last visit and now this I was completely trusting and convinced I needed my furnace replaced. He called his manager to stop over to be able to give me quotes. The manager came over to inspect the furnace and repeated what the technician said was wrong with the furnace. He gave me quotes on three different furnaces. He didn't explain the difference between the three options. The quote was $3,000-$6,000. Trusting this company I was completely ready to write a check for a new furnace. Assuming we'd go with Black Haak we did decide it would be smart to get another quote on a new furnace. Thankfully we did!! Turned out we do not need a new furnace. We were told our furnace was in perfect working condition. The leak was caused by a crack in the condensation collection box. They also told us there is no sign of water on the circuit board and said that our furnace was not cleaned. They then quoted us around $100 to replace the condensation collection box but we fixed it ourselves for about $50. I can not help but feel completely scammed by black haak. We will never work with them again.

    At this time still waiting for work to be done per my agreement with Drucks. I'm half way through the project and have been very satisfied with the Druck's service and the employees. They have been very helpful in helping me to evaluate my situation and provide solutions.

    They are a pretty comprehensive service. They did a good job. The price was fair. I did use a coupon because they do issue coupons. They were great and they are very responsive. They take their phone calls right away and send somebody out. They are polite and friendly, obviously good people. Their punctuality is perfect and they are very professional.

    I was disappointed they charge a "response fee" of $79.95. That alone will deter me from contacting them again. I had coolant or refrigeration or whatever you wanted to call it added. That basically fixed my problem. I was then told I should schedule a cleaning of the unit($130 service)...and if I did so, I would get 20% off the service done that day. That felt like a scam. I am not a fan of up-selling. It always makes me question the validity of the additional service...do I really need it? Needless to say, I did some research and found out I should be having my air conditioning unit cleaned yearly. So I don't feel so bad about paying $130 UP FRONT for a service that I probably should be doing. But that isn't how it was presented to me and again made the need for the cleaning service feel questionable.

    Todd inspected/cleaned the gas fireplace, AC unit, and furnace. We had bought a new house in spring and had yet to use the fireplace so Todd showed me how to use it and gave me a few tips.  Our AC unit was very dirty, probably had never been cleaned.  He cleaned it up and showed me what to do in the future. He was very thorough and helpful, answered any questions I had.  I will work with him in the future and would strongly recommend.

    Wesley men arrived on time.  They went right to work installing the garage heater.  When finished they cleaned up all cardboard and leftover scraps on the ground and garage floor.  They were very professional and knew their job.  They were very polite and asked me where I wanted the heater and thermostat.  After, when they finished, said that the electrician will be here tomorrow to finish the wiring.  Next day the electrician arrived and finished the wiring.  He was also very nice and did a great job as well.  He also cleaned up all the pieces of wire and debris on the floor etc.  After he left, Wesley called and asked if they can send their man over to set up the heater.  He arrived about 20 min. later and explained the operation and checked out the unit including the gas pressure. I am very happy and satisfied with the job and how well it went.  Thank-you Wesley Heating and Cooling.

    They made an appointment with the renter and checked the furnace and change the furnace filters.   They had to change the furnace filters. No other service was needed.   They called the property manager to authorize  the work but she did not  respond or call them back. This is who they were supposed to call and she is supposed to take care of it.   They would of had to leave the house without doing the work.  They found my phone number and called me to authorize the work.  If they had not put out the extra effort to find my number and waited for me to call them back they would of had to leave without doing the work.  They only number they had was the number of the property manager and she did not call them back or respond to their request.   They called me and the work was done and their price for the service call was very reasonable.
