    I went into the business and picked out a new refrigerator.  Mine died the day before.  I did get a good sales guy that happened to be Bob Kossell. I paid for this new refrigerator on the spot.  He told me I would have my new refrigerator in a day, two at the most.  I called them after a day and the lady that answered said you will get it tomorrow if your lucky.  I then called the next day and was talking to the lady again and she put Bob on and said they would give me a loaner for a few days.  They did deliver the new loaner,  a cheap replacement.  I then called a week later and the lady again told me that it would be soon.  Finally I went into the store and raised a little h*** after 3 weeks.  They then sent up a date and delivered my new  refrigerator.  This place is not what it used to be.  Use caution and I would not recommend paying before you get your item.

    Barb is totally honest, and very comfortable and easy to work with as a consignor or shopper.  She has an accurate sense of what items are worth and what they will likely sell for.    Many of my purchases from the shop have really updated and brightened up my home decor.  The very gentle pet dogs on the premises add a homey feel to the shop.  Taking things to Fine Consign has also helped me to get a handle on my impulse shopping, as I now think a bit more before making impulse purchases.

    WG&R Furniture
    Furniture was not the same as the floor model that we picked out.  Delivery person damaged the sofa bringing it into the house.  Upon closer inspection after delivery, noticed that chair had significant defect.  Immediately went back to store & spoke directly to store manager who took excellent care of the matter.  Quality of the floor model was quite different (better) so he agreed to pick up the other furniture and replace it with the store model.  This visit we took pictures of the store furniture and compared it with what was delivered.  Noticed that wood color was different.  Took pictures of delivered furniture and went back next day to show manager.  Sales person was not working the day we spoke to manager so apparently was not aware of our problem and arrangement to trade furniture.  Showed her the comparison pictures and told her we were disappointed in the quality, differences, & repairs to which she added that she "didn't know that she could do anything about that".  What?  We explained that manager had already taken care of us and we were just dropping in to show him that the furniture was not at all what we thought we were buying. 
    If you have a problem, don't waste time discussing with salesperson.  Speak directly to store manager.  Don't fall for the "10% restocking fee" if the furniture is not what you bought.  Take pictures, inspect and insist that delivery person write down everything that was wrong including damage they did while moving.

    They are very good. They are very nice and the service is fine. They really know there stuff and are very honest. I actually asked about a piece that I felt was price high and he was able to get the item reduced. He has the best interest of his customers in mind. He really knows if the item is good or not.

    The experience was very good. The representative at the store was very helpful in getting me the best deal available. He was able to save me $300 by comparing some features of the stoves. He was very honest. They worked very well with the measurements that I brought in. They did a very good job.

    They really had a great deal on this item. They have skilled sales people and they are very professional. If they do not know something they find out for you. They are good at comparing the appliances for you. I like the fact that they do not recommend the most expensive item all the time. They really ask the right questions to get you the item you need. If you can bring in your measurements they will be able to get you the best item that will actually fit. They do take a little longer for delivery but they are there when they say they will be.

    We felt Mike was pretty helpful and honest.  He knew that we were there that day to shop around and NOT buy... and he still spent 1/2 an hour with us explaining our different options in the dishwashers alone.  He also told us to go buy our counter top microwave somewhere else (since it is back to school season so everyone has them on sale at the moment!)  I mean who does that, really!!!  We left feeling like it was a place we'd feel comfortable buying from in the near future.

    Jean W. at WG&R in Oshkosh was very helpful.  She didn't follow us around the store and she gave us plenty of time and space to talk by ourselves and come to our own decision.  After not finding anything out on the regular sales floor that we could agree on, we wandered into the clearance center.  There we found a $2700 sectional that had been marked down to $1100 plus another 10% off.  Overall, we're loving this store!

    The purchase went fine.  We worked with Heather who was very friendly.  When the furniture was delivered, the seats were covered in plastic.  It took 90 minutes to get the plastic off.  Afterward, the screws kept falling out of the chairs.  I called Heather and she immediately replaced all 6 chairs. She made sure that the plastic was removed before the new chairs were delivered.

    18 months later, we damaged our table with a cleaning solvent.  I called Oak Express and they told me how to contact the insurance people - Great White Bottling.  After sending them a photo and a copy of my receipt, they emailed the next day and indicated that they would be replacing our table.  I called Heather and she said that she ordered the table.  I told HEather that some of the screws from three chairs had fallen out.  Heather immediately offered to replace those chairs.

    While I feel that the table got beat up quickly, I am thrilled with the service and how they stand behind their products.  Esp. Heather - she is great to work with.
