    Wind River Const LLC
I felt they were very professional, asked what I wanted all along the way, and I purchases the fixtures to save money. I would recommend them to any one. Personable, clean, trustworthy, and did all the work in the time promised.

Everything they did was excellent. The owner was actually onsite. He had to leave for a little while and came back and finished supervising the job. He was a very good guy. Their price was very good. It was part of a garage package that he subcontracted out. I was very impressed. He did go the extra mile and he pointed out that if we didn't do the front sidewalk while he was there, it would cost a lot more to get it done. He was also looking out for us. He did it all right. We were very pleased with him. I would absolutely use him again and I have recommended him to my daughter to do some work at her house.

Brian put in a stamped, concrete patio, with a block retaining wall.  Turned out just beautiful.

Concrete steps leading down to the patio are amazing!!

Brian took us to a few places he had put in patios, to give us some ideas, which was very helpful.

    Nice crew.

Troy was extremely professional and prompt.  Answered my questions, responded to changes in estimates and repair to be done but all in all, just more money than I want to put in this house.  I would recommend this company highly and use them in the future for a job I really want done A+.

Our project got delayed some because of the rainy weather. It only took three days to complete the project once the weather cleared up. They were able to get all the gravel firmly in place, put down the rebar, secure the rods into the garage and sidewalk and pour the cement in one day. They worked non-stop to complete the driveway.
It is a messy project but they did a nice job of cleaning up and blowing the cement dust off of the front porch.
The only complaint that I had was that they could have communicated with us more. Be prepared to ask questions up front.

    Area Waterproofing LLC
I feel it went very well, they had 4 people and the whole job was done in one day.  I will suggest that if someone is thinking of having this done, go to Walmart and get those large plastic tarps for a couple of bucks and put over everything in the basement.  There is a lot of dust that rises out of hammering out the old concreate.  They hauled away all the extra soil, old concreate and whater ever else of supplies they used.  Take up any nice rugs and be sure to ready the basement in the area they will need to work.

The owner is an excellent communicator, is very knowledgable, and gave excellent advice. He tilted the whole driveway to move water away from the house, made a beautiful walk to the front door and raised it to allow for less steps to the front door. He supervises his crew personally so the job is done right. I would recommend him to anyone, and would hire him again in a heartbeat. He has a strong work ethic and strives for excellence.

Area Waterproofing Business card was at the Building Dept desk at Menards.Called Mark, the owner who lives 3 mi west of us for an appt. Mark came over within 45 min., it was at the end of the day. Received his estimate, and discussed in detail. Compared Mark's estimate with 2 others I had, and talked to my home construction contractor. Mark then offered to show me work he was doing in Neenah. I visited that home with the homeowners there, talked to them about why they needed it done and why they choose Mark. I was then shown another home a couple houses away that  Mark was going to work on next. A few days later after more questions and discussions with others we signed a contract with Mark. They started within the time frame they said. I was home for most of the work. Took them about 2 -3 days and were very professional. did everything that they were supposed to plus added good topsoil to area where hole was, and where equipment was sitting and driving on.

Couple days later, I noticed tiny drip from the inside foundation on a small crack that was not seen before. Two of Mark's employees came over two days later and repaired that crack at no charge.

    Anderson Bros Inc
The window sills under several of our large picture windows were falling out. Though the sills themselves were still solid, the mortar holding them in had mostly crumbled out and they were crooked and beginning to slip out.

Anderson Bros. came in and reset set all these sills in one morning. I had to leave for my job and didn't hang around the house, but they came early enough for us to talk a bit, and then they went to work. The sills are now even, well-attached and there are no more holes for water to seep into. One window was even behind some large shrubs, but they did not have a problem getting back there and didn't damage my bushes.

This basement has been flooding for years, ever since we hooked up to the sewer. Anderson Bros. came out, broke up the concrete floor, dug the pit, installed a plastic liner and tied it into the drainage around the foundation. They put in a submersible sump pump, pvc piping through a thick brick wall, and added some discharge hose outside. They neatly repaired the concrete around the pump, removed all debris and suggested I might need a short extension cord for the pump (it reached, but was stressed). They also explained how I might change the discharge hose, if I wanted to move it. They were nice, efficient and accommodating. Best of all, we have had two or three heavy rains since then, and the pump has worked perfectly each time. What a relief!
