    Contacted Pete from Paul's Heating and Air Conditioning, told him what I was looking for and he recommended the perfect garage heater for what I needed! They showed up on time, very professional and friendly and everything went smooth! Everything was installed and working great same day, could not have been happier. I will not deal with anyone else beside Pete and crew from Paul's Heating and Air Conditioning, they are top notch!

    We rarely give perfect grades, but we have never had a problem with them, so I am inclined to give them an "A" rating! They take the time to educate us about what they are doing to fix our problem and why they are doing what they do. In the process, I have learned more about my heating and air conditioning system.  When we had out ducts cleaned, the guy showed us all of the junk that came out of the ducts (including a hand towel and kid items!), and even showed us with a mirror how good the ducts looked when it was done.

    Agreed to time and materiel cost after initial visit and inspection of work to be done. AC Unit was move in fall and all seemed  fine. Was pleased with the work. Next spring AC did not work. Was told Schroeder valve was leaking and would need to be replaced but the age and condition of the unit it would be better to replace the the whole system. Was not pleased because of the inspection before moving unit I was assured it was fine. Second onion from two different AC contractors told me when unit was moved valve was over heated when the lines were resolderd.. Complained directly to Manufacturer which agreed that if proper cooling was not taken valve could have been damaged. I Witnessed Technician gas weld lines back together with a spice right next to valve without any cooing, All was denied including moving the unit verses replacing it. Had valve replaced during negotiations and paid entire cost myself after long drawn out fight.. Unit is still functioning fine today. I know things happen and if they would have even tried to split the cost of replacing the valve I might still be a customer. To bad for Carrier, I really like their product but ill not consider them due to local dealer.

    I can never thank Jim, from this company enough for his quick response and for doing everything he could to get my family a furnance right away, after another company came to our home and left us in a huge bind. We were left without heat, and have a 3 year old living here. The peace of mind he gave me is worth more than I can ever say.  I was lead to believe by the other company I would have to go almost a week without heat, and felt foolish for even asking the question. If you ever need someone to assist you with any heating needs, please give this company a try.

    It was great.  The service tech came out and explained what was wrong and that we would need a new unit.  With this taking place on a Friday night I was a little stressed due to planning on being gone for a month starting on Monday.  Just driving by I saw that there was a person there on Saturday and even though she was not "on the clock" the employee helped me.  I was not surprised that she was dressed down because she was not working.  But very surprised that when I went to pull on the door handle it was locked and she ran out and waved me down to let me know that she could help me (she noticed me getting in my car and getting ready to go).   After asking more questions and explaining my situation with leaving town she called one of the salesmen (Rick).  With in 10 minutes I was off the phone with him and meeting him at the house.  Come the following work day they were installing a system in for me. 
    I couldn't believe it....two people who weren't even working on a Saturday took time to help me.  Customer sevice was above and beyond what I expected.

    I was hesitant about converting to NG, but when one replaces a water heater, it's decision time. I worked with Brent to get an estimate and decided to move ahead. He made all the arrangements with Excel Energy and handled all the installation and conversions. He removed the old water heater and fully tested all units converted.

    They are very prompt and thorough.  They come immediately when you have a real problem.  The other day I was not sure of what was going on and they came right out.  They are available.  Its nice to have people turn up during a problem like them.

    They've been around for a long time and they have a good reputation.  They have an annual program, we haven't done that, but anytime we've needed them, they've been wonderful. They were here when they said, everything went well, we didn't have to call them back, and they put in our whole heating system about 20 years ago.  Their price is competitive. They get high ratings and we will continue to use them.

    Unit was repaired promptly. Had a very good experience with various service personnel. Working with their billing department was a nightmare. A portion of the bill was to be covered by home buyers insurance. Every month they promised that I was not responsible for insurance portion and they would remove that amount from my bill. Then the next month I would be billed again and I would need to call. This carousel continued for 6 months. A second time we had a major snafu with billing. Great service. Very poor billing department.
