"I was recommended
by my son who found them through Angie's List and have used them for the past I'd say year. The professionalism" and attention is excellent and they have made repairs at a reasonable cost. Since repair we switched to their cleaning pools service and the pool never looked better even when new.

"The two-woman crew had difficulty finding the location and we had several phone calls to try to guide them to the correct place. But once they arrived, they made" magic. Before he died recently, our father had lived in this apartment for 20 years. He had done almost no cleaning and the apartment was a disaster area. The property manager asked the cleaning crew from
Professional Services/
Cleaning, whom we hired, to focus on the kitchen, bathroom, and windows. It was unbelievable what they were able to do in 2-3 hours. Despite the grime that had accumulated over the decades, the parts they cleaned looked almost ready to move in (the property manager will probably replace some pieces even though the cleaners made them look quite presentable). The crew were conscientious and hard-working. I highly recommend this service.

My order of preference - first choice a jacuzzi/hot tub repairman (from a jacuzzi/hot tub/sauna distributor), second choice a plumber (many do not work on hot tubs, jacuzzi's and sauna because they cnanot afford to stock parts). An electrician might be able to fix it if it is a connection problem, but such motors are seldom repaired if the problem is internal, just replaced - which would be a jacuzzi repairman/plumber type job.
?

You will have to find out what your model costs new - looks like they run from about $400 to 1700 depending on size. IF yours is at the lower end, might be just as cheap to replace it, with parts and labor. If not low end, then repair probably works. Typical pricing of components that might have gone out - switch $80, timer/control unit $130, heating element $100 (probably most likely to have failed) - so if only one of these went out, figuring $100-200 labor, probably cheaper to fix it. I would contact your dealer for a better idea.

BTW - here is a Saunatec instruction on maintenance on the heating element and rocks, failure to follow can shorten heating element life, if that is what went out (and probably the simplest to replace) -

I'm sorry to say there aren't many of us on here with adequate experience working on pools, myself included.  My suggestion would be to contact a few local companies specializing in pool renovation and have them give their recommendations and bids for the work, breaking down order of operations so you know what to expect at which stages.  Check Angie's List for referrals in your area and cross check those with the BBB for any unresolved complaints.

took great care of me.
I manage several residential pools, and recently one of my contractors tried to rip me off. He told me I needed either a new pool heater for $3500 or to replace the blower for $650. Both of these estimates seemed high, so I called
Okauchee Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
for a second opinion. After inspecting the overall condition of the heater, he advised me that replacing the blower was all that was required. That there was nothing else wrong with the heater. His bill was $450, much more in line with what I was used to paying.
I have used

on all of my

Land area pools for over 5 years. He does a great job, and is always honest and fair in his estimates. I highly recommend him.

They came out to fix. took several coats and 2 days to complete.
The patch looked terrible and now has opened up in the exact spot that was repaired.
They gave us a two year warrentee but now I can't get in touch with them to come back and fit it correctly.
I have called several times with no answer and no voice mail.
I sent an email and it came back undeliverable.
I am trying to sell the house and it has to be repaired.

has good customer service skills for getting the job. However, after getting the job, it took forever to have him complete the job. In fact, almost 50 days later I am still waiting for my pool equipment to work properly including the heater. Yesterday his crew painted my pool deck and the guys who did the job had very foul language that was quite offensive to me when performing their work. Today I am waiting for

to complete the work and get my pool fully functioning. The pool itself and the pool deck look great. Now, if it will only work it will be that much better so I can go swimming !

Very professional company. They respond pretty quickly to questions/concerns. The owner responded himself to a recent email of mine regarding a bill. He was very reasonable in his response and their rates are cheaper than the previous company I had and I feel their quality of work is better. They have great customer service and I'll likely hire them in the future for re-plastering and updating the pool.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - RUN! Pay more if you must. We are going to have to
Okauchee Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
to get some sort of remedy now. First,
Okauchee Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
(the owner's son) came over to our house and went over the details of what their company offers. Four people all heard the same information (my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and myself). He said newly resurfaced pools need a month of checking chemical balance and that was included. He said he saw a tiny and short hairline crack in one side of the Jacuzzi wall and that was an easy fix. He said if they ran into any major structural issues, they would let us know but most often small "settling" types of cracks can just be filled; minor. This was consistent with the other info we had rec'd from other competitors who had looked at our pool. He gave us a bid to do the tile as well since it was a bit outdated, but the bid was about 3,500.00 and since we just had it all regrouted in the last 5 months or so, we decided not to change out the tile. He said they can just go up to the existing tile (or just underneath it?) and there is no necessity to replace the tile, but it would update the look. We liked the existing tile so kept it. Angie's list says they accept Visa and
Okauchee Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
and then when it came time to pay the 1/2 down, they refused to accept any credit cards. At that point, we should have walked away. Because the gel coat had worn (previous owners of the house we just purchased did not control the chemicals very well), this job required the entire f.b. pool be taken all the way down. There would be a LOT of dust he said. They were supposed to begin the job in mid to late April, but I got a call in late Feb saying a job was cancelled and they wanted to start on our job right away. We had given them the 1,000.00 down payment and now had to come up with half of the balance in cash with almost no notice. The crew that came out put up a tarp and held it in place over the pool with ropes tied to several of our back yard trees and our neighbor's trees. This was not explained to us at any point, but we did not appreciate this. By the time the heavy sandblasting tools came out and the pool demo was in full swing, the workers had tripped the circuit breakers 3 times and 2 times, my daughter and son-in-law came home from work to find all the lights out and the breaker would not re-set. Food was thawing out in the frig, clocks not working, etc... One time she actually rec'd a note saying "Sorry,
Okauchee Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
. We may have tripped a GFI in the house...in the kitchen". We took a picture of that note (just in case - things were not going well). When the work was
Okauchee Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
completion,
Okauchee Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
rec'd a text saying they were basically done, drying on Thursday and fill on Friday. When Friday came, no one had filled the pool or shared any information with anyone on what to do.
Okauchee Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
spoke with
Okauchee Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
on the phone to mention the tarp still being up, an extension cord was left in our electrical panel (a code violation), and weren't they coming out to fill the pool and do a walk-through and what about the service afterwards? Well, there was no service afterwards he now says, she has to fill the pool, and they would take the tarps down on Monday. When
Okauchee Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
went outside to take a picture of the cord hanging out of our electrical panel, she noticed water leaking from below the tiles in both the Jacuzzi AND the pool (as the water was filling from a hose we placed in the Jacuzzi and spilling over into the pool and the pool was filling from the pipe spicket) What we saw, though, were several water drips, some dripping very fast, others more slowly, onto the top step of the pool. It appeared there was no seal at all between the tile and the fiberglass. We took a video of the water drips and sent it to them. They dispute they caused any damage at all and they take no responsibility - even though we had no leaks or drips prior to them beginning work. We know this because we had a salt system installed and our pool light repaired a couple of months after we purchased the home, just a few short months ago. We had the tiles re-grouted at the same time. Now the tile grout in the Jacuzzi is all chipped away on one side of the Jacuzzi (another potential reason for water leaking) and perfect on the top and on the other surfaces; clearly they damaged this one area of the Jacuzzi as well. One pool professional said they cut too deep on both sides of the Jacuzzi wall. We have snarky emails from the owner's son with threats now that they are going to void the warranty if we don't fill the pool in one week's time. But if we fill it, water could be seeping behind the fiberglass from the lack of a seam at the bottom of the tiles!
Okauchee Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
is very rude and without personally even looking at the damage, he is denying his company did anything wrong at all. Not one single visit!! Folks, we have photos and videos of the damage and leaking, as well as the snarky emails. The BBB, Yelp, and many others are going to hear about this because other potential customers must beware!!!!

Using a special camera, the provider inspected the pipes for leaks/breaks. Happily, there were none! Wonderful service, as always. I left a message on a Sunday and the owner called me back the same day. He was very responsive, and listened carefully to what the plumbers had told me. He called the plumbers the next day to speak to them, then called me to set up an appointment. The technician arrived right on time, and was very courteous and professional.
I've used them in the past and they were great then too. That time I had a leak in a pipe in my front yard. They were able to pinpoint it exactly. I'm very happy with their service, and would definitely use them again (although, I really hope I don't have to!).

returned our call promptly and scheduled a diagnostics visit the following day. After checking out the pump, he confirmed that the 17 year old pump motor needed to be replaced. He gave me a very competitive bid and we agreed to have him do the work. He came out the next day and installed the motor and related impeller seals and gaskets. We will consider working with

again, especially for pool services when we are out of town.

Among the providers from whom I obtained quotes,
Okauchee Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
Pools had the best price among the reputable providers. The work was done on time, without any unexpected costs or problems. The owner
Okauchee Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
checked on the progress of the work personally. The workers cleaned up the whole area well as the process of plaster preparation and installation creates dust ; The lanai and pool surround were powerwashed after the plaster preparation process and after the installation process. The entire pool surround was power washed for free. In all excellent work.
