    Rick and John far exceeded our expectations. I worked closer with Rick and he was a delight! Rick is the consummate professional, but definitely knows when to dial back the stress with his wonderful sense of humor and common sense approach to any roadblocks.     Bob was very upfront and honest with me. He explained to me that the screen replacement cost would be almost as much as the original price of the set. Two other repair places wanted to repair it (for about the cost of a new TV) It was refreshing to find a honest repair person.

    1. Communication is so horrible it is laughable. Emails go unanswered, voicemail messages left with no response, and even if you get a hold of someone, there is no follow-up communication or status. 2. Follow thru does not happen! I have requested simple things like a copy of an inspection report from a tenant leaving (its been over 4 months and still nothing). I have made requests and been promised by the owner to have market data on the property (over 6 months nothing). 3. Quality of renters... horrible!!! I have had more turnover of renters breaking leases than anything. I have yet to have a renter stay full lease in the property. This was not an issue before. 4. Maintenance staff - IS NOT LOCAL! The Maintenance person is in Indianapolis, and my property is in Milwaukee... I have tried several times to have my issues addressed, and every time I am left with the same thing - nothing! It is clear this is only a property management company that only cares about their monthly 10% and not about the customer (on either side). I have had to deal with renters directly and they complain to me about the same thing on communication issues with this company. My only recommendation is to look elsewhere.

    AT&T U-verse Milwaukee
    We have AT&T U-Verse.  They come out and upgrade or change boxes and then after awhile it freezes or some other kind of problem.  We have the bundle package.  They could work on there customer service for phone because we go on there and we're always delayed.

    What a great job they did. I think they were overwhelmed with the scope I the job when they arrived, but jumped right in and helped me sort things to go to charity, trash and storage unit, they left both the garage and my storage room clean. They dropped off my charity items to Habitat for Humanity, took my junk to the trash, and loaded up two trucks twice to take my saved items to my storage unit. Can't say enough good things about all of them,

    Our he LG washing machine leaked water on basement floor. After checking the obvious like water hose connections we determined this repair was out of our comfort zone. I called 4 service providers off the list and left a message about my problem with my LG and the providers I called evidently do not repair them for some odd reason. Only one service guy returned my call to tell me he was sorry that he does not work on these. Mmm... So anyway I found Elitech and called Patrick. He actually answered the phone which was refreshing. No voice mail telling me they would return a call at some moment in time. Anyway Patrick related that he could not come out the same day but scheduled a service call for in the morning. That would be fine with me.
    A couple hours later he called to tell me they had a cancellation and could be there within 15 minutes. We agreed upon a $75 service call and Gary arrived within the 15 minutes as promised. He looked over every possible place the washer could be leaking and determined it was the pump. He said that he probably had the replacement pump for our model on his truck and went out to check and sure enough he did have it. Gary related that LG only has 2 pumps for their washers so it makes it easy for repair people to have the parts on board. I was grateful and surprised because I was prepared to wait a week or so for the part to be ordered. He said that LG's are one of the friendlier washers to be repaired. So I learned my LG was not a weird washer at all. Just some people choose to not work on them Oh well... He was very professional. Looked over everything. Ran a test cycle, blew out a drain line and all in all I am very satisfied with the timely repair. I would definitely use them in the future for an appliance repair. I can't really speak to the price because I have never had to use an appliance repair guy before but they seem very honest and knowledgeable.

    They give you a great starting price and no matter how much you ask about your cost after the initial time period is over, they skirt the issue. Finally, when they realized I was not signing until I got some kind of answer, they gave me an amount that it would not be more than(such as ... it will not be more than $$$. When that time came I was already paying more than $30 over that amount.
    When I told them I could not afford that amount could they help me figure out something I could do to get the price down, I was told
    that I should go ahead and try someone else. I did, but kept their internet and now even that is now over $63 for between 6.41 Mbps and 8.61Mbps.

    I was not getting any picture on a 50" Sony TV, I called sony Tech service and they told me to unplug the tv and plug it back in and nothing happened. They told me i need to take it in for service ( Sony has such nice tech service), i did that myself before i called Sony. I took it to Peko and he was nice, professional, and answered my questions. He looked at the TV, ordered two boards right away and found out it was only the power supply, and sent the other board back. I felt he was honest and professional. I would recommend Peko for TV Service.
