    STEVEN KLEMISH MD
My last visit was fine. He gives excellent care. I like the fact that he is not one to overprescribe medications and that he does everything he can to keep me healthy, which is what I appreciate. There is nothing that I dislike about him. He is a great doctor. I don't have any issues with availability or anything. ProHealth just remodeled that clinic. It's very nice. He is very punctual. The staff is very friendly. I've only seen him as an outpatient. He is a very good communicator. I think he is very effective. I don't have any problems with their billing process.

    Canga III, Dr. Cristino C.

The moment I saw him again with the smile on his face-I felt happy and relieved. I was prepped and ready for the colonoscopy and I felt fine and ready to go. (that was even before the relaxing drugs). Everything went as well as could be-he spoke with me after surgery and explained in detail (in my way of speaking-not big doctor language) what he had found and I was fine and would need another colonoscopy in about five years from then. I went home happy and confident that all was well with my intestines. II thought and quot;this colonoscopy business is not bad at all. I did not feel a thing, and when I awoke from the anesthetic, I wasn't groggy or any feeling like that. The actual procedure was fine-the only thing that was not so fun was drinking down all the liquid mix the night before-yet even that was not all that bad.

To sum it up ALL went well, I was calm because Dr. Conga is the best and I would recommend him not only to all my friends, but to every one who needed a GI Doctor. This colonoscopy occurred on June 27, 2013.

    St Luke's Hospital
I only went to him to get a second opinion. He was very thorough and the in information was very accurate. However, he told me that if I had my neck surgery in the morning, I would be discharged the same day. I ended up going with a different doctor who kept me for 11 days while I recovered.

    Brown, Dr. Carol M
Dr. Carol M. Brown is a good doctor. She is able find underlying causes of things. I think she is excellent. She is a very supportive. She does not take insurance. I have had no problems with availability. The treatment has been effective, I am feeling better. I have just started with her. I will see her again.

    Brown, Dr. Carol M
Overall appointment went well. I met with Dr. Brown's PA first. What I like about Dr. Brown is she figures out why you are feeling well instead of simply finding a drug to cover up the symptoms. She also takes a natural approach which is refreshing.

    Brown, Dr. Carol M
She is fantastic, and I love her. She listens very well, does followup and is not afraid to ask for another opinion if she has a question about something. It is usually pretty easy to get an appointment, and if I am sick, they can usually fit me in within the next 24 hours. I would continue to use her in the future.

    Lakeshore Medical Clinic
According to the Lakeshore Website, this office is open until 4:00 PM on Weekends for walk-in medical needs. Due to my work schedule I was unable to arrive until a few minutes before closing. It was 3:55 according to my cell phone and my watch, yet the door was locked (yet another patient appeared to be waiting inside). Eventually, someone came to the door and asked if I was with a patient, I said no, and said that according to their posted hours they were open until 4:00 PM. The person who answered the door said that it was a minute to 4. Regardless, I had arrived during their posted hours, and was essentially denied service due for little more than their inconvenience. The billing and administration grade is due to issues with prior services rendered by a different location.

    Brown, Dr. Carol M
But in meeting with Dr. Brown and after testing, it was apparent that among some other health concerns, my main issue was a gluten problem, known as Celiac Disease. Dr. Brown and her office personnel provided me with a lot of helpful information to read and guidelines for Celiacs to follow in learning how to develop the required whole new way of living and eating. Dr. Brown has also been extremely helpful in all the other health issues that I have come up. She is a wealth of information on both sides of good medical practice, especially with integrating supplements along with best eating practices. Because of her expertise in my life over these past two years, both my overall health and my immune system are vastly improved and I have also learned that as a Celiac, I too can now live a healthy life style and enjoy life in the way God has intended.
