AKathy's Shade Shop LLCGreat. Called to request installation of blinds I purchased elsewhere February 2020. Because of Covid, the place where I purchased would not install. Tried contacting 3 other places that sell blinds to see if they would install. Because I did not purchase from them, they would not install. Searched Angies List and found Kathy's Shade Shop. Contacted them and in 2 hours, someone arrived to install. In 20 minutes, he was done. Great job.- Ruth E.

ABUDGET BLINDSI used Budget Blinds in Franklin. Had several estimates, but the saleswomen from Budget suggested a fix that would solve a bracket problem with one shade so we wouldn't have to replace it. Price of two blinds was also lower than competitors. The installer was friendly and efficient. A very positive experience. My daughter-in-law has also used Budget and was very happy. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs blinds or shades!- Kenneth K.

APaul is very responsive and arrived when promised, additionally he is extremely genial and personable and is fun to talk to while the job is being done. He explains what is involved, any issues he foresees in the future and is very reasonable. Our unconventional ask of removing the floor boards that prevented removal of the old dishwasher was done by himself, in time and he returned shortly after the new dishwasher was installed with a helper, to put the floorboards back in. Another handyman I had contacted insisted it was best left to a flooring specialist so this was much appreciated and extremely timely as well. The faucet and sink recaulk also was attended to soon after with his assistant and very well. Very quick and efficient and cleans up after. We used to have a go to handyman in the past who no longer works, so glad to have found someone so reliable and dependable. I will be calling him for any jobs I will have in the future! Thank you Paul for your help.

ADave and Danyl have done work for us before; they painted our house in 2015 and have been back a couple times to take care of the some siding issues (not related to the painting). We called this year due to some woodpecker damage to the cedar siding and trim boards on our chimney. They went past the "quick fix" to assure they understood and repaired the root cause. As they pulled damaged boards off, it was obvious the framing and OSB behind the siding were water-damaged and ant-infested, which is what was attracting the woodpecker. They spent several days removing siding, trim, framing, and OSB backing board until all of the damaged wood was gone. Then they installed all new wood, top to bottom, as least one-third of the width of the chimney. They also found out how the water was getting in there, a shortcut taken at original construction with flashing where the roof met the side of the chimney. They addressed that as well. It took them several days to painstakingly do the work and then repaint. They wrapped up today and you cannot even tell they were here, their work is that good!! They took no shortcuts, kept me updated on everything they were finding and doing, and worked long hours and weekend days to get the job done. They are very honest and extremely competent in all aspects of their work. We have used them before and will definitely use them again.

DAwful, from the moment I walked in the showroom at the Waukesha location salesman Robert stated he was on a tight schedule so I had to make it quick. I quickly grabbed 3 samples to take home. The fellow that measured arrived on time a few days later on schedule. It took days to get the quote and when I called Robert to ask about it he again said he didn’t have time to review it yet. I have worked in sales 16 plus years and that is not how you treat somebody that is going to pay big money for a purchase at your store. The concept of the store works and the cost was in line with 2 other companies I received quotes from but the salesmen reminded me of a tacky used car salesmen.

Rick is not only knowledgeable and friendly, but professional and experienced. There were several things in which he went the extra mile to make sure the end result was visually pleasing. I liked that I was kept informed of the progress, since I had asked him to do so many various jobs. I highly recommend Rick for your home improvement or repair needs.
