AElite Exteriors LLCAfter deciding to stay put in our house instead of building new, we knew the first phase of our remodeling would need to be the exterior... replace the roof, gutters, downspouts, windows, siding, and landscaping. After an exhaustive amount of research on companies that provide these services in SE Wisconsin we decided to interview the TOP 5. Knowing this would be a very big and expensive project it was important that we get a good vibe and trust the company we choose. (Early in the process, before doing much research, we got a bid from an actual con-man-scammer, who had been convicted for scamming and stealing! Yes, they're out there, so be careful.) When we interviewed Ryan from Elite it was very apparent that he knew his stuff and was a transparent, straight shooter. He helped educate us on the different materials to choose from and why some are seemingly more expensive at the beginning but are a better choice in the long run. After researching again we soon realized everything Ryan told us was absolutely correct! We are SO glad we decided to go with HARDIE siding and FULL REPLACEMENT MARVIN WINDOWS! The entire process was fast, the disruption was minimal, the communication was great, the materials used were superior, the crew was friendly and conscientious, and the price was very fair! They did an excellent job on our front porch and exterior doors also! I can honestly say I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELITE EXTERIORS to anyone in need of some exterior updating. AHomeSealed Exteriors, LLCJoe, the Project Consultant, was excellent to work with, providing a detailed quote that addressed all of our needs, without any pressure. The construction crew did a good job overall, but not perfect. I am probably in the top 1% of detailed, picky people in the world, so I am tough to please. There were a few occasions during the project that I noticed something that I did not think was correct, that I brought to the attention of Wade, the Project Manager, and those things were either immediately corrected, or HomeSealed provided the evidence and documentation for why things were done the way that they were. There was an extensive punch-list after the completion of the job (I am very picky), but the items were completed to my general satisfaction within a couple of days. Because we have more than 650 different perennial flowers in our yard, our house is a challenge to work around. Even though we did everything possible to give the crew room to work, in the end, we did not feel that enough care was taken to avoid damaging the plants. To HomeSealed's credit, they gave us an amount of money until next spring to use to replace damaged plant signs and any plants that do not recover. HomeSealed has never argued about anything (we used them for all of our replacement windows a few years earlier), and always taken responsibility for their actions. This attitude, and the good work that they do are reasons that we always recommend them to everyone that we know.- Kevin W.

DWe don't know yet. Chris came out to give us a quote on September 23rd and told us what work would be completed and said that they were scheduling 2 weeks out. He also stated that a temporary fix would be put into place. After 2.5 weeks of not hearing from them at all, we decided to call them. Left 2 voicemails on separate days, one during business hours and one off hours. Did not hear back. Decided to call Chris directly and told him about the situation. Still no call back from the scheduling office so we called again during business hours again. This time, someone answered and said we are "in line", but can't put us into the schedule due to the weather. We already put down the 1/2 down payment to get on their schedule and have had no services performed yet. The weather has not been too bad this Fall, and would have expected a more realistic timeframe for repairs right from the start and we would have gotten one more quote before signing the contract. It has now been 4 weeks and have had absolutely NO communication from this company around timing or the temporary fix. We did see a truck pull up into our driveway and someone was on our roof for about 5 minutes, so maybe that was the temporary fix, but whatever they did, sure didn't do anything. It is raining as I type this and we're still getting water in the house where we shouldn't be. At this point I'm very concerned that we will not get our repairs done before winter and will have dripping all season long.

AI would highly recommend Infinity Exteriors. I lived in the same house my whole life and this is the fourth roof we put on. What a difference it makes when you use a high quality contractor. The roof has never been right until now and I am so pleased that it is finally completed correctly. They finished the roof in two days, working until after dark with lights. It was truly amazing to watch the team work with such precision and pride in their work. They were meticulous, polite, and extremely cautious working up three stories. We also had soffit, fascia, and gutters done. We have hired many, many contractors over the years and Infinity is by far the best. I would not hesitate to use them again.
