    Pratt's Professional Chimney Service
The owner came out, went in the basement, in the home, and up on the roof. He determined our home doesn't even need a chimney anymore and to knock it down! They were too busy to do it this year, but said my husband could do it himself. FINALLY an honest down to earth company that isn't trying to rip people off. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs chimney work done, cleaning, anything!!! We were so impressed.

    Accurate Basement Repair
Excellent. They get an A+. I cannot compliment them enough. The job was done so quickly that I could not believe it. The workmanship is absolutely the very best. People are nice. Price was very good. I can't imagine any company improving on what I saw. Words cannot express how pleased I am.

    TK Mason,LLC
They dug down 1 foot along 3 sides of the building and replaced 6-7 courses of brick with 4" concrete masonry block. They then plastered the block exterior and coated it with foundation sealer. The dirt was filled back in and all debris removed. Although I was not present when the work was done, my wife could not say enough about how nice: how hard they worked; and how professional they were. I was very pleased with the outcome and would certainly not hesitate using TK Mason again.

    Adonnis Waterproofing Co., Inc.
We were very impressed with the professionalism and excellent quality of workmanship that Adonnis Waterproofing did on our foundation repair. Their work exceeded our expectations and made our basement repair an easy and very satisfactory experience. Al and his crew of workers were friendly, hardworking and took pride in all their work. They were respectful of our house by removing their boots whenever they entered our house, and completely cleaned up at the end of the job. We highly recommend them because they do exceptional work. Thank you!

    Royal Chimney Service
It went very well, the service was explained to us as they went along with their work, we were impressed on their knowledge of their work and the smooth way they went about repairs and measurement of board replacement. The service repair men all worked very well together. I liked the timely manner it took them for the repair. Royal Chimney Service did an outstanding job for us. We requested them to look at our dryer vent after the work on our chimney and they cleaned a very thick clog of lint out our vent. They let our home spotless.

    Infinity Exteriors LLC

We wanted to replace all the front windows in our house as one of them was leaking and we wanted them to all look consistent. We were referred to Infinity by a friend who had windows done and after looking up the Angie's List reviews and getting a few other estimates we decided to use Infinity. The sales process was laid back with no high pressure tactics which is refreshing. Mike Fabian came to our home, looked at what we wanted to do and guided us to the right product for our home and then helped us nail down the decorative details. We chose to go with Marvin Integrity windows with full frame removal and complete replacement. So that was the easy part... What happened next is why I would hire Infinity again in a secondand recommend Infinity to anyone.
Our install date came andit was going to take two and a half days. Four of the five windows were in and looking awesome! Then during the removal of the last window, the one that was leaking, they found that the wall, header and even the exterior OSB was rotted away. This is a load bearing, exterior wall in our living room facing the front of our house withbrick exterior - read:not a minor thing. Within hours Infinity had carpenters on hand building a temporary wall to support the second story, an electrician to cut the electrical in the rotten wall andhad the rotten portions removed. By the end of that day the wall was rebuilt from the inside out and the new window installed and waiting on drywall and trim work. The one issue we had was at this point a thirdparty came to do the drywall and the finishing was really poor. Even here Infinity shines! I called and let them know I was not satisfied with the finishing and they didn't even blink an eye before sending someone to take a look at it with me and then had someone come and refinish it correctly.I know service providers put up with petty complaints all day long but the Infinity people expect that the work they do is right and they sure make sure it is.
I wish the story ended there but it didn't. It turned out the roof put on several years before we bought the house was put on wrong and that the leaking was due to several issues with the roof. I am writing a separate review for the roof but the short story is that Infinity also did a complete tear off and replacement of our roof solving the problem completely. They did this on a 4000 square foot home in 2 days! That is not typical, they sent 4 crews as it was an emergency due to weather etc. but it was a sight to see around 30 people working on a single roof!
We spent around $44,000 altogether (windows, wall repair and roof)and while we were disappointed that the project exploded with issues and added expense, Infinity was veryresponsive and took care of the issues as they came and walked us through the issues, what needed to be done, and most of alldid the work professionally andright. I am sure we could have gone cheaper but we would have been in real trouble not having a company that could respond quickly with the depth that Infinity has. Infinity also worked directly with our insurance which streamlined that process as well. Infinity turned one of the worst experiences a homeowner could have a positive experience and left us and our home is a way better place.

Left detailed voice mails on 7/8/15 and 9/25/15 asking for them to come out and do an estimate on 70' of traditional concrete sidewalk, an area aprox. 10x8 by front door and steps approx. 12' high through a collapsing retaining wall (that I would then have replaced by them or another contractor).  Never received a call back as of 10/18/15.  Could have at least called  to say not interested or too busy at this time.  Very poor customer service.

We signed a contract with BSI on May 22, 2014 for the basement repair work at our home.  The contract was done via email, something I value for recording purposes.  My only complaint with BSI was the delay in getting a date (even approximate) for our job.  We understood it was a smaller project but since we needed to remove our outside A/C unit before excavation, we needed a starting date for planning.  We didn't get that until July 23rd, one week before they started work.
The crew was exceptionally friendly and respectful of our property.  They placed 4x8 sheets of OSB across everywhere they were driving vehicles and our lawn showed virtually no evidence of the work after they left.  I document all work at my home with photos, something that can sometimes make a contractor uncomfortable.  The BSI workers showed no problems with this so I snapped away.  They cleaned up at the end of each day, protecting the excavation area with fencing for safety.  When they finished with the exterior, all we had to do was lay some grass seed.  No other cleanup or landscaping was necessary.
The interior had cinder blocks that had moved and was right where my main electrical circuit boxes were located.  BSI straightened the wall without my having to move any electrical and after tuck-pointing you could not tell that there had ever been any damage.
My wife and I are very pleased with the work BSI did for us and would gladly use them again.

Andiry came out a couple of times.  I finally decided to do concrete (I had been debating on whether to replace with landscaping blocks).  its about 40 feet long, 3 feet wide, needed to be pitched correctly, and the old walkway had to come out.  Andiry came out on a Saturday (on time) to write the contract, and started work 2 days later.  It was done 5 days later.  It looks great, and the work site was cleaned up.  there is a bit of a language barrier, but it's easy to work through.
