ANimmer Co., LLCChris and his crew did an amazing job and people still stop several months later while I am working in the front yard and comment on how great the new fence looks. My village has strict ordinances on fences and Chris was adaptable to the tweaks that needed to be made to ensure the installation was compliant down to the last detail. Even the village inspector was impressed with his work and the care he took to keep not only my property, but also the neighbors' property on both sides, looking attractive, thus adding to the curb appeal of three homes. Chris' crew are hard-working, polite young men who were careful of my property and even collected the soil from the post holes for my use in raised beds I plan on installing. I cannot say enough good things about the creative solutions and skill demonstrated in blending two different types of fencing materials. Patience was essential this year as there were material delays due to temporary factory shutdowns due to the pandemic, but it was well worth the wait. Fantastic job.- Evelyn S.

AAll Style Quality Fence LLCWe had Steve and Amy out to a house before we had even closed on it. I believe it was late November of 2019. I wanted a combination of privacy and chain-link fencing installed at the house after we purchased it. Steve examined the property and let us know why he wouldn't be able to install the privacy fence along the lot line I wanted it installed; too many trees and boulders. He recommended that I install chicken-wire instead, which is what I did for that section of lot line. For the remainder of the lot lines he mentioned how rocky our area is, and explained that there would be additional costs involved if he hit buried boulders during the install. He then drilled a few test holes, all of which were free of rocks. Whew! They explained that they would not be able to install the fence before Spring, which I had expected. Well... Spring rolled around and so did Covid-19. Steve and Amy were delayed due to a work freeze, and lack of materials, but Steve kept in constant contact with us the entire time. We always knew what was happening, which seems to be rare in the contracting world. Eventually they made it out, and installed the fence. The install was very well done, and Steve and Amy were a pleasure to talk to, even though they had probably answered the same questions about fences a million times. Two weeks after the fence was installed, a very large tree took out an entire section of it. That section included a double door gate. I immediately contacted Steve. He explained how booked they were, and how hard it was to obtain materials, but wrote up an estimate that I submitted to our insurance company. It took a while for Steve to get the materials, and to make time to perform the repair, but again the workmanship was excellent. It's a double-edged sword working with good contractors. They will always be busy, if there isn't a pandemic slowing them down, so you have to have a flexible schedule and some patience, but more often than not the quality of work is worth the wait. We were at the beginning of their list for spring, which meant a few rainy days! They kept me updated daily as to when they’d be able to come and kept their word! Our fence is approaching 6 months old at this point, and we are so happy. It’s a sturdy fence that was built with safety and aesthetics in mind. Our puppy is happy and safe in her yard, our gates lock from the inside which we love. Here in Milwaukee county we had some interesting hurdles to jump and Amy handled all of that! AAll Style Quality Fence LLCPretty late in posting review but I think it will make it more valuable. Steve and his crew removed our old fence and installed new vinyl fencing in July, 2017. They were excellent to work with and did a great job. Most impressive is we've had 2 people this summer stop by to ask who did our fencing because it looks so good. Yes, 3 years later and it really looks as good as the day they installed it. Other than hosing down once a year, completely maintenance free. Love our fence!- Stephen S.

ANimmer Co., LLCI contacted Chris back in June 2019 when I was first purchasing my home and his communication has always been excellent. I contacted him again in April 2020 after I removed multiple spruce trees from my property line. I told him exactly what I wanted. After giving me his expert advice, he installed a vinyl fence and a chain-link gate with white slates that are better than I expected. My family and I have been in our yard every day since the project was completed. It took about 4 days to complete and everything Chris said he would do he did. Complete replacement of main floor flooring (tear out to sub-floor and install hardwood). Family room and basement tear out to the studs and reconfigured. Complete guest bathroom remodel. Project finished on time and in budget. Quality work, fair price and a great team to work with.

AVinyl by Voiles. That is who you should hire for your interior renovation, exterior siding or window needs. We wanted a concrete slab that had served as our patio for 20 years removed and replaced with a twice the size deck, with railing on one side, and a new patio door leading into the kitchen. Within less than a month (they fit us in to some larger projects) the diagonal slated wooden deck, (which will get stained next year) with a railing and perfect egress in and out of the kitchen, was installed. The removal of the concrete was tricky because of steel rods through the original construction. They pressed on! They also drove miles to get to us, explained everything they were doing, and tidied along the way (and did a complete clean up at the end). The patio door is still to come, but I can’t help but think that the same attention to detail will be used with its installation. One hears that home improvement professionals can be unreliable, that construction companies can be incredibly disruptive, that renovation projects can take MONTHS, and that all of it can seem prohibitively expensive. Turned out that none of that was true, that there are small businesses in the world that are there for you every step of the way, that was Vinyl by Voiles. We are still pinching ourselves over our luck in choosing them over a much larger company, having our deck in record time; in time to enjoy THIS summer, and in becoming fast buddies in a world with little time and high expectations. Thanks especially to Fil and Health (who we kept referring to as Phil and Keith, “oh, everybody does that,” they said. Still, we apologized on their last day.) Thanks, John Voile, for coming to our house, fitting us into a BUSY schedule, communicating by text, and having a great crew. Oh, yeah, and the new deck? It’s amazing. Can’t wait to see what the new (been ordered, soon to be installed) windows will look like.

AWe have worked with the Thomas's many times over the years. They are honest and hard working and do a great job. Putting in 4 board oak fencing is hard work, heavy, and it needs to be precise. ABob did a fantastic job on our gravel driveway project! He scraped the driveway to get rid of the existing potholes, graded beautifully to ensure maximum water runoff, dug a few trenches to channel water away, and compacted the traffic bond/gravel for a very smooth finish. He was extremely professional and attentive to our requests. I will definitely be hiring Bob again for continued driveway maintenance and would HIGHLY recommend him to anybody!
