College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving
Awesome service and professionalism. I worked with Josh, James, Marco and Dwayne, and couldn't ask for better pros to move furniture from main floor to basement and hauling away my junk!!! Yes, hire them, I would do it again!

    Two Men And A Truck
They got there at 9:00 sharp with a window of between 8 & 9. Six hours later, we were moved in and they were gone. The estimate came in higher than our actual cost, so we were pleased with that. The guys were very professional and put everything where we asked. I would definitely hire Two Men again!

    Five-Star Moving Crew
This company is awesome! We ran into a problem with our original movers (they essentially were trying to take advantage of an elderly couple). Something about those first movers didn't feel right so we went with our gut instinct. I called Anthony on Friday morning to see if he had any opening for the next day. He was so very professional and was able to do some shifting around and fit in this move that he estimated would take 3-4 hours. Manny and Avante (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) arrived a little late, but they got stuck at the job before ours. That absolutely was not a problem as we were moving small things anyway over to the new apartment. Manny and Avante were polite, respectful and professional. My parents had a very large leather sofa where each end has a portion that reclines, a leather lift recliner, another leather recliner, television stand, 65" curved television, dining room table w/chairs, two very large oak dressers, queen-size bed and wooden clothes wardrobe. The guys had to move these things out of the apartment, into the elevator, out the front doors, across a parking lot, across a driveway, into the next building, put those things in the elevator and up to the new apartment. They were very careful with my parent's things and wrapped everything in moving blankets before leaving with them. They were such a hard workers and never stopped moving until the job was done. And here's the best part . . . one of the guys found my mom's heart-shaped diamond necklace on the floor. He picked it up and gave it to my husband. You can't get anymore honest than that! Highly, highly recommend these movers!

All My Sons Moving & Storage
I made the arrangements over the telephone about a month in advance.  I provided an estimate of the house square footage and number of rooms.  I gave them my credit card information for the deposit.  In retrospect, I should have been suspicious that they never sent me a contract to sign before the day of the move.  I ended up calling them 2 days before the move date to confirm, since I never heard anything from the movers after my initial phone call.
The day of the move, the agreed upon number of trucks and moving men showed up on time.  They brought some documents to sign.  One of the documents stated that cash was due up front for the total cost of the move, unless I had made prior arrangements.  I then asked the on-site supervisor about that, since I had not been notified beforehand.  He said that he needed the cash.
I then called the main office, and the manager there told me that I didn't need to pay cash since he had my credit card.  I then notified the on-site supervisor, who then agreed that he didn't need the cash.
The movers took great care to pack our items (most of our personal items were already in boxes, but some items were not, plus they added padding to the wood furniture) and to not damage the walls of the house.  They finished packing all our stuff into the trucks and we left for the new house.
Upon arrival at the new house, the supervisor stated that he would not unload the trucks until I signed a credit card statement authorizing payment.  Since they were being paid by the hour, and the job was only half done, I asked how did they know how much to charge.  He said that he would provide an estimate, and that they would refund the difference if they worked fewer hours.
Now, keep in mind that I was not told about any of this beforehand, and it was definitely not in the contract that I had signed.  I called the manager at the main office, and he stated that this was company policy.  I argued that I had not been informed of this beforehand, and he said that his guys would not unload unless they got a signed credit card authorization beforehand.  If the movers finished early, then I would get a refund for the unused hours.
This struck me as quite unprofessional.  I would have been fine with this stipulation if I had been told about it beforehand, but it seemed an awful lot like extortion to bring this up when all my property was sitting in their trucks in my driveway.
A year before, I had used a different moving company, and they did not have this same requirement, so I do not believe that this is a standard practice in the industry.
I ended up signing the authorization.  The unloading went smoothly.  Incredibly, the movers took the exact amount of time that they had estimated to finish the job and I did not receive any refund for unused time.  Big surprise.
I cannot recommend these movers to anybody.

    Two Men And A Truck-Milwaukee
The movers arrived a few minutes early, and got started right away. There was some discrepancy with amount of items the scheduler had put down on the work order, and what they were seeing in the apartment. The movers were very reasonable, and we soon had a plan. These guys worked very hard, had everything they needed to get the job done. The move was over in less time and under the original estimate. I would hire them again for a similar move.

    Hernia Movers Inc
Overall the move went as planned. We moved from a ranch to a first floor condo. Not many stairs at all. The movers showed at the time that was quoted. We were very pleased and would recommend Hernia Movers to friends and family.

    Mr Mover Inc
Overall the job was well done. Mr. Mover unfortunately forgot to bring the warddrobe boxes as originally requested. However the quick thinking and response of his team found another solution for the situation which fixed the problem. The employees are very attentive, fast working while maintaining safety for the items being mvoed as well as the walls, banisters, floors etc... of the homes in which they items are being moved in. Great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone! The flat rate quoting system makes it far easier, less expensive than competitors.

    Two Men And A Truck-Milwaukee
From my initial call, they were able to schedule movers within 5 days. They were about 4.5 hours later than scheduled, but I did get one phone call from the mover, and when I called the office to check on progress, they were very courteous. They quoted me all applicable charges up front. The movers covered the carpet with pads since it was a wet day. I ordered lots of moving pads, and the movers used them smartly to make sure that no furniture would be damaged. They got the treadmill out of the house without dismantling, which was quite a task. When I made my appt., I requested that the bed and dining table be dismantled, however, the movers did not have tools with them. My furniture is still in storage in the POD, so I don't know if there will be any damage. I was concerned about the way the movers stacked all the way up to roof of POD on one end only, so I rearranged myself to avoid toppling of boxes when the POD is moved. Overall, it was a positive experience.

    QUIK MOVERS
QUIK MOVERS OFFICE SEEMED TO HAVE SOME PROBLEM WITH SCHEDULING. THEIR MOVING CREW, HOWEVER, WAS OUTSTANDING. COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT, CONSIDERATE AND QUIK THEY COMPLETED THE WORK IN A MOST SATISFACTORY MANNER IN 30% LESS TIME THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE AT A CONSIDERABLE SAVINGS TO THE CUSTOMER. I WOULD CONFIDENTLY RECOMMEND QUIK MOVERS (AND WILL).

    Two Men And A Truck-Milwaukee
GREAT VALUE, CUSTOMER IS ASKED TO COMPLETE A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPORT ON THE MOVE SO THE REPS ARE MOTIVATED TO DO A GOOD JOB. THE ONLY SLIGHT NEGATIVE IS THAT THE COMPANY UNOFFICIALLY ENCOURAGES TIPPING SO THE REPS SEEM TO EXPECT SOMETHING AT THE END OF THE MOVE. THEY DO WORK HARD SO THE TIP IS USUALLY WORTH IT.
