AElite Exteriors LLCAfter deciding to stay put in our house instead of building new, we knew the first phase of our remodeling would need to be the exterior... replace the roof, gutters, downspouts, windows, siding, and landscaping. After an exhaustive amount of research on companies that provide these services in SE Wisconsin we decided to interview the TOP 5. Knowing this would be a very big and expensive project it was important that we get a good vibe and trust the company we choose. (Early in the process, before doing much research, we got a bid from an actual con-man-scammer, who had been convicted for scamming and stealing! Yes, they're out there, so be careful.) When we interviewed Ryan from Elite it was very apparent that he knew his stuff and was a transparent, straight shooter. He helped educate us on the different materials to choose from and why some are seemingly more expensive at the beginning but are a better choice in the long run. After researching again we soon realized everything Ryan told us was absolutely correct! We are SO glad we decided to go with HARDIE siding and FULL REPLACEMENT MARVIN WINDOWS! The entire process was fast, the disruption was minimal, the communication was great, the materials used were superior, the crew was friendly and conscientious, and the price was very fair! They did an excellent job on our front porch and exterior doors also! I can honestly say I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELITE EXTERIORS to anyone in need of some exterior updating. AEnergy Masters LLCJim came to my house in West Allis, and was extremely helpful, and kind. He gave us excellent advice as to the things that we should tackle first in this fixer-upper. He was honest about the insulation job that we asked him to quote. He was unbelievably helpful when discussing this over-100-year-old home, and explained to us why people did the things they did in those days, and the types of renovations that were common then, which has helped us so much in planning our renovation. Matter of fact, he knew exactly where we'd need to repair flooring underneath the carpeting - and, he was right-on!! I consider him a forensics expert on old homes!!! The price of the remodel did not exceed the original estimate despite some minor problems they found (house is almost 90 years old. They were reliable, prompt, professional, and finished the job just a week over projected, due to supply chain delays (Covid related). ATHERMAL COMFORT INCWe have been in a 2 year long build with many facets. I reached out to Dason at the very beginning about the project and his professional insight was spot on. I had very specific engineering requirements for our build to achieve a very high performance, Thermal comfort gave us what I required. I had a previous Spray foam contractor from a prior build and received 3 additional bids for this 2020 project. I choose Thermal comfort from the 4 companies for several reasons and I am very pleased that I did. Closed cell IMO is the only way to go, that said the install is critical and the site crew was fantastic. George, was the lead and listened to my install concerns and did an excellent job. Rich and Walt were also on hand and also did great. They accommodated us the best possible in the timing of our project. They were thorough, conscientious and and their site prep and clean up was excellent. We have future projects and they will be our insulation contractor from now on.- Kristina K.

FThey said they could do entire remodel, but then they said they couldnt. Bid was for over $8400 just for walk in shower. They would NOT put in clause about finishing on time ,. since i saw in reviews they had a couple of baths unfinished for months, we cancelled and went with Daniels bath. Superb quailty and price. And they could do the entire job!! They delivered as promise and then some. Definately get bid from Daniels bath out of Evansville.
