The price of the remodel did not exceed the original estimate despite some minor problems they found (house is almost 90 years old. They were reliable, prompt, professional, and finished the job just a week over projected, due to supply chain delays (Covid related). AFloor Coverings International - Milwaukee SouthDave was instrumental in helping us choose the best floor covering and color for our basement. He was readily available to answer questions and concerns and made the process from start to finish a breeze. Installation couldn't have been better. Joe did an excellent job, too. He worked seamlessly with the other contractors and completed the floor installation on time. Nothing was missed--even the baseboards were painted to complete the look. Our basement looks amazing! I have owed several houses and have had multiple remodels, and this is the only one I can say was done correctly, to my satisfaction, and was even enjoyable. Roger works very hard to make sure that everything is right, and he is involved, reachable, and responsive throughout the whole process. Any materials or workmen he uses are top-notch. People come on time and every day, work hard, are pleasant and friendly, and most importantly, they are respectful and clean up every single day. I have never had experiences like this. I can trust Roger to be on top of things and communicate with me. Everyone is certified, contracts are in writing, and he pulls the permits. Very professional. You get what you pay for. ATim Winsall FlooringI am so impressed with Tim's service and workmanship. He communicated in a timely way from my first request for a quote and throughout the work process. I chose Tim because his process includes four coats of finish on newly sanded floors and two coats when buffing and refinishing floors. He is a perfectionist and never short circuited the process to stay on schedule, but rather did whatever ti took for a quality result. He even suggested a lower cost option when he arrived and saw the floor’s condition but we proceeded with the full sanding and refinishing. His dust mitigation is excellent and he communicated timeline and arrival times well in advance. Our original hardwood floors look brand new. Tim is an artisan. AOwens Way LLCOwens Way installed vinyl planking flooring in an upstairs, 600 square feet area. They did an excellent job, in two days, at a very competitive rate. We have received nothing but compliments about the flooring, with many people asking for contact information for the installers. We are already planning another flooring project, this time for ceramic tiles, and we will definitely use them again.- David p.

Jenny came out to give an estimate also very kind and professional. Steve and Ian came out to clean the windows. I couldn't have asked for better. They did an EXCELLENT job. They were very kind and informed me of other services the company offers as well, which I will be calling about. Just to add, I called back today to inquire about getting screens put back in after I've had them repaired. Spoke with Alissa who was also very kind and professional. AJNS RemodelingJNS Remodeling and Jon Offutt are the BEST example of how contractors should be! He responded to my initial calls for information quickly, set an appointment to evaluate my house project, and was very diligent about working on the project continuously. He is the perfect balance between doing exactly what the client wants and using his experience to advise against bad decisions. We hired him to do our Master Bathroom and Kitchen and the results are wonderful! Between the two rooms we asked for luxury vinyl plank and tile flooring, painted cabinets, new fixtures, new tub with unique tile surround, and a new window. Jon is very much about the details and has high standards for his work. Our project came in priced less with Jon than the companies that refused to view our house, or insisted on total tear-back-to-studs construction. Jon’s communication and professionalism are second to none. He is clean on the project site and always checked in with me on timing and decisions along the way. While his contacts for materials are great, I was also able to do my own research and procure materials if I preferred. (Although I must say a special Thank You to Linda at Four Seasons and the team at Crafted Countertops. These vendors also speak highly of Jon and have been working with him for years.) I am happy to be a reference for Jon and show off his excellent work!- JIM F.

DAwful. Waterproofing was horrible, the shower is unusable, and now I need to pay additional money to have someone demolish the work and re-do all of it. Not a single tile is straight or properly installed, and the final product looks awful. I requested a partial refund and he disappeared off the face of the earth. 0/10.

DAwful, from the moment I walked in the showroom at the Waukesha location salesman Robert stated he was on a tight schedule so I had to make it quick. I quickly grabbed 3 samples to take home. The fellow that measured arrived on time a few days later on schedule. It took days to get the quote and when I called Robert to ask about it he again said he didn’t have time to review it yet. I have worked in sales 16 plus years and that is not how you treat somebody that is going to pay big money for a purchase at your store. The concept of the store works and the cost was in line with 2 other companies I received quotes from but the salesmen reminded me of a tacky used car salesmen.

ADennis was great to work with. He designed a pergola to match our odd patio space, so it is not a cookie-cutter pergola. The execution and design were top-notch. Dennis was responsive to our ideas and concerns and completed the job in a timely manner. Daily clean up was excellent. He needed to come back and touch up some of the wood where the stain was missing. While most people would have made this a half-hour job, he spent a couple of hours going over the whole piece and found places we had missed in our inspection. In addition to the new construction, he took down an old smaller pergola that was attached to our house and rebuilt it. He touched up the house paint as needed as a result of the demolition and rebuild. Everything looks great and we are getting lots of compliments. Dennis is an agreeable and intelligent gentleman and a very easy contractor to work with--someone who takes pride in his work and his reputation. I would hire him again in a flash! I almost hate giving him such a good review because he may not be available the next time we want his services!
